I felt I need to do a review for Ali Express as I have heard so many bad things about them. I decided , last year, to order a few cheaper items from them and received every one. I ordered more and they all arrived, no problem. I must have ordered around 70 items from them now and every one has been received. A lot of things I buy in the UK are from China anyway and okay, you get them faster but if you are prepared to wait you can save a lot of money. I haven't brought clothes so cannot comment on them but I have had a good assortment of items. Some items will arrive in 2 to 3 weeks, others can take up to 12, usually cheaper orders, but if you are prepared to wait you know the score. If you buy things that are really cheap you aren't going to get top quality stuff, common sense, but saying that most of the items I have from them are very nice quality and I have been pleasantly suprised. If you download their app you can keep check of your orders, contact the seller, easy. I had 2 items which came in domed plastic boxes, these had been squashed during transit, I contacted the seller, sent photos and got a refund within a week. I needed some small items for a sewing project, cost £7.89 in UK, they were made in China but I needed them asap. Almost identical items from Ali were 2 packs for £4.33! Including tax and postage. Win win. If you are prepared to wait, and can use the app you can save money. If you are not happy or something doesn't arrive contact the seller. Items on the website may have tax added on at the end but you can see this before you pay and it's often a few pence. Check the reviews before you buy. The same item can vary a lot in price so keep looking for the best price before you buy.

Some items arrived within 3-4 weeks while others I still haven't received even after 3 months ffs😤 The items I did receive were all poor quality. Ex: holes not lining up, paint scratches or missing, disfigured limbs on action figures.....to list a few. My advice would be to pay the little extra for faster delivery and better quality from anywhere else.

I purchased GS441524 for FIP cats. I spent all most $1400. But, I did not receive the product because it wasn’t allowed to be imported to Canada. However, AliExpress closed my dispute against the seller. Canada customs ordered me to export the product to the seller otherwise Canada Customs would dispose the product. But, the seller closed my account and I couldn’t send it back. AliExpress is a Horrible company!!!

Ordered from 4 stores on the website. They said 4 orders will be delivered in a combined package. Only received 2 of them. Contact the store and they did not know how found my order. THEY TOLD ME TO FIND IT MYSELF. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEB.

The worst ever experience. Understandable the long delivery time because the item came from China. However, the return process is very difficult. Keep in mind that most likely you will end up paying for the return shipment, which, in my case, it was almost equal with the refund amount. My item arrived damaged, I’m sure it was already damaged when it was shipped.

I ordered some oscillating tool blades, but received 2 tiny useless pins in the order. The seller showed pictures of the package sent out, which was completely different from what I received. AliExpress refused to refund me. I suspect someone at AliExpress warehouse must have stolen the item and sent rubbish to me. This site cannot be trusted. Just don't buy from them. They are dishonest.

Please please do not buy from this company. It is a scam!!! If your order is damage they refuse blame and you get a hard time to return. I have an order that is damaged, the seller refuse to send me the road return number!!!!

I decided to trust Aliexpress and tried to make a $200 purchase but it said the payment failed. Then I got a message to appeal. I clicked on appeal and was asked to attach a picture of my ID and my card. There was no way I was going to do that so I closed the page. The next day I received an email to complete my purchase. I clicked on it, out of curiosity, and it took me to the payment page as if the day before never happened. This all screamed red flags to me so I will not be purchasing through Aliexpress.

Beware! Aliexpress are just aplatform for multiple companies. I am waiting for them to help me get my refund back from a very dodgy company (only found that out...) to see if that have any influence or or even interested in helping the little people.

I had wait about 3 months for a package, i ask seller to send again e refuse and say I give him wrong address. Obviously address it's right, register on Aliexpress from years and got many package at that address.

Items are not as described! Under buyer protection, that should have been a full refund but AliExpress chose to released funds to seller. The seller refused to follow the dispute process (to pay for cost of return shipping), but AliExpress still released money to them. The whole dispute was a waste of time. Seller can do anything they want and still make money since AliExpress agents are there to serve the seller really. Dishonest seller made $70 from me :(

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Someone I don't know has charged my account with over 1K worth of items. And now I'm fighting with my bank and these people to give me a refund. Their "customer service" is a joke. You can't call or get through to them or even email them unless you have some sort of an account with them which I DO NOT. So now I have to sit and wait until I get a call back or the transactions settle.

I paid over $500 from Navifly for an Android Auto Touchscreen for my car which failed to connect as it should have done. Not only have I sent 17 messages to the supplier (Navifly) none of which have been replied to, but when attempting to file a Dispute on a number of occasions the “Submit” button does nothing. Totally disenchanted with is this organisation and I suggest nobody should use their services.

