If I can give this company zero stars I would but there is no option to select big fat zero rating. Ordered 8 vests for my hubby who is 5”10 and pretty slim who normally wears size large in clothing. Now knowing from reviews that these vests fit smaller we ordered XXL. Received the items to find out they all fit small. Joke😩. Contacted ali express via email to voice my concerns about the items and there resoonse”pls give to a family member or friend’’. What! Why would I do that. I just spent close to 200$ to give it to a friend I don’t think so. Then they go on to say it’s not their fault!!! So who’s fault is it ? Mine? I will never order from this company ever again. Buyer BEWARE!!! What you see is not what you get!!!! :(((( unhappy customer I will only be buying from Amazon. They truly stand behind their products/ items and never give a hard time returning or issuing a refund.

Some Sellers are very good...while some are just out to get your money! BEWARE OF THESE Sellers Watch out for sellers like HILIFE Houseware Store LHY Healthy Store Shop 364252 store Gootrades Official Store They will never refund your money nor will they ship the order. BEWARE!!! I NEVER GOR MY ITEMS DELIVERED AND THEY WON'T REFUND MY MONEY TOO EVEN AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS!!!

Total scam, do not buy. You will be lucky if you even get what you ordered, I had to report them to my credit card company for fraud.

Do not order from this website they may be cheaper but they are not accurate or honest they will send you the wrong product or a broken product and just how on earth to try to get your money back do not use this website if you like getting what you ordered were you like getting Products that are actually what they say they are or that actually work you can never get to anyone on the phone they take forever to respond to your messages and they always side with the vendor Amazon is 100 times better and not that much more expensive it might be different in other countries but in America you should never buy from AliExpress it is total trash. Everything about this website is garbage including the product sometimes I ordered for hoodies Marvel comic hoodies for my son and I wind it up getting more boxes with dirty T-shirts and trash in it this website is complete and Autre bull poop do not I repeat do not order from this website maybe one day they will make it better or American customers but at this point and for the last year it is horrible whoever started runs and designed this site needs to be banned from business for the rest of existence if you’re willing to take the risk please realize you will take a loss you are better off buying a lottery ticket your chances probably will be better in getting what you want !

Tried to buy shoes. Entered payment 3 times, got payment error messages. So far so good. Then I notice a $5 charge on my credit card. Not so good anymore. Someone call the police.

The most stupid e-shop ever. From ordered 6 items, one I did not get completely and the other did not correspond with the ordered goods. The supplier did not admit his fault, did not get money back. Shortly AliExpress never again!!!

Well I have yet to receive my package, it has been 2.5 months. I get that it’s from China but it said it arrived in San Francisco on Valentine’s Day and that was over a month ago... I started the order on January 18th and it is March 31st with no sight of package. I have emailed the company multiple times with a general response of “what would you like us to do as a solution” we’ll I WANT MY PACKAGE! I spent $50+ on this order. I reordered on Amazon this week and the package has already been shipped and sent. This service is ridiculous and I’m praying you read these many terrible comments before you order from this website. I hope this website gets disbanded but I doubt it will. Please heed the highest caution with this site. Also, I inputted the wrong email when starting up my account and there’s no way for me to fix it/change it. There’s little to no customer service from the site or supplier.

The same day I placed my order of $5 there was a fraud purchase on my account for $2,500. There is no way to tell definitely if it was from this site, but I've never had fraud on my card before, and the first time I do it's the same day I make a purchase from this site. Do not trust. I canceled my original order as soon as I saw the fraud.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR PAYMENT/PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE AS ALL INFORMATION COULD BE SOLD TO THIRD PARTIES/NOT LIMITED TO UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES etc..

Horrible seller! Horrible customer services! Do not buy anything from this site. I’ve never received my order. My order was ship and was delivered in Nashville, Tennessee, I live in Houston, Texas. When I explained that to the customer services. I was told, I have to wait for 5days for the seller feedback. I haven’t heard anything from the seller. When the 5 day arrived, I’ve contact customer services again. I was told that I have to wait 20 Day for a full refund!!!!!! What a ripoff!!! Save your money and go somewhere else! They are good to take your hard earned money.

