“AliExpress doesn't allow returns. I bought a water timer but I didn't use and I wanted to return. AliExpress didn't provide a return link and refused to provide a return label after many attempts to contact their online customer service. I would recommend to avoid buying from the website especially for overseas customers since they don't want to receive returned items.”

“Worse experience I have had. Product shipped and I received two weeks later only to learn that it does not fit. I have tried to communicate with Aliexpress but no success. It is such a hassle!!! I will never buy anything from Aliexpress again!!!!”

“If something seems too good to be true it probably is. Many of the stores on AliExpress advertise items 90% lower than Amazon or Temu but they never ship the item out. I experienced this a four or five times with different items. Aliexpress does nothing about it. Sure you get a refund but you lost out on opportunities other sites might have had. I just deleted my aliexpress account I will not be shopping there again”

“i was just contacted by a fraud victim that Aliexpress fraudulently put an order for a winch plate and tried to mail it to me from the victim's Amazon account. Aliexpress has been unresponsive for over a week. I will never use them again!!”

“"After charging my card the correct amount of around $288.00, I began receiving multiple emails urging me to buy more products—including the same item I had already purchased! After waiting over a week with no useful tracking information, I received this disappointing email: 'Your order xxxxxxxxxxxxxx has been closed due to a "timeout"—Expired. The seller failed to ship your order on time, and a full refund will be issued automatically within 3 to 20 business days.' It’s unacceptable that payment was taken instantly, but I now have to wait anywhere from 3 to 20 days to receive a refund for an item that was never even shipped. This is incredibly frustrating and far from a positive experience. Based on this, it’s unlikely I’ll be making any further purchases in the future."”

“I’ve been trying to get my refund of cheap hair from aliexpress since SEPTEMBER 2024 and up till now no regards at all FROM THE SENIOR TEAM THEY ARE VERY INCONSIDERATE AND WICKED THEY DO NOT HAVE NO EMPATHY FOR THEIR CLIENTS I’m just tired of been scammed by ALIEXPRESS AND THE SELLER NOW and the funny thing is that the seller constantly increases the prices of their hair but the quality no I’m 100% sure that they are working together to scam their clients OR THEIR MONEY I’ve been trying to get open a claim for days now THIS IS UNFAIR to all THE GIRLS out there do not buy THE HAIR FROM ALIEXPRESS IS CHEAP BUT IT DOES NOT LAST IS BEST THAT YOU INVEST YOUR MONEY IN RAW HAIR AND IT WILL LAST YOU MORE AND THE TEXTURE WILL BE ALWAYS THE SAME”

“I ordered some item from Aliexpress, I have not received them. I tried to contact the sellers and found they look like using a machine to talk with me, it is helpless. I was told the items have been delivered to me. If not got, ask me to give a proof. It is very strange, delivery guarantee aliexpress, you should give proof, every step should be got record including receiver's signature. You should know that it is hard and impossible for a receiver to show a proof, because the courier often ignores the request by receiver. I really do not what I can do?”

“The package was lost, I provided the proof that the deliverer didn't receive it at all and here I am, fifteen days later without Aliexpress refunding the package. Disgusting customer attention, and only proves that this company will only care about the money and will not listen to the legit complains and demands from the customer. Better search for alternatives or go for Amazon at this point.”

“Please stay away from this broker, I had a lot of faith in the company but they have disappointed me and my friends. They held a total of 100 btc and 6 eth. “I was being cheap and trying to save some money. The item did arrive, late, but it just didn't work. Their return process is basically fraudulent. The page to process the review typically does not process, day after day and week after week. Their guarantee is meaningless. I purchased a bicycle saddle that just did not fit and tried to communicate with them over and over. The one contact I did get assured me it would all be resolved.”
