Did not receive AgriFab lawn sweeper. Apparently out $350. They keep claiming I received pkg. I tell them to check with FedEx and they will find no pkg listed with my name or address. Don,t really want to call it a scam; I think it is poor record keeping on their part. No, I would not order from them again.

My issue iscwith a local delivery service in Australia. HORSE FAST . It hires people with their own cars to deliver. These people literally throw the parcel to the front door, take a photo and leave. I actually saw it, because I was home. No way to contact Ali express. It looks like I will stop shopping from them. Its not worth ir if something arrives damaged.

Extremely poor website. No credit! I bought a generator on June 2, 2024, and the money was immediately charged to my credit card. But it has never been shipped. After waiting for 10 days, when will it be shipped? Reply: I cannot send goods to this address. You know, I'm in downtown Dallas, Texas!

Worthless company! Item ordered several weeks ago was never shipped and no communication from seller. Avoid this pitiful company.

Be careful with this company and if you pay them anything make sure it comes from your bank account because it will be refunded. If not just kiss your money goodbye. Also the delivery or shipping company is a fake with fake tracking numbers and everything.

It would of been my first time. Ordering today but when I went. To my cart I saw the price. That was on the original page. Changed went up to almost seven dollars. On multiple items hope people. Have paid attention to that. Contacted a rep which didn't help. Me at all the price stated. Should be the price charged. Not an increased price. Of almost seven bucks. To every item I have screen shots. To show when added. To my cart they're changing the price. Drastically on items which isn't ok. Please everyone beware of this

we ordered, and when they attempted to deliver we had to sign for it, we declined the shipment due to the box being ripped up, sent it back and did not sign for it, it has been 7 days ago, still not a refund on our credit card, we put this in as a dispute and now waiting for the credit card people to return us our money. Never will we ever buy from this company ever again. Bad business people to say the least.

I ordered a 8x10 shed received a box that said 2 out of 3 meaning I was still missing 2 boxes, opened the box had 6 metal walls maybe a foot long, I contacted them they said they couldn’t do anything that I still received something!!! I paid $277 they gave me a partial refund of $59! Now wtf am I supposed to do with what I have? The seller has blocked me and AliExpress agreed with the $59 there’s nothing I can do but depute with the bank!! They’re scammers do not buy from that website trust me!!

Scam company. They will ship a cheap product to an incorrect address in your zip code and give you had tracking number. They’ll then say it’s delivered and UPS won’t tell you where it’s delivered cause your name and address are not on the label. AliExpress will say it’s delivered and refuses to contact UPS to verify where it’s delivered. So they scammed me out of $300. Please do not order from this scam company, they will not help you if you do not receive your item.

I ordered 3 lace fabric from AliExpress in February, the seller send me only 1 lace fabric, I have been communicating with the seller to refund my money or send the other 2 but the seller has refused to do any. I have contacted several AliExpress online agent to help me get my money or the lace but none was able to help me, they always tell me to wait for the seller to ship the 2 and I have waited from February till June and still waiting

I put alot of time into researching this site on the account of a "bass guitar" I wanted, yet the reviews of Ali Express on the internet are godawful going years back to the present. The CHAT AGENTS are Gen Z'er's who answer your questions perhaps using "One Note", copy and paste"? Chat agents can do nothing more than YOU or I can do at their site except to escalate an issue which will reply back with robotic email. The CHAT agents use an "AI translator and automated responses" which are robotic. "Indirectly", the chat agents are LIARS. Ali Express shows little to ZERO responsibility for their SELLERS as I have read plenty of reviews as of recent and of my own challenges at Ali Express. There is no employee at Ali Express who will take personal responsibility for your order from "start to finish". Their sense of urgency is an "impression" only. The website of Ali Express lacks solidity in base. If the website wasn't so "makeshift", they wouldn't need incompetent chat agents? I will not be making any purchases with Ali Express, at least now NOW? Sooner or later, I have no clue how this company will last?

Purchased some items, as many times before. They were sent in a single package. I was not home on first delivery attempt and warned the delivering company I would not be at home the next day either. They went anyway. After a second unsuccessful attempt, they sent the item back (as cam be proved in the tracking info: https://play.ecoscooting.com/tracking/CNPRT13501801234000410235), but Aliexpress is refusing to refund me.

Sellers posted items they didn’t have multiple times and if package did get delivered to wrong address the seller and Ali express will not refund or help and the carrier has to deal with the shipper for lost package and buyer has to contact seller to resolve so you get ripped off

I Ordered 14 items. They were packed into two combined packages. One item was missing. Upon contacting the seller, I was told to contact shipping company and the case was immediately closed for "insufficient proof". No resolution Awful service!

DO NOT USE!! They will not uphold their return or refund policy! I never received my package and sent them multiple emails and evidence that it hadn’t been delivered and they denied me saying the delivery company said it was delivered when I sent them a message from them from that day saying it hadn’t been delivered! They closed it and now I’m out the money and my package!! *EDIT* since then the delivery company has sent me an email from head office admitting the package was attempted to be delivered but it was left in an unsafe place and left unattended and it’s their fault, so I should contact the sender for replacement or refund. AliExpress is still sending me generic emails denying my request with the new evidence with no contactable information. Every time I go onto the customer service to the “higher team” and the “higher team” just seems to not care..

Ordered 15 items. They were packed into two combined packages. Three items were missing. It is not the 15 lost Euro, it is the manner the case was dealt with, what makes mw to go with Shein. Never issue with Shein, so, bye bye Aliexpress.

The seller that they work with was a nightmare they don’t understand English very well, they sent me the wrong item, and then I had to go to PayPal to prove that my purchase was incorrect because the seller was not cooperating and it cost me $100 to ship it back . I won’t be buying anything else from them.

Was scammed and AliExpress did literally nothing to get the money back. They just said wait for the seller to respond and then once the chargeback window was passed said "nothing I can do about this". ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE.