I placed an order on aliexpress and paid $319 which is a huge amount. The same day I was informed that the product was out of stock. If the product was out of stock why did they taken payment and not mentioned on their site about non-availability of product, even when I visited the site before placing the order there it was mentioned that 58 pieces are available due to which I ordered that. Then I canceled the order by giving the reason as "PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK" but the seller didn't confirm it and I have to wait for 10 days to close my order and after my order was closed, I waited for 5 days to get my money back. After getting my money back I ordered again the same product from other seller and paid $319 and again faced the same problem that the product was out of stock but on site, it was showing 981 pieces available. Now, again I have to wait for 15-20 days to get my money back. I recommend everyone not to buy goods from this site because you will not be sure of getting the product also after paying money. After paying money they will inform you that the product is out of stock and you have to wait for 15-20 days to get your money back. So please don't let them play with your money because your money is valuable. Don't take the risk and use other sites instead of ALIEXPRESS PLEASE. This site also not deserves 1 star, negative stars are more appropriate.

I have never complained or said anything bad for all these years with my online order experience. So far even the goods that came and not to my expectation, I usually just accept it and says it's ok but never given anyone one star. But this time, I don't think Aliexpress deserves even one star actually. ZERO is more appropriate. I have ordered more than 20 items in Aliexpress and out of those 20 orders, 5 orders was a dispute as it came totally whole different item which I did not order and of no use for. I pay for the tax to get the wrong item that was sent to me is one thing. Open a dispute and asked for the refund with all the photos evidence send and was rejected and only one or two was refunded half of the amount. As if it was my mistake. Very very disappointed. Will delete Aliexpress and never use them ever again. Though some of the sellers there are good and reliable but with the bad experience, I face when having a dispute, it was not handled professionally especially when it was not my mistake at all. To all the good sellers who are affected in losing customers in Aliexpress, please go somewhere else. WISH is a good place for sellers and they handle professional when you have a dispute.

I have been shopping on Aliexpress since 2016 and many of the sellers I bought from within the first year were honest , sold items consistent with the description and promptly refunded money for broken items etc. However, in the last year or so, the platform has been flooded with con-artists/scammers who use bait and switch to sell items that are far from their description or really crappy low quality items you can’t even use, or with clothing items , fall apart after one wash. Then when paying a higher fee for faster delivery (e-packet or DHL) some sellers decide to pocket the shipping fee and send by China post (2+months ) without your consent . The prices for goods have also increased astronomically while the quality has decreased ten fold. Customer service is non-existent and the aliexpress judgement for disputes is almost always in favour of the seller unless you have a Gold level membership. Gold members always get their money back like I have except every time I open a dispute my membership level goes down by almost 200 points, then another 100 or so by leaving a justified negative review, which incidentally does not get published. I feel bad for the few merchants who do a great job selling quality goods at reasonable prices but you will be returning several items (at your cost ) before meeting a reliable and honest seller. Too bad they don’t filter out the scammers from the honest ones. Totally UNFIT for international trade and commerce. Beware of the hundreds and thousands of positive reviews posted by members from Eastern European countries ; many get paid and receive free items in exchange for posting on their blog and leaving great reviews. Always look for reviews posted by North Americans - they’re usually spot on, though sometimes you won’t find enough to convince you to buy.

AliExpress is a very good site for dropshipping. But it have over 85% of really bad suppliers who their not looking into & fixing. Buyers sometimes wait over 8 days for their item to be shipped, just to receive a message from the bad supplier saying " dear friend sorry this item is out of stock or this item has bad quality can you cancel using other reason" like why should you tell me what option to use to cancel a order that I waited over a week for. I have to right to select "out of stock" that's what you told me. ALIEXPRESS NEED TO LOOK INTO CUSTOMERS REVIEWS & FIX ALOT OF BAD SUPPLIERS THATS NOT USING THEIR PLATFORM!

Aliexpress has terrible customer services, cannot contact by phone, they don't respond to your message in facebook. They only protect their sellers not the buyers, if you leave a 1 star feedback, it will not be posted on their website, you will see mostly 4 - 5 stars feedbacks. If they seller send you the wrong item you are forced to accept it. Take your own risk to purchase from them.

A seller never sent goods. Tracking shows delivery failed even though no delivery was made. The appeal process is extremely frustrating. No goods and yet they took my money. No human interaction. Do not trust them.
