The sizes are completely off after waiting a month for it to arrive the outfit was 4 times to small and the material felt cheap and nasty. The second outfit never showed. When I approached them for a refund I got no help. So they basically steal your money.

Order said it was signed for. I never received my order so I reached out to customer service. I got some very inappropriate responses from a rude man. Will need to dispute with my bank to get money back because I paid for things I never received! DO NOT SHOP ON THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!

The business I ordered a defective product argue and refuse to refund my money even though I showed them several videos to prove my case. Aliexpress seems to have taken their side and is now not responding. Aliexpress is unprofessional as are some of its businesses.

Worsy ever experience! They send me two phones from "private" seller masked under company name. When I told them that is not working, they asked for return. Shopping cost back to China is more than what they charged me for phones. They are tiefs, do not buy anything from them!

The delivery company failed to deliver the package twice where I was at home. And the delivery company did not allow me to pick it up either. I started around 10 chats about this package with Ali Express trying to get help with the delivery problem. Still then it was sent back to China. And Ali Express decided they did not want to return the money. That company has no integrity and will steal your money if they can. Avoid at all costs.

Wish I had read these reviews before I fell. Won't bore you with the details. The other reviews pretty much sum it up. Say my package was delivered. No....... not delivered. Luckily I only blew 150 clams. Cant even "dispute" as you can't enter a password to even get in. I am reporting this mob to consumer affairs. Shonky as hell. STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!

ALERT! - BEWARE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THIEVES. Bought a Blue Light Screen Filter and received it in very damaged condition. The vendor, i-Technology Life, claimed damage was from violent shipping, but the type and amount of damage and the condition of the shippers package proved this false. Opened a dispute and accepted Ali Express proposal for a refund ($47.86). i-technology repeated violent shipping as a cause of damage, offered a $3.96 discount, wanted dispute cancelled. I informed i-technology returning the product by registered courier to shippers warehouse address ($28.52), no response. Received email one month later from Ali Express stating, “Dispute Concluded, Seller agreed to your proposal,” but the seller insisted I return the item to China at twice the purchase price at my expense. Despite evidence the product was shipped damaged, Ali Express backed this up as a condition of the refund, which makes Ali Express Refund Policy a fraud. I would avoid both itechnology Life and Ali Express. If you do buy from Ali Express buy small items under $20 and maybe use PayPal. BE WARNED!

I bought coffee grinder on AliExpress from Forward Store: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003979808674.html. It was advertised for sale with 75-Day Buyer protection and Money Back Guarantee. Coffee grinder is not working as it should. Majority of ground coffee is retained in grinding chamber, and grind is very uneven. It is not possible to use it because its design and construction makes it unfunctional in principle. This item should not have been offered for sale. Its advertisement and description appeared to be totally misleading. I requested returning this item at Forward Store expense and full refund of my money including postage and handling, that is AU$350.94. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vm4hh8G84kQ, please. Yet, instead of immediately fulfilling its unconditional promise of buyer's protection and money back guarantee, AliExpress initiated "investigation" and clearly took seller's side ignoring my obvious video evidence. I have had no choice but to apply for PayPal protection as I paid via PayPal. After that, AliExpress canceled its initiated dispute and claimed that I canceled this dispute. Now, I am waiting for PayPal protection and full refund of my money.

The customer service is horribile, I bought an electric bike worth 1400 dollars and after two months the frame broke. I contacted the seller and the seller asked me to pay to his paypal for shipment cost, then I contacted the customer service where they said I shouldn't pay for the shipment, the seller got angry about the situation, Aliexpress customer service agent she requested a warranty refunds - after 10 days no news no emails - I contacted again the customer service - another warranty request - been waiting for oher 20 days - no emails and no news, they will only waste your time and money.

I cannot send an item back which stopped working after few weeks. And I cannot refund it. The customer service doesn't reply.

Aliexpress promise to follow up on a merchant that has stolen my money and not shipped goods. Aliexpress customer service sent me 1 email to say they will contact merchant. Merchant has not responded to me. Aliexpress has IGNORED 10 of my emails to find out where my goods are. Aliexpress promises to refund purchase cost but they DON'T. They are protecting the thief of merchant and give customers EMPTY PROMISES as they have NO INTENSION of refunding any money. I have cotacted PayPal NOT TO WORK WITH ALIEXPRESS WEBSITE. I have given Aliexpress 1 star because it is not possible to give -10 stars.

I've had many good purchases from Aliexpress, but whenever anything went wrong they handled it so badly that I no longer feel safe to buy from them any more. I've received broken items they wouldn't refund me for, and once I never received an item that they refused to refund me for. So It comes down to, do the saving outweigh the gamble of receiving broken items, or not receiving the item at all.

Ordered a knife holder and was told it would be 4 weeks for delivery. Figured that would be all right as it was substantially cheaper than on Amazon. After three weeks I received an email that the order had been cancelled by seller. Never heard one word about a refund. When I asked about getting a refund I got a one work reply, "ok". Called my credit card company and disputed the charge and received an immediate reversal of the charge.

Do not use this site. They just don't send the goods and say "your goods can't be shipped due to the international problems" I can't get my money back, either. The seller says " I can't even sell the goods and the platform alreay took off the goods feom theur shelf." This is a joke. Just don't use this site.

Ordered a wig from China, it's not even the same as the one on the Web site. After reading all your reviews not sure it's worth paying to send it back as they don't seem to issue refunds and aliexpress aren't doing anything about it. Not happy what a scam sight!

1 star is generous!!!! Ordered 2 plastic circular table cloths as per the picture in their online brochure which shows a table cloth, with about 10 cm or so. This overhang is important obviously for table use. They asked me specifically for the diameter of the table so they could order it. What I received were 2 table cloths at exactly the diameter of the table with absolutely no overhang!!!!!!! Not what I ordered and not what I was expecting!!!!!!! All the reviews I have read about this company indicate to me that their products, competence are terrible and service is appalling. Difficult to find who to call to address the issues. Furthermore the reviews indicate they will do anything to avoid reruns, even for their own mistakes. Si I have decided not to follow the tortuous route to trying to return these inferior products as I expect the outcome will be the same as the many dissatisfied customers who did not get any satisfaction. The total effort required to complain, argue and return the product is not worth the stress. I assume that the company has little regard for customers and it seems that they cannot be trusted to satisfy their customers. They seem to operate on the principle that upsetting people is ok as they have been paid and they don’t care less about losing customers as their are many fish in the ocean. Grossly dishonest with zero moral fibre. Not sure where this company is from but clearly the authorities need to take action against them, if all the complaints are genuine. At the very least they should be investigated disingenuous and dishonest practices.

My package never showed up after a month, they said it was delivered which is BS, I opened a dispute and they closed my order, luckily I'm only out 20 bucks, will not order from them again.
