“received busted product but customer service doesn.t want to give me a full refund. aliexpress is pro-seller and does not care about cutomers. The product costs 220 USD it weights 17kg but aliexpress wants me to ship it back with my own money which is close to 100 usd just to ship it back to china. This website supports the sellers sending you broken totally busted products so beware not to use aliexpress if you want a refund. Scam platform for scammers to sell defective products.”

“Don't buy from Aliexpress, they are bunch of cheats , I ordererd silver color, they sent me yellow. My advice don't buy from them. They can't find a difference between a silver and yellow color.”

“The problem is that there is no buyer protection. Recently I bought an ambient air temperature sensor for my car, that gives false readings. In that scenario, I must pay for returning it back. So, the seller can send low quality items and if they are faulty, I must care the extra expenses to give it back. For the seller, there are no consequences”

“I bought a device that is not working they asked me to return it. When I returned it I sent them the tracking number and a copy of the receipt it took three months and finally they decided no refund.”

“The only site i know where complaints can not be filed and there is no email to contact. Have been using it for a while now, things were good. Lately its a collection of fraudulent sellers and scammers.12 orders in past 3 weeks from 12 different sellers and NONE received. Either seller provides fake tracking number or does not post at all. Aliexpress could not care less. Tried all the live chat options and honestly speaking to idiots who can not understand anything and do nothing. Its fraud paradise, Just join, become seller, sell, keep the money, if unlucky refund the money and steal again. Aliexpress will not do a thing to stop these sellers.”

“Ordered lots of things shipping took months & I was sent the wrong thing & have to wait 90 more days to get what I really ordered. Can't get a refund & have not been offered anything for compensation. I will never order from them again. If I could give them -5 stars I would”

“I didn't like the quality of the shirt and sweater I bought. When asked for a refund, they asked for return of item, the place is in China, shipment cost is higher than item itself. DONT BUY FROM HERE”

“Jasmine Wedding Dress and Everbeauties Official Store- both sent me items that were not as descibed. Both state on their websites, fast easy returns and refunds. It is a lie. They will not accept the returns. They go against their own policies. Do not shop from either one you will be disappointed.”

“Never received item or refund. When I started a dispute they offered a refund through PayPal, but only if I cancelled the dispute. When I informed them I didn't have a PayPal acct. and that I wanted the refund to my credit card and once I received the refund I would cancel the dispute, all conversations stopped! So, never recd item or refund! Rip-off Company...Don't trust them!!”

“Update: I bought a ROBLOX book bag for my son and it’s been not even a month and the zippers broke off. It was only 14.88,but he should of at least got more then a month out of it. Don’t buy from them! They are not reliable and a lot of people get ripped off by theses scammers. I will never ever order from this company.”

“I have recieved several items that are damaged, or not as advertised or have a horrible odour but the sellers won’t give me my money back. AliExpress jumps in when you dispute but they almost always side with the seller.”

“ABSOSAVINGS charged twice along with item price. First time, Order #: 94015610882884I. It costs me very expensive around PKR: 6,977.25. I have assumed that Ali Express is not more safe to order online.”
