Arrives broken, not as described, or even just plain sh8tty. AliExpress sides with the seller every single time, and you're told to pay 10 bucks to put a stamp on a 5 bucks item to send it back to Fakechinaistan. That's all you need to know. Even all the 5 star reviews below are so painfully, obviously fake. I am deleting my account as soon as this review is published. You don't see such frauds on amazon.

Aliexpress use to be ok until 2019, now be aware because they will take your money and you will not get your shipment....I will never buy again from aliexpress...thieves

Customer service doesn't exist. It's impossible to contact Aliexpress, no mail, no phone, nothing! Now, showing no respect for customers, it's impossible to open a dispute when not receiving the goods for more than 90 days... Avoid this is by far the best option.

I ordered a triple pack of toilet paper that never arrived. The order showed up on their app fraudulently already marked as received. Despite my negotiation attempts, seller company Yajie Store kept responding "I have signed for it". Ali Express response was to give back half of my money. I had to turn to my VISA protection to extract the other half of my money. Another Ali Express sub store sent my gloves to somewhere in Nevada. They offered to credit me back via a PayPal account. I declined their request to have me pay the tiny 2% credit transaction fee for their mistake. We'll see if that credit shows up. To be fair, I have received some of the products I have ordered from Ali Express, it's just that I am a spoiled american consumer used to getting 100% of what I purchase.

Their customer support is terrible. First, they can prolong the delivery time declared whenever they want and how much they want and buyer have no right to object at all. Especially when their "Aliexpress standard shipping" is involved. In such cases you have no rights at all. Also, in those cases they are prolonging the dispute solving for several weeks, trying to avoid refunding. They are terrible. Don't buy there, I have already stopped.

absolutely terrible. ordered on may 12th, expected delivery before june... obviously not received the product yet, requested tracking info and the website seems to be translated by google translate beta. no clear response, no answers regarding refund for over 20 days! TERRIBLE WEBSITE, PLEASE AVOID

I'm very upset. I bought the goods for EUR 76 and it was not delivered to me and Aliexpress refused the refund because I reportedly had it at the post office. Not at the post office! The whole problem always arises when a shipment is sent to you by Aliexpress Standard Shipping! Sometimes it works, but when an error occurs, you don't get anything! Tracking issues! Do not use their shipping service! I'm very upset!

DELIVERY TAKES TOO LONG. LOST INTEREST IN ITEM. THEY HAVEN'T FIGURED OUT SHIPPING YET. BUT YET THEY WANT TO COME ON THE WORLD MARKET TO TRADE. I SAY BUY LOCAL. F U ALI EXPRESS.

The product it carries comes 3 months late and it will not cancel it after 2 months with no delivery. When the products finally came, it does not look like the picture at all. We want a refund and it takes forever to even process it. I doubt if I will get anything from them.

Do not buy anything until coronavirus disappears!! 3-4 months shipping if you're lucky. I can't understand what is going on because my home address is in Greece (europe) and not on the Moon.

Пока шёл спор и перепись между покупателем и продовцом, Aliexpress односторонно решил - никакого возврата денег. Результат - ни денег, ни товара. Болше Aliexpress не желает отвечать на эту проблему.

Absolutely horrible. They protect the seller for 90 days. Your order is in limbo. You catch the seller lying to you by message and they tell you that you can't do anything for 90 days. What a joke. I think post covid some are going under but trying to hold onto your cash for the 90 days. They said it had shipped and left yet DHL confirms it has yet to be dropped off. Absolutely joke. Told customer service that I have prove of their lies and they said nothing they can do about it for 90 days. AVOID AVOID AVOID - especially post covid.

I ordered a few small things a couple of months ago from different vendors on AliExpress. It was my first time ordering from that website. I have received zero items. I find it hard to believe the I was sent an email saying “bad news” your protection period is over. There is no tracking information when you click on track item. The whole thing sounds like a scam. Trying to contact customer service on the site just brings you to a page that says track item, with no tracking information. I hope they go out of business soon. I understand some things can take a couple months or more to arrive from China. Whether on Ebay or Amazon, the item still arrives and there is no “bad news” so sad email to tell you you’re screwed.

I placed an order from them on March 12th (today is June 21st) and my package has not arrived yet. I've gotten several emails over the past few months saying "good news! your package is on the way" then nothing came.. twice this week I got emails saying "bad news, you didnt confirm your order so now it's canceled" .... I'm sorry, what? It was just two little bracelets so I decided months ago I didn't care about them anymore.. but what an awful company to take over 3 months and not keep up with customer service. NO. THANKS.

Stay away from Aliexpress and EAM… Stay away from Aliexpress and EAM Official Store, been scammed by this store and after 4! times contacting the customer service they still have done nothing and now you cant contact them at all

I placed an order from Aliexpress last year. I has been waiting for months and then found the order was cancelled without telling me! I got the refund so I place another order 7 weeks ago., still waiting.( I really shouldn't order again after bad experience last year but I chose to try it again. ) I tried to find out where is my parcel. Online tracking update was up to 6 weeks ago. Messaged online customer service a couple of times but no response! Wasting time! Never ever use it anymore. Not recommend at all.

I ordered 2 of the same item, four months later. Didn’t arrive. I contacted the seller asking for a refund. She claims she sent another one, although I never received a tracking number or a protection plan date. Waited again and nothing arrived. Contacted seller again requesting a refund and was told she already posted another. She refused to issue a refund so I filed a dispute. I was refunded only for one item. There is no way for me to contact them and I don’t think they even have a customer service as every time I would try, nothing would go though. To top things off seller contacted me requesting I give her a 5 star rating!! Thieves, stole my money.