Aliexpress are allowing Chinese companies to promote products that do not match the description once received!!! And when you complain Aliexpress log you out of your account, so i was unable to get a rebate from this fraudulent company that is still selling and promoting on aliexpress today... MY STRONGEST ADVISE DO NOT BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS THEY ARE NO LONGER CONCERNED ABOUT CUSTOMERS - A QUICK BUCK OFF OF THOSE THAT WORK HARD FOR SOME SMALL PLEASURE OF MOBILE PHONES, PCs ETC... ALIEXPRESS SHOULD BE BLOCKED FROM EUROPE IF YOU BUY FROM THEM & IT GOES WRONG - I HAVE TRIED TO WARN YOU HERE I cannot add prove below, as they have locked me out of my account, i am unable to get the fraudulent info... i still have the mobile phone, i will be using it as a target for my air rifle as it merits nothing more than to be destroyed

AliExpress should be banned! Three quarter of the goods they sell is infringing a copyright or fake items. Thousands of brands are copied (Disney, Harry Potter, Marvel…) using low end materials. I’m baffled seeing people purchasing “fragrances, cosmetics, jewellery” without knowing what is inside the product and what health issues those products could potentially trigger. This website is a giant pile of junks…

Do not buy from this site. I ordered a diamond painting off of aliexpress site from a seller called Nabi. They did not send the right drills I needed to do the picture. I contacted aliexpress who sent the message to the company. They said if you order another picture we will include the correct drills for other picture also. So I spent more money and they didn't send the drills I needed. Now they say send me .01 us dollars and we can send drills. Done dealing with this company and aliexpress who has not helped to fix the problem. My mistake for not ordering US products won't make that mistake again.

Total waste of time. Bought so much from aliexpress over the years and never have I ever had this terrible experience with these fools! I bought a bulk order off vendor on aliexpress who suggested to make a order without payment. The website dosn't allow for one to make order without payment. So vendor decides to note down all the product quantities, colors and sizes. Sends a payment link, which I followed thru and paid. Vendor did not write down any comments in the payment link, but order details are there in our chat history. I followed up with vendor next day and made an additional bulk order, going thru the same payment link process. Again vendor did not make any comments on payment link, but chat history shows what the order should be. I paid it, asked the vendor to send me pictures before shipping out to confirm my order and they agreed to do so. 2 weeks later I get notified the products are shipped, and vendor forgets to send pictures of the order. However they grantee the order was correctly shipped and not to worry about anything. 2 weeks after that, we got the order come in, had to pay duties (which vendor said they would reimburse in our order). We opened up the box, to our surprise the products were all the wrong color. Some of which we didn't even select. Now we have all these products that our customers don't want to buy. So we tried to contact vendor, to our surprise the vendor doesn't respond. We tried for 2 weeks and still nothing, this led us to contact aliexpress customer service. Oh boy! getting to live agent on their platform is a mission and it's such a pain. Once connected I told them our story and they asked for proof and I provided. 1st payment link was in our favor and said refund to be processed. 2nd payment link was rejected by some agent saying not enough proof. So I contacted customer service again, going thru this stupid process for 40 mins to be connected to agent. Happy agent says they can fix this for us and gathered evidence again and helped me to file a proper case to submit for 2nd payment link. As for 1st payment link they were waiting on vendor to respond before issuing refund. I had to go thru this process 12 times. Than they decided to over turn 1st payment link dispute against us without any proper reasoning to this decision and said the payment has been made to vendor and to reach out directly to ghost vendor and deal with a solution. 2nd payment link also gets rejected. After 1 month we hear something from vendor saying hey make a new order and I'll fix up my mistake on last order. I was fed up and made it clear, just give me my money back or send me the correct products that I ordered. To my surprise, vendor goes silent for another 2 weeks. Than in the mean time I'm still struggling with customer service and it's the same stupid process. Hard to get a hold off, they don't make any proper notes for the disputes, asking for the same proof again and again and than grantee that the case is solid enough for me to get refund. Out of no where vendor responds and says hey deal with aliexpress customer service and you can collect your refund once you submit evidence. I send the screen shot of our chat to the agents at aliexpress and they said this is solid evidence (once again) and the files are being reviewed by higher ups. So just sit tight and you should hear something in 48 hours. No one responds. So just 48 hours ago I went on aliexpress site, tried so hard but couldn't connect to no agent. Than filled out an online dispute form which the site pushed me to. Than 24 hours ago I get an email which is so poorly messaged saying we can't help you since payment has been made and you didn't have any disputes open to both orders. So try talking with vendor to getting a solution for you. Like honestly, what are these idiots doing? It's almost like aliexpress has no proper way to handling customer complaints and following up with them. THE BIGGEST TERRIBLE WORST EXPEREINCE I HAD TO FACE! I responded back to them saying this is really stupid and I will definitely put my story out there on social media. So my advice to everyone who uses aliexpress, stop using them. They have the worst site ever, no customer service and on top of that a bunch of clowns who have no clue what they are doing there. They have no way to vet the vendors on there and it's just another scam platform for anyone looking to loose their money easily! To aliexpres - it's not over! I'll make sure this get's fixed by you soon!

I am totally let down by Ali Express -for almost two months the shipping status has not changed - despite items stating delivery in January!!! The customer service link is an absolute con!! You cannot open a dispute or contact an actual human - so you have to go via your PayPal link or however you paid to claim a refund - be aware when you go to purchase an item it STATES A DELIVERY DATE HOWEVER AFTER PAYMENT THAT CHANGES!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I AM STILL WAITING FOR THINGS SINCE LAST YEAR!!!! (WHICH WILL NEVER ARRIVE!!)
