Failure to deliver goods to buyer and the customer service ask the buyer to show evidence!!! Ridiculous! I am not talking about the quality of the item. Once there is any problem, you won't get help from the customer service. DONT believe the "open dispute", "90 days buyer protection" ....., all of these things are useless. In Aliexpress, you pay less for a cheap product or even nothing at all!

Sellers provide fake tracking numbers, AliExpress doesn't refund for purchases that never arrive. Order ID: 8147860013877204.

On June 7, 2022 I ordered a blue Color Backlight LED Display MP3 Player Flash Support SD/TF Card 32G With FM Radio Digital MP3 Music Player Fashion from AliExpress and it was to come to me from Global Telephone Supplies Store, order number **. When I checked the tracking site it indicated “Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 11:32 am on June 16, 2022 in INDIANA, PA 15701.” I never received the product. I do not live in Pennsylvania. My Address is ***, Florida 32701, not somewhere in Pennsylvania. I have received an email stating that the product was returned to your company, which is it, was it delivered or returned to you? I do not know if I am going to receive the product I ordered. The Tracking number: **. I would like the product I ordered resent to my correct address ASAP. I waited long enough for it to be delivered. The telephone number they gave me to call 408 7855580 does not work. If this order is not corrected to my satisfaction I will be telling friends and colleagues NEVER to purchase anything from AliExpress. And, I will put a compliant in with the Federal Trade Commission. At this point I feel I was scammed I agreed if I settled the dispute, I would get a refund from the seller. I went online to the seller and the following appears: Final Solution: No Refund That is not what I agreed to. I was SCAMMED. Your company is unethical, and I will let everyone I come into contact with let them know. I cannot accept your decision. You lied to me stating that if I ended the dispute, I would get a refund for a product I did not receive. If this is not a scam, I do not know what is. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau here in the United States. I have gone on the internet and published my experience about your company, and I have been telling all that would listen not do any business with your company. You will probably scam others but when word gets around it spreads like a wildfire, and you will lose in the end. It may take some time, but it will happen.

I would give them negative stars if I could. I paid 321CAD for a electric self-clean litter box. After 40days waiting tracing information said it is delivered which I didn’t receive. I have to dispute it afterwards they admitted address they sent was wrong. Instead of giving a refund they gave another shipping information show seller resent something to me but not the product I paid for. My order is a electric self-clean litter box value 321 CAD but the they sent me a little box only value 12US dollars. So after I wrote back the facts back Aliexpress emailed me said seller agreed my proposal which is a fully refund that was on June 14. Today I received another email from AliExpress said I didn’t provide evidence to support my request so they released payment to seller and case is closed. So my suggestion is never buy anything from aliexpress because they’re unsupportive and inresponsible .

Pages are full of thumbnails that show a low price but when you click on it the actual price is much higher. Aliexpress does not make sellers remove false ads or ban them from selling for a while for purposely using false ads. I got so tired of this and all the time I was wasting and went back to eBay.

Ordered 2 bikinis and have not arrived, I’ve tried to get refund but they are dsaying it’s delivery company but when you go to find delivery company you can’t locate which delivery it is! Total scam

Very deceptive, no morals or principles and dishonest. Sellers ask you to lie in your review or the reason why you want a refund in order for them to agree to the refund. Aliexpress customer service is phoney. They make it almost impossible to actually contact someone.

Sent me items that need instructions. Refused to send instructions. I returned items & the seller is to pay postage $33.60. They Refused and I'm out of pocket. Communication was terrible. Avoid!!!!

I've been using them for years, mostly successfully. However, as soon as I had a problem with a delivery address, the system failed. Aliexpress´s own customer service, not the sellers, is VERY POOR. I´m very disappointed.

I have now been 'negotiating' for 5 months after ordering a product from Topzero *******524002712) and eventually got supplied with a completely different item, (and completely worthless!). The company supplying the goods make all sorts of stupid remarks such as wrong product number, being on holiday (they have lots of holidays!) and 'puzzle' emojis. Aliexpress agents via their web page, whom I have contacted many times, just keep apologising and suggesting I message the supplier - as I have many times but useless of course! I will never use Aliexpress again as they are as useless as Topzero. On the other hand I have ordered a product through Amazon, clarified a couple of questions with immediate response, and was then sent the correct product within a couple of weeks. They will have my business from now on.

I've bought item for 50USD, which stopped working after 2-3 months after receiving it. I struggled with seller for 6 months, he only delayed my actions with aftersales department. After some time i've contacted aftersales department, 3 times, 14days inbetween. Each time they said they will contact seller and convince him to a) refund money or b) send another same product - any of these resolutions i'm happy with.Even they didnt help much, just false promises. So after 9 months battling with seller and then with aftersales department, i've end up with non-working product and without money. I'm never using platform again, even for cheap (2usd) items. basically you buy garbage or low quality items, which end up in trash and later in the ocean, while AliExpress is making money of it. i've come to a point in life where i buy quality, regardless the price. And i use items for 10+ years, not 6 months.

