“Ordered merchandise was given tracking information for some other address and products from a different company. Never got what I ordered or a refund despite numerous attempts to resolve with their online customer service. As a result I paid 170 dollars for merchandise that I never received. Do not buy from this company.”

“Avoid shopping on AliExpress. Returns are not allowed even for defective items, which is a violation of Australian law. Look at the picture – this dongle is incompatible with Australia's 4G network (checked on government website). Even though I provided evidence and requested a return on the day of delivery, my request was still denied. I'm surprised they seem to have difficulty in understanding the Australian government's website. I never seen such rubbish online shopping site. BTW, I had contacted them at least 8 times and they only send boilerplate responses and always reject the return. They even asked me to contact the rogue sellers about the return, which is ridiculous! They don't care about buyer and fair at all. Terrible experience! Scam site!”

“I ordered a wood chipper from them and it appeared to be going OK. But than it said it was delivered and I never received. The tracking number was Fedex and they had a picture of a round tubular package at someone else's garage. Obviously a 200lb wood chipper does not fit in what looks like a poster tube. The house number on the Fedex tracker doesn't match my house. So now I have no package and Ali insists it was delivered. Not worth the hassle. Just use Amazon.”

“After many years buying from Aliexpress, I have to say that Aliexpress is not the safe marketplace anymore. I bought an item but the seller sent a defective product. I request refund but Aliexpress help center is just a joke. The sellers on Aliexpress well know how to juggle and deceive the buyer and Aliexpress. After more than 10 years buying from aliexpress now I want to say bye Aliexpress. I will choose another marketplace.”

“Ordered a battery capacitor tester from them and paid with PayPal. Got a message says the package was delivered, never saw it. Our house is 600’ off the road so no porch pirates here. Have emailed customer support twice to no avail. PayPal is my next try.”

“I bought an item which I returned but because they were slow in refunding my money, I went through PayPal but it was a waste of time. I came back to them but the kept saying the money is frozen by PayPal, I got message from PayPal that no fund is being withheld and they should contact them if they are unable to do the refund and they will do it for them but the company refused and kept quiet about the whole matter and a screenshot of the message did not change matters. Fraudulent company”

“Ordered an SSD and received a USB converter. When I tried to contact the seller or start a return neither option works. Attempts to contact Ali Express were unsuccessful. I have heard that people get great deals on Ali Express and got bought a couple of decent items myself there years ago but it appears the site is just promoting scams and facilitating them by disabiling any way to receive compensation.”

“Never got my order but there tracking said it was delivered and left in the mailbox. I ordered a 50 pound bucket of chlorine tablets. So obviously something went wrong with the tracking. Called multiple times and was assured that it would be taken care of but never happened. Called credit card company that I used to pay. They investigated but denied refund. So it’s left up to me to start my own investigation. Would advise people to stay clear of this website.”

“I lost a substantial sum of money, therefore I left. Although the community managers are no longer there, the app continues to function. But since there are no withdrawal options, I'm inclined to think this is a scam after receiving a sizable Thanksgiving bonus. It will be a miracle if it reappears, so I resorted to A I X A L T D . C O M for assistance. At least they are dependable, and they assisted me in getting about 14,000 EURO back from them”

“Wow insanely bad experience. Tried to buy both a washer and a dryer, a portable, on there. Both of these units were national brands, but both of those sellers were absolute scammers. I got out with my skin only because I used paypal. I would never, ever, ever, again go near That platform. Deleted the app, and breathed a sigh of relief... cuz I could have easily been screwed out of $1,000. Run don't walk!!!”

“I ordered 100 swivel/pin pieces but only received 50. Unfortunately, AliExpress has been unhelpful in resolving the issue. Neither a refund nor a replacement for the missing items has been offered, and the seller has not addressed the mistake. Very disappointed with the lack of support and accountability.”

“Awful app and awful service. App is full of pop ups and rubbish and hard to navigate. For double charged and still trying to get refunded. Other order has a courier who apparently can’t find my address after 2 attempts. I live inner city in an ordinary street with my house number clearly visible. NO ONE ELSE has ever “not found my address” 😂 Try Google Maps 😂 I’ll stick with Amazon. Absolute jokers”
