The seller has sent me a wrong product, and even it is an illegal product sending from Holland for hair growth. The product has no Chinese language, no licence of product, and no date of epiration, no bar code. First, the aliexpress made a decision to refund me, then another decosion that I should returning the item. It is not legal process.The shop is hair online shop, I checked all their products at the Chinese Medical and Cosmetics Administration, there is no legal product in this shop. Aliexpress still support this kinds of business.

Chinese website full of garbage products, they are cheap and quality is horrible. They don't deliver items and the company deny the refund... No customer service available... Run away from these criminals

1. The shipping method listed at the time of purchase was “Shipping by DHL” but the tracking number provided by the seller indicated that an item was shipped using China Post 2. The tracking website indicates that the delivery was to be made by Australia Post but the tracking number could not be found in the Australia Post system 3. The Australia Post tracking website shows that the tracking number provided by the seller cannot be tracked by Australia Post 4. The seller claims that the delivery was signed for but has refused a copy of the signed delivery docket 5. The seller claims that the shipment is waiting to be picked up at the local post office but the local post office has informed me that there is no parcel waiting for me to be picked up 6. No explanation was provide by the seller as to why he believes that the parcel is waiting to be picked up at the post office if the parcel has been delivered and signed for 7. The seller did not charge Australian Goods and Services Tax on the purchase and refused to provide a Tax invoice for two of the four orders 8. The Australian Tax Office have informed me that it is illegal not to charge GST on goods which will be delivered in Australia 9. The Australian Customs Department have informed me that goods on which Australian GST has not been charged will not be cleared by Customs for delivery within Australia 10. The AliExpress dispute resolution team have ignored the above information/evidence that was attached to the case 11. The AliExpress dispute resolution team have failed to request and obtain the signed delivery docket from the seller 12. The AliExpress dispute resolution team have failed to request and obtain the Australia Post tracking number from the seller 13. The AliExpress dispute resolution team have informed me that “the carrier confirmed delivery to your address” 14. The AliExpress dispute resolution team have requested me to “provide shipping company's missing parcel documents” 15. The seller has received negative feedback from 21 buyers in the past month reporting that the items were not delivered to the buyers. 16. The seller has received negative feedback from 42 buyers in the past three months for non-delivery of items purchased 17. There may be many more buyers who did not receive the items but did not provide feedback 18. From the feedback it appears that the AliExpress Dispute Resolution Team has ruled in favour of the seller in all 42 disputes that were raised by the buyers against this seller 19. The sellers stores continue to operate on AliExpress 20. The seller is able to open more stores on AliExpress to scam buyers who would read the feedback on his other stores From the above it is apparent that AliExpress is in collusion with scammers. The AliExpress Dispute Resolution process is also a scam

I sent an order to Spain. The supplier confirmed the delivery in 18 days. After two months I didn`t receive the order yet. The next week I had to go out for holidays so I canceled the order. The order arrived when I was out home so I was not able to pick it up and it was returned. However Aliexpress refused to return me the money. Fortunately I paid by Pay Pal and the money was not transfer to the supplier.

The customer service team will side with sellers regardless of the evidence you provide. They will promise to deal harshly with sellers, claiming AliExpress is a legitimate site, yet still allow automated responses to occur, negating opportunity for resolution. The site has no customer protection. Avoid unless you have no other opportunity or items are of very low value.

I have both 2 Topcase with keyboard for Macbook 1st one they send me wrong model 2nd one faulty one And when I opened dispute They judgment was in sellers favor both times They told me to return the items and I will get full refund But my question was to them will pay the shipping cost of return I have already paid shipping when I was buying from aliexpress And now if I pay return shipping cost it morethen the price of the item in short aliexpress is a big theif market place Please don't buy anything from them They are big theif I have uninstalled They app from my phone Very bad service poor market aliexpress

Scammers. I ordered the product. They shipped only one piece and never refund me money for another 26 pieces. Opened dispute..spent hours of explaining the issue, providing evidence pictures and was hoping AliExpress will help but they closed it and never refunded. AliExpress itself is the scammer. Be aware they will not step in to help you if any problem

Don't shop here ... just don't do it; goods will not arrive, then they'll ask you for evidence, without providing the shippers name. How does that work?!

I placed an orer well over two months ago. I received a notice that there is a logistics problem immediately. I still do not have my goods. There is zero tracking. They have STOLEN my money. I opened a dispute then the seller wants me to stop the dispute because it's having an AWFUL (placed in capitals) effect on their business. Ohhhh so sorrrrry!!! What about my the customer? Huh? I am soooo angry it is a very very bad company to deal with and everyone should avoid it or gamble with your money. Never ever place an order for a large amount if you wish to try them out. You will possibly be very very sorry. It's disgusting. I am going to cut my losses and close my account if I can find how to do that. Better start making our own goods.
