“Please don't make the same mistake I did. Products are poor quality, reviews on products are automatic generated and false. I had many issues with multiple items, sellers can just remove your review and close the claim with help of Aliexpress. Please be smart, purchase on Amazon or another place but not marketplace from China.”

“The stole 98.99 dollars from me, I was expecting 3 months the item and now the don’t answer my messages. In 2 of them they don’t show status of my orders. In the other they sent a message asking if I liked it when I haven’t received it. I can’t select option I haven’t received it. Ali express is scam. Don’t buy anything from there. They will take your money and don’t even respond.”

“Don't order from here any valuable item, they not going to deliver. Also, they support fake "official" stores. Avoid them, or just order items with very low value, up to 10 USD, nothing more. You will lose money.”

“Just when you started like you have hid a jackpot, think again! Maybe you've just found a fake copy! Let alone that their customer service sucks! After dozens of purchases (some received after a lot of trouble) I figured out that they are just a big umbrella to sell for a bunch of fraud and fake sellers and then cover up for them!!! at this moment, I am still waiting for my last refund to be approved and even if (big IF) it happens and I succeed, it will be my last business with AliExpress. And I have a message to any one who has some extra time and nerve to ruin: "Have fun with AliExpress"!!!”

“If you want to wait 3 months (or just give away money)- go for aliexpress. They will show (fake status update) that they are processing and the product is handed over to Airline. Then you will wait for months. The product will never arrive. At best you will write a review and that is the end of the story. Your riview will not affect their cheating business bucause they employ thousands of low paid (compared to what they get as a reward and it is high paid in China) people to write false good reveiw. They modify reviews at their database and that's why you see good reviews of their products. Its your choice whether you want to pay little higher and get the product on time (or reasonable time) or pay less and don't get the product at all.”

“I have a mailbox at home and because it’s apartment number not house number I either have to sign off for it or it stays at the post office it’s a pain I’ve order 4 diamond paintings on this site I hope I don’t have to go to the post office every time the only thing that’s great is that the diamond paintings r in great condition and I have a lot to choose maybe u can find a way to please put them in my mailbox please”

“I've been ordering from Aliexpress for over 6 years now; super cheap small items are generally received (though it often takes months), and had no problem disputing and getting refunds for those when I haven't received them in time. However, be very cautious ordering anything of value on Aliexpress - I ordered a multimedia screen for my car, and sellers shipped the wrong parts 2 times; I paid for 2 week shipping, and it has now been 4 months since my original order. Seller and Aliexpress are ignoring my disputes and refusing to refund despite me having provided all evidence of the incorrect product shipped (not to mention the significant delays). Unless you're ordering something of very low value and don't mind if you don't get it - I highly advise that you do not order from Aliexpress. I hope this can prevent people from having to suffer through the experience that I have.”

“Ali is just a Chinese bullying company, you never get your item, and even when opening disputes, they dont answer and ignoring all the messages and blocking you from further more comunication.. NO item received, and NO refunds received from aliexpress..so my item still in China, but they are saying it's been shipped, but I am checking the tracking number.ver with all tracking companies, they say still in china, but Alibaba says it's on the way...stupid Chinese companies liers, I have been waiting since may, I see people getting their items in 2-3 weeks,( evem with this covid_19 stuff )but mine is been lost, and aliexpress doesn't wanna admit, and they dont care , they dont wanna refund the money...be warned people, if you wanna get ripped off and screwed and tortured buy aliexpress it's up to you..also, there is NO buyer protection, it's all lies...no items, no refunds , you are screwed..”

“The seller is a liar. He told me the item was brought back by the trucker so I would get a refund. I agreed and bought the same thing from the other seller. But later he shipped it to me without any notice. I opened a dispute but Aliexpress radiciously wanted me to ship the item back to China even if the item was shipped from the United States (I don't care about where it was from originally). It means the shipment I will pay would be more than the value of the item. Will avoid this website in future.”

“I never received my order and Ali Express want my local courier to say they lost the item, even though my local courier who I have never had an issue with says they don't have the Ali Express tracking number in their system and have never received the goods from the shipper. Keep away from Ali Express they will happily take your money and give you nothing but pain in return.”

“No customer service that can help you to solve buyer problem. You just lost your money when you received item not as described. It’s used to be okay but since covid they tried to steal buyer money to cover their economy. So better AVOID... go to another site that have buyer protection.”

“If I could give this site zero I would. It is 45 days since my order and there is no sign of it. When I went on the site to find out what had happened to my order they gave me a tracking code that didn't work at all. When I tried to open a complaint I was told I couldn't for another 45 days. So I have to wait three months after placing my order before I can even start a dispute process. What a joke! I then wrote to them via an email address I eventually found, and have never heard back. I think this site is a scam, that has stolen my money. Avoid at all costs!”