Aliexpress provided unprofessional service. Even seller making fake shipping and provided tracking number was shipped to other destination. Aliexpress still release my money to seller. Aliexpress is number one SCAM web site . Even apply appeal still my money still gone with SCAM. Tracking showing the package was shipped to other destination.(Kuwait). My address is Canada. Aliexpress staff are SCAM team. there is no such live chat service. Aliexpress just try to copy word to word from Amazon. But the real is another SCAM service.

Ordered a battery from Mr.Battery Store., It was useless, wouldn't charge, Seller completely ignored me, guarantee posted meant zero. Ali Express promised to step in, again ZERO help. Canadians should stay away from ALI Express, they truly SUCK big time.

I've had a horrible experience with a purchase on AliExpres. It shoed up several aspects - the bad attitude of the seller, ignorance of the AliExpress customer support and an awful state of the AliExpress customer support system itself. Those who don't want to read long text can find the decision here: I recommend to be very careful when deciding to buy anything more or less expensive on AliExpress. In case of a problem, you cannot expect any reasonable response for the seller, any estimation of the situation by AliExpres and making any fair decision. You will have to be ready to spend many chat sessions on customer support without any result. Let's go by points: 1. I live in Norway, and this country requires paying customs tax when an item crosses the state border. AliExpress became a member of the VOEC (VAT On E-Commerce) agreement and, as such, takes VAT itself which removes the need to pay VAT to the national customs authorities. I bought a thing on AliExpress. The seller forgot to specify the VOEC number on the parcel. The parcel came to my post office, and when I came to pick it up, I was told I must pay VAT + clearance fee. Why? Because the VOEC number is missing on the parcel, which means for them that I did not pay VAT to AliExpress, even though I did it. 2. I contacted the seller. He refused to propose a solution. 3. I contacted AliExpress customer support on chat. The agent responded "No problem. Just pay the claimed amount. You will provide the receipt, and AliExpress will refund your expenses.". Looks good, right? 4. I paid the claimed amount, which was three times higher than the paid VAT because of the clearance fee. 5. I contacted AliExpress customer support via chat and requested to open a refund case. I provided all the documentation required, including the claim to pay and the receipt for the payment. 6. Here comes the challenging point. I did not get any response. It is impossible to communicate with the case handler directly. It is always done via chat and customer support agent. He/she always opens A NEW CASE for your new contact. Everything that was done before gets lost. I contacted customer support six times. The problem was never solved. I had to deliver the same documents for my expenses repeatedly, again and again. 7. On the seventh contact, a case was opened and handled. As a result, I've got a refund of the VAT amount paid to AliExpress BUT not the amount I paid to the local customs, which was three times higher. 8. I contacted customer support again and wrote that it was the wrong refund amount because I would not pay anything to local customs if the seller specified the VOEC number on the package. A new case was created, and some days later, I got a response that I had already received the refund that they did before and that it was a final decision. The bottom line: I paid double VAT, my real problem was ignored by AliExpress customer support, I spent several hours trying to get the issue fixed, the seller was not responsible for the problem caused by him. I paid for his mistake, and AliExpress denied compensating for this. Is it fair? NO. Is it any significant amount of money for AliExpress to compensate the customer? NO. It is simply disrespecting the customer. Hence, I warn those who use AliExpress services that AliExpress disrespect us, buyers, and they never take responsibility for compensating expenses done by a buyer due to sellers' mistakes. In addition, AliExpress does not have any case handling system, which makes the whole negotiation process a nightmare. In comparison, these are issues that I never experienced buying on eBay. Here I can confirm that eBay always respects the buyer and always takes responsibility for any problems with the seller.

I uninstalled their app, I should have done this a long time ago, unbelievable how stressful and frustrating the experience with this place is, there is a very serious deception, feel the prices are cheap, wrong, open your eyes there are lots of sites, decent prices, delivery time in most of these places is Less than 50% of AliExpress’s delivery time, good quality, and mostly honest in their attitude to customers much more than this place

Let’s call it what it is. Chinese sellers and middlemen are the most crooked dishonest people on this earth. The platform knows the sellers are selling fake and forged products but they also empower them to screw westerners as much as they can. The sellers know full well that the easiest way to scam you is to keep asking you to return product….that you’ve never received or in some cases if you receive a bulky damaged or non working product, they know shipping it back LEGALLY unlike what they do including dealing with customs in both country is a nightmare and that’s why they keep asking you to return.

Customer service is absolutely TRASH. Pricing is great, very cheap and I see why, you deal with more complications than ever!! I ordered about 15 items and received not one! I asked for a refund multiple times and still haven’t been able to get it! It’s been 2 weeks and I am so mad because I did drop a decent amount of money on what I thought were cute things. Now I want NOTHING to do with this app. It is trash!!!!
