“I placed an order from them on March 12th (today is June 21st) and my package has not arrived yet. I've gotten several emails over the past few months saying "good news! your package is on the way" then nothing came.. twice this week I got emails saying "bad news, you didnt confirm your order so now it's canceled" .... I'm sorry, what? It was just two little bracelets so I decided months ago I didn't care about them anymore.. but what an awful company to take over 3 months and not keep up with customer service. NO. THANKS.”

“Stay away from Aliexpress and EAM… Stay away from Aliexpress and EAM Official Store, been scammed by this store and after 4! times contacting the customer service they still have done nothing and now you cant contact them at all”

“I placed an order from Aliexpress last year. I has been waiting for months and then found the order was cancelled without telling me! I got the refund so I place another order 7 weeks ago., still waiting.( I really shouldn't order again after bad experience last year but I chose to try it again. ) I tried to find out where is my parcel. Online tracking update was up to 6 weeks ago. Messaged online customer service a couple of times but no response! Wasting time! Never ever use it anymore. Not recommend at all.”

“I ordered 2 of the same item, four months later. Didn’t arrive. I contacted the seller asking for a refund. She claims she sent another one, although I never received a tracking number or a protection plan date. Waited again and nothing arrived. Contacted seller again requesting a refund and was told she already posted another. She refused to issue a refund so I filed a dispute. I was refunded only for one item. There is no way for me to contact them and I don’t think they even have a customer service as every time I would try, nothing would go though. To top things off seller contacted me requesting I give her a 5 star rating!! Thieves, stole my money.”

“-Uses 50cent army to write positive lies about there website -Let Chinese suppliers send defective stuff after 30 Days so you cant get a refund -Their system changes your password without permission then will not except reset password -Cannot get in touch with help without logging in, so no help if cant login”

“I would leave no stars but I couldn't I waited 3 months to get my order and never did and when I email them they say I needed to pay attention more to the tracking when I did. I will never order from here again I never received my order or the money back for it please go somewhere else and find what u need.”

“I have been buying many items from AliExpress My experiences have been mostly good BUT lately I’ve open disputes but still they say I’ve received the items .... let along that it has been taking 3-4 months to even get information- If I don’t get answers soon I’ll never buy again from AliExpress Maurice C Australia”

“i am only giving them 1 star because its the lowest...do not buy off this company... i have bought 16 packages over 4 mths and i have only recieved 4... postage has been taking 4 mths and counting... when i open a dispute they tell me its my fault as i have not checked for it... but im telling them i have tried all avenues... this is what they sent to me.....Please pay more attention to the tracking information. If the package arrive at the delivery office, please contact post office to pick up in time. Buyer should be responsible for any consequences of failure to collect items in time. this place is full of scammers... they collect money and dont care ... they have also shut down their help operator chat so we cannot get help.... its just a bot that takes us around in circles.... pathetic aliex express... worst company ever”

“YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY - DO NOT BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS I spent nearly £50 on an order (AliExpress, for your information Order ID: 8012286122729575, not that you care!!), goods were never delivered. After several weeks later, I cancelled the order and raised a dispute. The dispute was finished and no refund has been given. WHY???? I have not received the goods and the seller has kept my money. ALIEXPRESS AND THE VENDOR ARE THIEVES!!!!!”

“I have been waiting 2 months for my order.... they said they sent the refund on my dispute but when I look in my bank account the money never went on my card. This is horrible they have stolen close to 100$ from me!!! I cant semm to speak to any customer service. Poorly run website.”

“Bought a Semi-flexible 300W Solar Panel 18V Monocrystalline Solar Cell from the AliExpress ShirLin Game Store. The panel actual power output in noon summer sunlight is 42 watts. They are false advertizing and AliExpress just let them get away with it. Also, AliExpress does not have a chat customer service, only robots that take you in circles. There refund policy is another lie.”

“Dont waste your time and money with this website. They dont stay behind their words. It has been over 2 months and i have received all my goods. Deadline for 6/6/20, i got half of it. They promised me half the money back and today is 6/15/20 and they have not paid the refund back as the package is still in transit. Total BS, poor customer service and waste of time.”
