“I opened a dispute for 3 orders that were packaged together and sent but never got delivered. The courier FASTHORSE just delivered a parcel a month ago. Now they are saying it is undeliverable. I gave my workplace, which is a school, which gets 100's of deliveries weekly. We have security on site at the gate 24/7. AliExpress saw my attempts to contact Fasthorse, which only has automated response and now real contact to resolve the issue, yet AliExpress decided to not refund me nor ban the courier. Ali Express and their resolution team is a scam. If you see Fasthorse as a courier they use, forget it. don't even bother opening a dispute.”

“Liars promises to fix issues then don't . If it goes well great ,but if it don't they'll stick you. So my current order 194 dollars was due for May 17 hasn't arrived ,last update in tracking on May 9. Now they're talking about they need more time to review. When they claim if not received in 30 days full refund I ordered on April 7 due delivery may 17th and now it's jun 6 crooks,liars”

“I ordered two wigs on Ali Express, and both wigs sent to me were the wrong size. I immediately opened a dispute with Ali Express, and Ali Express told me to return the wigs and that the sellers would reimburse me for the money spent on shipping. I sent the wigs within two days and paid over $400.00 to return them. Even before I did this, I got a quote and told the sellers, and they said the shipping price didn’t matter and that I was to return it. Ali Express also confirmed that I would get my money back for the shipping. Once the wigs arrived in China, UPS advised me that both sellers refused to arrange for delivery of the parcels and abandoned them. I wrote to Ali Express right away, and they said I still needed to wait for the parcels to be delivered, which made no sense because both sellers abandoned their packages, and UPS said they would dispose of them. After over 100 hundred messages, one of the sellers issued me a refund, but it was only for the cost of the wig, and no shipping was included. I reached out to Ali Express, and they said they would issue me a coupon for the value of my shipping costs and asked me to submit proof of what I paid—which I did. Ali Express said I needed to wait seven days for the coupon. It has been weeks of waiting, and Ali Express still has not sent me a coupon for my shipping costs, nor has the second wig been refunded to me. I received an e-mail from Ali Express recently where they said that I need to negotiate a price with the seller for a shipping refund, which none of this was explained to me before sending the wigs back to China. The sellers refused to refund me for shipping costs, and one of them has yet to reimburse me for the wig value, even though I returned it, and they refused the parcel. Now, I am out of $500 plus dollars because Ali Express and the sellers both SCAMMED me! Ali Express refuses to return my shipping fee as actual money or a coupon. They keep sending me robotic messages and telling me to wait, only to receive a generic e-mail saying I need to work with the seller. I have told them hundreds of times that the sellers are not cooperating, and Ali Express still doesn’t care. Why would the sellers tell me to return something knowing they would never accept the parcels? It is one big scam. Ali Express is in the business of scamming people, and everyone should STAY AWAY FROM ALI EXPRESS! They need to be reported for fraud and theft of funds because that is what they have done to me and hundreds of others. We, as consumers, can spend our hard-earned money on so many other sites. Temu is similar to Ali Express and has better customer service and products. They would never allow customers to spend money to return something to them. Even Shein is good with customer service and returns. AVOID ALI EXPRESS AT ALL COSTS! THEY WILL SEND YOU FAKE ITEMS, WRONG SIZE ITEMS AND STILL NOT REFUND YOU EVEN AFTER YOU RETURN THE ITEMS TO THEM.”

“I did not receive my package. I tried contacting the seller, the courier and Ali express and just get automated responses or it doesn't exist at all. Then days later I get a photo saying my package is delivered but it's not my house. It's not even in my street or suburb. Will never use this company or any others affiliated with it.”

“24H Online—The Reliable Genuine Mobile Phone Store I purchased a phone from them, April last year. At the beginning it was ok. In July it broke down. I had to pay for sending it back to the seller and they sent me back a phone even worse. After my complain they told me to send it back again with the promise of refunding me. Today is the first of June 2024, they still say that their agent hasn't sent the phone to them. The phone got the address they provided me last October. At this stage I lost my phone and money as well. Not even the Customer Service helped me, they just said I had to contact the seller and find a solution. My advice: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LIAR AND DISHONEST!!!!”

