Prices are attractive, but wait times are very long and services unreliable. Buyer protection is a joke. If you don’t receive your item because it’s lost by the carrier or misdelivered, don’t expect money back. Customer service is non-existent, all you will encounter is chat bot generating same answers.

Ali Express is a gimmick website they take your money and your order sometimes arrive and or it take months to receive what you purchased don't waste your time or money.

You only have a certain amount of time to open a dispute and if you miss it you do not get a chance to apply for a refund. Even when you don't receive and item and do have a chance to apply for a refund they sometimes will give you nothing and you don't ever get your product. The prices are great but the wait times and customer service is horrible. I'll never shop on a site again where the site settles on the sellers side of a dispute and the customer ends up without a product and without a refund. Unacceptable.

aliex express have to be one of the worst online stores i have ever purchased from. i ordered 13 packages and i know because of covid 19 the delivery might take a bit longer... up to 6 weeks but its now been3 mths and i have only recieved 4 items. i go to opena dispute and you cant because the tracking is still in limbo... i caanot do anything and they dont have a chat you can ask for help... its bad service dont buy off them their warranty is not honest

After waiting MONTHS for my order, I finally opened a dispute for not receiving my parcel. Dispute was finished with them saying that the item was delivered and I received it, which was NOT the case! I did an appeal which was denied as well and no refund issued. There is no proof that the item was delivered and I phoned all my local post offices with no luck. There is just no way of directly contacting the site. This was the first time I bought form AliExpress and I deeply regret it! I will NEVER EVER buy from them again. They have much to learn from sites like WISH and BANGGOOD with regards to customer care and protection. You suck big time and shame on you for stealing my money!

Order 2 items 7 weeks ago. No tracking info available and when we disputed the order no action was taken. I have chased them online but still so refund. There is no way to contact the company directly.

Stop buying from this brazen company, Aliexpress: 1. The quality of the items, especially clothing, is very poor. Then when you receive the poor quality, it is up to you to now take a picture, send in a complaint. It is a complete hassle and not worth it as you can be sure most of the items you order are thin material and not as the picture shows on the model. 2. Recently, Aliexpress has changed the way it confirms whether items have been received by the customer. Before, when an item 'purchase protection' ran out, you would let Aliexpress know and they would track the item and refund if the item had not arrived. Generally you would have 2 weeks to file a dispute. NOW, they alert you 'Times Up' and put the onus on YOU to go to the Post Office to find out where your Order is. How stupid is that? Here is the Aliexpress' current idea of Customer Service: 'Please pay more attention to the tracking information. If the package arrive at the delivery office, please contact post office to pick up in time. Buyer should be responsible for any consequences of failure to collect items in time.' This is copy/pasted directly from the last dispute I opened because and AGAIN items did not arrive, 6 in total. 3. The length of time Aliexpress allows for delivery of items has changed from 6 weeks to 3 MONTHS. How ridiculous is that? And according to Aliexpress, after 3 months of failure to delivery the order, it is the International Customers issue, not theirs. My best advise: Stop buying from this Company. They simply do not deserve the trust of International Customers, their money or their orders for their crappy products

A site made up almost exclusively of scammers. They closed their customer service. It is impossible to communicate with a human. They have all been replaced by the Eva robot which aims to not answer your questions, to discourage you so that you cannot get your money. If you want to waste your time and money, this is the perfect place!

It is a complete scam. There is no customer service and they do not provide you a refund when the products don't arrive.

Terrible place to buy. Half of their sellers are fraudulent, and if you don't receive products, or products are faulty, you are out of luck. They will give you a runaround, dispute buttons would hidden, and disputes closed without refund or explanations. Just avoid, it is third world class e-business.

Bought few items there, did not received anything from aliexpress and also did not receive money back too, no live chat or email to discuss about that with someone only automat Eva which is not usefull as well. Higley not recommended

I bought an item in early march & have been waiting for 3 months for my purchase to arrive. requested refund but AliExpress proposed an automatic new solution: "please be patience waiting for the international package" unacceptable. buyers be aware, you are buying at your own risk. there is no refund

aliexpress business plan: 1) come up with a random name with lots of numbers 2) copy images of other merchants storefront to create your imaginary storefront 3) when orders come in, send fake tracking information 4) operate under the impression that the buyer will not: a) notice the tracking information is fake b) file a dispute within the "protection period" c) create a paper trail of screen shots showing evidence of fraud d) receive a full or partial refund if disputed 5) if the buyer does file a dispute, string them along by increasing the protection period indefinitely, send them more fake tracking information, reply with "copy pasta" responses, or simply don't reply at all 6) 100% profit as there is no need to have inventory, customer service, & or a physical location 7) business(scam) can be run from anywhere, with a time investment of only a couple hours a week, rinse & repeat the aforementioned, until aliexpress reputation is irreparably damaged, & folds under consumer pressure

I order more that 45 days ago, and all the staff is still in China...and I try talk with the sellers, i know like a ping ball to a stone wall. TOO BAD I CANNOT GIVE ZERO STARS BECAUSE THAT CHINA SERVICE DESERVE ZERO, ZERO, ZERO

This seller is a scammer: "China NO.2 LCD Store" They show in pics they sell original Samsung display, but they don't. They sell fake and broken display. Seller will always delete your dispute, and only ask you to delete the dispute, give him 5 stars review and after that he will send you money. DON'T TRUST HIM, NEVER CANCEL A DISPUTE, THIS SELLER IS A SCAMMER

Ali Express is a website where it is "Buy at your own risk !" I have been buying products from Ali Express for years and if I can add as a reseller I buy from other sites as well The facts are - -Sellers have descriptions/images of a product then send you something else. (The Chinese or whoever seem to have a different approach to advertising products they sell ) -Products you buy on Ali Express might be cheaper than elsewhere (e.g local) BUT on Aliexpress warranty does Not exist! -Products you buy might be cheaper than elsewhere BUT Returns ,free returns(no such thing) and warranty is irrelevant if the buyer pays all postage fees -if it's return to the seller or /and repost by the seller. -Products you buy might be cheaper than elsewhere BUT it takes depends to what country 1-3 months to receive the product ( Covid or no Covid ) -Products you buy might be cheaper than elsewhere BUT you might not receive the purchased item ! -Dispute claim - Not always in the buyers favour even if the buyer is right ! Sellers and the people from Ali express think that "Buyers Protection" is -buyers protection also as the sellers protection and also as a post service protection . Summary : For many years Ali Express has had an unprofessional work practice and it's not getting any better , even though they have a dispute process Aliexpress needs to realise that buyers are on their site to buy products and NOT to open disputes !!

Dont buy from Ali express..they have almost zero customer service capability if anything goes wrong..only an automated on line service that just ends up at the point you came in on. The one quite expensive item shows as being delivered/finished but its not correct the supplier has provided 2 different tracking numbers but in both cases the delivery company (DHL) says they have never received the goods...its a scam.. ..give out false tracking data and then hope it will just go away.. I ordered a total of 4 items and only one of them arrived about 2 months later..the problem is that there is just no one to talk or chat to about it..no question amazon is 1000% better than ali express..at least you have some chance to resolve an issue but not with ali express..their system is designed to frustrate you so you just give up..

The item not delivered even after 65 days. Dispute in progress for 35 days now. Everytime I ask for an update , they send an email asking to wait for 5 more days. So I get 4-5 emails already asking to wait for 5 more days . It’s a joke. If you are thinking of buying anything from them. STAY AWAY.. 90% chance is that you are going to loss money. But if you are lucky enough you may fall in other 10% and get a low quality product.
