“Dear Al, I wanted to share my recent experiences on AliExpress, as I believe they reflect a pattern of deceptive practices by most sellers. I made three separate purchases, and in each case, I encountered issues that left me feeling scammed. Toolbox Purchase ($15): I ordered a $15 toolbox and received only a 10-cent screw instead. The entire process took about two weeks for delivery, followed by another 1-2 weeks to file a claim and receive a refund. Chair Purchase ($35): I bought a chair for $35. While a tracking number was provided, the item was intentionally shipped to the wrong address in another city, despite the correct address being listed on the website. Since the item was marked as delivered, I was unable to get my money back. Based on these experiences, I urge caution and stay away from AliExpress, as it appears many sellers may be engaging in misleading practices.”

“Item ordered was marked as delivered, when I contacted AliExpress they were worse than useless, couldn’t provide proof of delivery but wanted photos to show non delivery, how ridiculous is that, the onus is on the customer to prove non delivery than Ali to prove it was delivered”

“Do not buy from AliExpress! My 1st order was shipped supposedly through FedEx but Amazon tried to deliver. Amazon would not leave package because I did not have a one time passcode. Finally got passcode after 2 days via chat which response is 24 hours. 2nd purchase was 2 items, FedEx showed delivery of one but was delivered to wrong address. M Studio001 Store is who stole my money ($386.43) and will not issue a refund. AliExpress has not done anything to help so I am now filing dispute through PayPal. This is by far the worst buying experience I have ever had. Being a business owner and to be taken advantage of was my mistake, PLEASE do not make the same. STAY AWAY from AliExpress!”

“Address system is broken, and you'll get shafted. Filled out my address as usual but only found out the automated "find my address" system had not added my house number when my packages got sent straight back. Royal mail have said this is a recurring problem with AliExpress. Tried to get a refund but AliExpress said it was my fault for not collecting them? Sent screen shots of Royal mails system saying they were sent back due to lack of address. They insulted me with a £1 coupon for each package for "late delivery" so a £2 gift card...”

“My delivery was posted incorrectly and now AliExpress will not give me a refund. This is even though I have provided the map and door from Evri delivery against photos of my own and sent the email Evri sent be saying it was delivered wrong. They keep saying the tracking info says it was delivered and that I need official documents from the post office (?) to confirm it wasn't. They won't liaise with Evri to resolve although Evri has asked them to do this. Terrible customer service. Unwilling to actually resolve problems and whoever is looking at appeals and 'evidence' clearly doesn't know what they're doing. First and Last time buying from here, there are other cheap websites that are much better, like Temu”

“I ordered a car wash machine price was £15 .. two weeks later I received a screw driver that can be purchased locally in the UK for £2 .. I return the screw driver to the address given by the seller to a returns unit address given by the sellers ... thus cost me £4.75 I then uploaded the Royal mail Recorded proof of postage and ask again for a refund.. Aliexpress are not helpful at all in getting my money returned when you read the Internet you will see that this is a Scam I know of others that have ordered goods through Aliexpress and also been sent the wrong item like a string of beads that cost £1 to buy in the UK instead of a £600 electric bike ,if you go on YouTube look for Aliexpress Scams and you will see that many people have been scammed in this way .. just the same as I have been scammed and Aliexpress don't seem to be doing anything about these scammers using the Aliexpress platform”

Can please someone help me I’ve been trying to get my money back but they not giving me, please someone help me please I need help. “I ordered a tablet laptop from AliExpress, i received an empty envelope, to top that AliExpress didn't want to refund my purchase, it took Days of endless arguing to get refunded, do not waste your time ordering from AliExpress unless you're a gambler.”

“I purchased 2 inflatables. over 1000.00 both are defective. I notified immediately and sent photos. I have been promised replacements. Only to have a few follow ups and asking for more photos. The most current excuse is now the warranty has expired. It wasn't expired when I filed the complaint and asked for replacements and ALIEXPRESS messaged they would replace. This company has a BBB rating of 1.. so sad. They don't care about non compliance on their company or products.”

“the product was not like the seller was saying and I need to sent it retour, but to China, not to place, where this came from. Aliexpress promissed paying back the shipping, but I got the message from them, that they will not pay. So I was twice misled : by seller with his trap adv and by aliexpress, who support that kind of seller activity. Expensive lesson for me, but you are warned”

“I am disappointed with the service and communication from this company. My experience has been frustrating, as their customer support has been consistently unresponsive and unhelpful. Their failure to address my concerns appropriately, along with disrespectful responses, only made matters worse. Additionally, despite claims that my package was delivered, no proof of delivery has been provided. I feel let down and will not be making any future purchases due to this poor and unprofessional experience.”

“Aliexpress.com supplied a fake tracking number from FedEx, likely hacked and even credit card ( American Express) believed their fake FedEx proof of delivery. Funny, but CC reps thought it was real and asked me to prove that item was not delivered--just not sure who CCs hire nowadays, as this is surely not feasible. But Ali customer service is another level up, completely, anti-customer service: no chance to get money back if something goes wrong. Lost $268 with them, but the lesson was learned-- no more buying from Ali as CC protection is no longer working.”

“The worst customer experience ever ! I bought 2 items. First has never been shipped to me. but I was provided a fraudulent tracking number by the seller. I ended up been refunded after a month of dispute and 30 emails back and forth. A wrong, junk, item was delivered for the second item and. Even though the seller has to pay for the return cost, I was asked to pay in shipping cost twice the item value to return it to the seller. AliExpress buyers tried in vain to contact the seller with no response but expect me to bear a shipping cost, I am sure I will never get refunded neither by the seller nor from AliExpress. My first and last customer experience with AliExpress!”
