AliExpress bills your credit card before the order is sent. Then reimburses you 30 days later without ever sending item. Great scam to use your money for a month.

Everything that can go wrong, has gone wrong. AliExpress is trash. It takes MONTHS to "receive" orders. IF you even receive them. Can't get in touch with sellers because they DONT ANSWER! BEWARE OF FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS! SCAM SCAM SCAM

I placed on order in Dec 2021 for two mirrors and a cellphone case, it was paid through Paypal. The order for mirrors were cancelled. Items never shown up on my account. All items where deleted. The money was taken out of my account. I received on one refund for $23.77. Message that they were having website problems !! I sent a number of request with no answers. I will no longer do business with AliExpress !!

The other day I received my order. I liked everything very much. I was just delighted. The clothes are of good quality, everything is very neatly packed, looks exactly like in the photo, it can only differ in shade. I really like that the assortment is large, in one place you can order everything you need.

IMPORTANT: this is for the site itself..not the sellers....Not able to get anyone from customer service. The refund system they have is TERRIBLE and while they will let you know when a package is shipped, that is where it ends. IF there is a problem with the shipping (as was the case for me), it is up to you to check on their site if it was returned. If you do not check, you will not know. And then if you still want said returned package, it is not simply a matter of resending. You need to cancell the order, and then reorder the item... VERY COMPLICATED SITE AND ORDERING SYSTEM

Defective item and didn’t accept my proof for refund .very defensive and very hard to get a defective item returned or refunded .I won’t using it again

The two biggest things wrong are their descriptions and the quality of the merchandise. The descriptions are more times than not exaggerated false, and the quality is as a rule subpar. Much of Amazon's products are made in China BUT under the supervision of Western countries. What you get on AliExpress are the leftovers.

Scam seller sold me cheap product which does not meet provided specs. AliExpress refused to refund with fajse statement which confirms they are part of scam. Don't buy there.

They allow small vendors to lie on their product descriptions about certification. I bought lights from the vendor, it said it supported 110V but there is no indicator on the actual product that it truly supports what it described. They only have 220V labels on the lights. Also, some don't have certification stickers. When I reach out to the vendor and ask them about it. They said they "forgot" to put the proper sticker and ask me to remove the 220V and so that the electrician will believe it supports 110V to install it. Oh my God. How can one ask the customer to "lie" to get an unsafe product to be installed? Too many scammers there, I will NEVER buy from aliexpress again. And tell all my friends not to do that. Unfortunately, it was more than 30 days, I cannot open a dispute and nor cannot even leave feedback. So I am telling people out there that the seller that I dealt with is LOMYE Official Store. The seller chose to ignore me too instead of feeling sorry about their mistake. What bunch of unethical people hence they have these strict policies. You don't see that with other online vendors.

Be aware this is a scamming platform - after you have paid for something the delivery date changes to weeks...months after....if it ever arrives. No live customer service. Mostly sent from China so if you do get what you ordered be prepared to wait many many weeks and if you do receive it you're lucky!!!

The advertise one shipping CO. and say delivery in 1-5 days. then after purchase they use a slower shipping CO. and when you ask they say the other way is too expensive but never change the advertisement. Ali express tells you AFTER you purchase it will take an unreasonable amount of time just to ship. Don't get me going on the package hold-up so aliexpress can combine to save them the cash and call it an "up grade." F.Y.

I have purchased a cosmetic machine worth 585 Euros off AliExpress Miruoou Store In October. I was not receiving the product so I got nervous and checked the tracking number status. It showed that it arrived to customs. As nobody contacted me I contacted FedEx trying to see if anything was needed from my end. They said they called me earlier. I didn't receive any calls from them, but there is always a lot of telephone spamming, so one of the calls where they call you and then when they are not saying anything for a while could be from them and mistaken for spam. But I have received other goods that got stuck in customs before and FedEx would usually contact me by email. I haven received any emails from FedEx at all! I offered FedEx customer service to go through the process there and then. But they refused, saying that they will take my contact number and email and will contact me later. I waited for one day and called again. This time FedEx customer service agent said that last time, when I gave them my email adress it was noted wrong. So she corrected the error and asked me to wait until their staff contacts me again. I waited one more day without any attempt of contact with me. I called them again following day just to be informed that they have already returned the package to the seller. I already was fearing that Ali express seller might try make it difficult for me to get reimbursed, so I asked FedEx for supporting documentation around this tracking number displaying all of my contact attempts in order to demonstrate my good will and efforts trying to process customs formalities. They refused to take any complaint or provide any documentation over the phone and asked me to write an email to their customer service. FedEx then responded to my email saying that I was uncontactable and when I contacted them it was only to give them a wrong email. No further documentation to forward to aliexpress detailing what really happened! I responded asking them confirm the full story around this tracking number documented by them as every call is recorded, and not some excuses for their poor service provided that will serve absolutely nothing in my dispute on Aliexpress platform for the return of my 584€ of damages caused here. My further emails to FedEx were completely ignored by their customer service team. So, unable to wait any more I decided to open a dispute on AliExpress platform against Miruoou store showing them my complaint to FedEx, attaching my mail messages history demonstrating receiving no mails from FedEx at all, which could indicate that seller may have not even included my email adress as a part of the shipping bill which could cause this misunderstanding. Today I received AliExpress preliminary resolution of this aliexpress dispute stating that my allegations are invalid unless I could prove that seller had made a mistake by showing them the import documentation!? I mean, did anyone even read what the dispute was about??? The whole point of it was that Nobody contacted me! No-one sent me ANY import documentation! I had to call FedEx 3 times only to learn the 3rd time that the item was sent back! FedEx is playing dead pretending this never happened! And AliExpress here is protecting this criminals that probably even didn't put my email on the shipping bill on purpose as they knew this could cause a problem and make it so that the seller will get back the product and receive 584 € of money extorted out of the customer! And AliExpress gets to keep the commission! So this way AliExpress has the interest to protect the criminals! The seller probably keeps using FedEx as they are probably consistently horrible in getting their parcels through the customs! I'm completely shocked and disgusted that this can actually happen in civilised society where we have so many laws to protect our transactions. Organisations like this, that are based outside of our countries get to scam our sitizens with the help of FedEx without any protection of or customer rights and stay unpunished!