“AliExpress believed scammed seller that product was delivered even though FedEx delivery photo shows a small box rather than one capable of holding a gas powered power washer. Call with AliExpess and FedEx had FedEx explain to them that the bogus tracking number had nothing to do with me, my home address or my transaction. The customer service people are extremely nice and send it for review with a response to be delivered between 48 hours or 2 to 4 days. Never got a response from 5 agenta.”

“AliExpress is a scam as is their resolution department. You will never receive the items that you purchase and you will never receive a refund if you contact them. The only positive reviews they have are ones that they have arranged themselves. Do not be fooled like I was.”

“WARNING! False advertising. Seller name ARSHA. 8 watt laser projectors are not 8 watts! I purchased 4 x 8 watt stage laser effects projectors from a seller called ARSHA. I have been working with laser projectors for over 35 years. Most people will never measure the output so would never know. I tersted the output power of the lasers and only one of them was a ;little over 5 watts. These lasers should be advertised as no more than 5w. Seller sent me video of testing a new 8w RGB laser module and their test meter showing 7.6w. Obviously that it is not one of the modules inside the projectors that I have. I asked the seller to replace / exchange the laser modules with genuine 8w modules but they have declined. This seller has not offered to resolve this issue in any way whatsoever. Be careful what you buy at the ARSHA store. If the price seems too good to be true then it is! These photos are snapshots of videos of me testing the power output of the 4 laser projectors. I used 2 different test meters and conducted multiple tests. These are the highest readings that I got.”

“Aliexpress has terrible delivery record. You will receive items half of the order. Aliexpress has terrible customer service. There is no way to contact them for problems. No email, no chat, no phone number. Aliexpress refund process is non-existing, specially when items are not received.”

“I would NEVER Recommend Ali express. I got scammed almost $400 worth of stuff that i cannot get back after everything that i have done to work with Ali express on this. I bought a coat on Ali express worth $254.00 from seller OFTBUY online store on Feb4, 2024 and when i received the item after one month, it has a different color and the strings around the waist not even the same color as the picture (white not black) . Then i had to fight with seller to return it until they said ok i can return. Seller said they won’t give me return label and that i have to pay for shipping cost. Then Ali express said they will credit the shipping cost once the item is successfully delivered. So Ali Express aided me with how to proceed with return with a dispute ticket open. Told me to choose the cheapest delivery by my local post office in Canada and did not tell me when the item should be in delivered by. I found odd that the seller’s provided address is no longer showing on the dispute after i said i sent the item back with tracking number. So I spent $134 to ship it in early March and the lady at the post office said it’ll take months ( i told ali express this) . While in transit, Ali express suddenly tells me 5 days ago that the item needs to be delivered within 7 days or else the dispute will close and the money will be released to the seller. I provided proof of where exactly the item was 5 days ago and the chat from Canada Post saying it left the country 2 days prior ( as Ali express requested some proof of transit because the tracking number is not enough). So yesterday they closed my dispute saying I get no refund. Talked to Ali express yeaterday about reopening it and today (May 31,2024) it’s still not opened. Today I feel like They’ve tricked me to find ways to keep my money and made me spend more. It’s like they’re just playing with me, making it look like they’re taking my situation seriously over the online chat. And now i can’t even leave a bad review on the item i sent back because since the dispute closed, the Review button is gone and. Doesn’t even show that i’ve purchased the item under My Orders but the dispute I can still see. My bank can’t do anything because it’s past 30 days from purchase date. I have proofs of chats, order id, dispute number, appeal number if anyone is interested to see how this place scammed me. No item, no refund , no shipping cost rebate.”

“Ordered a product in March and it’s June never received the product and was told it was delivered to Fl. I live in VA. Filed a dispute and was told I’d receive an email in 24 hours. Whatever you do DO NOT ORDER SHOES FROM LALA LAND SHOES ON ALIEXPRESS ITS A SCAM.”

“DISHONEST THIEFS PURCHASED A PRINTER $300 didn’t work, provided 8 videos of proof via 13 emails and still no refund . Contacted customer care 6 times who promised to sort this out and still no response and still no response to my 27 emails. SUPPLIER - WainNian Hero Professional Printers - sell you handheld printers that do not work. Pretend to troubleshoot until the refund time is up. LYING THIEVES.”
