Bought a grill for my car seller miss sold it doesn't fit my car even though it was advertised as it should, seller admitted theres two sizes but dont advertise that on the advert and aliexpress buyer protection is useless they dont protect you just fob you off week after week saying you will get your money back but you never do. Useless company will never use them again. Sellers can just advertise everything fit your car and you never will get your money back if it dont. Easy con website.

I could not log in to my account. The log in window kept asking for Verification number after I put my password in. I had to circumvent to finally be on the site, my order is not there. I paid and received an email in Malaysian, and Chinese!!! Thanks to Google translate, it said 24 hours to check payment before seller ships item. When click on Complaints, it takes me to a another seller page. I went to the seller site to read reviews. I could not access to review. Everything is shady and disorganized. Stay away from this site.

I have a one-time purchasing experience there and also my first time. If I have a chance I won't buy there anymore. I placed an order (cell phone)and paid by my credit card but I changed my mind roughly 15 minutes later then I canceled my order. But I have to wait for seller approve my request. 1 day after, the seller had no response then I chat to Ali service member which always said they will deal with and nothing I should worry about. After that, I chatted with Ali service member for 5 days, nothing change, that was total waste my time. each Ali service member said they will write an official letter to the seller but didn't work which means Ali vendor control ability is so bad. the 2'nd thing is Ali service member always say the same you are the first priority for them but don't rely on them. If you really want to buy things there, don't make mistakes and only follow the process.

The customer Support is a bad joke, you pay Delivery no mather if you get the order or customs sendet it back by the sellers fault. Not a store - its a lottery.

No refund option for buyers! I ordered a phone charger that turned out to be defective. I contacted the seller, who made several unusual requests, e.g. take videos of the issue in a certain file format, etc. Then the seller finally instructed me to “call the manufacturer.” I tried to open a case on the website, but it couldn’t be done online. AliExpress provides NO WAY to seek compensation for buyers, even if the item is damaged. Don’t buy anything from this deceptive company!! And don’t be deceived by the lowest price to get junk items, it’s just a waste.

Takes forever to get orders. Much longer than the seller promises in ad. They will extend shipping without your consent and there is NOTHING you can do about it. It's complicated and very time consuming to get Aliexpress to help and all reps refuse to let you talk to a supervisor. Pay the extra money and get the times in your own country. It's worth it to have to fight with this site. Most things are very cheap imitations and break easily if they ever work at all. DON'T BUY ANYTHING ELECTRONIC!!!! Horrible website/products/seller. This site is a giant, stressful, pain in the butt!

was in touch with them the minute i received my package. first and last time i order from them. no customer service support they close your file within 3 days. no way that you can reverse their decision and no help how to resolve your problem. sorry get better customer service from WISH never again Aliexpress

They took my money and sent no merchandise. I notified them several times without results. Horrible company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. IT IS A RIP OFF!!I I hope enough people will get the message and put them out of business. That is what they deserve!!

it is rubbish. it is absolutely rubbish I had an faulty goods ask to send it back they did not collect the goods because of import duty the ask me when I get the goods send back with bogus name and it was £120 they told me I should tell the post it is only $20 it is I do not wish to continue any longer. do not go near dam Aliexpress I can copy and paste if any one wish to see it (I don't have the phone nor the refund purchased may 2018

It is a refuge for scammers. When a seller decides to cheat. You have nothing to do really. In my case. I bought a phone that arrived defective (it did not turn on). The seller only paid the refund of the product but not the shipment. Therefore you end up losing money by sending it back. You can not open a dispute. You can not see how to add a comment to warn people about the scam. You do not see a clear way to claim something, let alone leave a public record of what happened. Also ... The "seller" is changing his public name. So that is difficult to identify it. And Aliexpress, ALLOWS IT. Currently, the scammer calls "LEAGOO Online Store" but it was named as "yajun.guan". It gives the impression of being well done, with good protection for the buyer. But once you try to get it going. Everything remains in the air, giving long until the time of dispute ends. And so. You can not do anything anymore. Neither add a comment, nor change the rating. Be careful if you decide to buy something that may have a high price. They will NOT return the full money. And Aliexpress will ignore.

I waited 2 1/2 months on my order and never received it. I was also treated unkind by the seller who insultd me with a there there crying emoji as well when I inquired about my order never arriving.

As a frequent online shopper of AilExpress with electronics. I've been getting my products to delivered to me on-time and very quick towards Canada. But with one order that I had recently on AliExpress was taking at least over 4 months to arrive and no updated information in my parcel which is very unacceptable and never delivered. Dispute there was an ongoing strike in Canada Post Service in October 2018 delayed all Parcels and as well as Suspended all Parcels to Canada. As well as did a Order Dispute which took over at least month to get a Full Refund Balance which was unacceptable. Did another order with AilExpress during the Chinese New Year it was incredible of a long processing time like over 2 weeks to get it shipped. Like I never gotten this horrible and very unacceptable shopping experience that I ever had with AilExpress. Which Express means its suppose to be Express not very slow the name should not be Express then.

I’m a newborn photographer and Ali Express clothing props (hats, outfits, blankets, headbands, wraps and even the posing items) are every bit as good as Etsy some even better! They cost about 80% less then Etsy and the shipping is free! Etsy has outrageous shipping. It takes about the same time to receive the items, I’m very very impressed with Ali and I have order tons and always got everything I ordered and I am always happy!! Check it out, if you see something you like on other websites look it up on Ali and you will not be let down! I promise!!
