There is a disconnect between their sellers and the website. I had an issue with my order and I contacted the sellers over Aliexpress's chat service. The seller end up agreeing with me and offered me a refund but I had to do it through the website since that was how I was charged. Following instructions, I did exactly that but it got denied immediately like it was an automated system. So I reached out to customer service and sent them everything I had including a screenshot of the agreement from the seller's themselves saying that this was their issue and they would be happy to refund me and they still denied it! How ridiculous is it that the middleman won't even listen to the people that pay them. That's how much a sham this company is. All they care about is keeping your money so either pray your order is exactly what you want or just order elsewhere because it doesn't matter if the factory screws up or if the seller screws up, it is still your fault.

I made a big mistake and purchased something from this company and after 2 weekes i received an email say your package has been delivered successfully , I ran outside to get my package eguess what I have received ......nothing but empty small box field by papers with my address on the box !!!!! ):

I've ordered a number of things before, usually few $'s worth - worked all right. I've ordered something a bit more valuable now, and voila; pack has never arrived. The tracking on Ali shows "delivered" - which is a TOTAL BS, because the tracking number does not even exist at AustPost. (the claimed courier for the job) Now their system wants "proof" - photos, videos - that I did not receive the package. They also want me to do it within 3 days otherwise the whole thing automatically closes. It's a system that seems to support scammer sellers. Use it sparingly, only for tiny garbage eg few screws you don't mind them "losing". I bet it's not lost, it was a scam to start with, since the tracking is non-existent. And this was one of the "official stores".

Never got the hair i ordered they keep asking me to give them proof. How can i when everything on there end says deliver and i didn't get it.

SPAM::SPIDER-MAN MASKS, too good to be true!!! I ordered a Spiderman mask for my grandson, expected delivery 4-4-24! I could not log into tracking info, I could not reach customer service until today, and was told it was held up at wear house or some lame excuse!!!😑😑😑😑😑😳😳😳😳😳😳

Too many times they offer free returns and refunds, that is BIG LIE!!!!! DO NO TRUST THIS LOW QUALITY AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS.

I wish someone can launch an investigation to identify if the seller is defrauding me or if AliExpress is also in on this. The seller messaged my account that the product (treadmill) was not available and if I would change to a lower cost one. Since I did not see the message, I did not reply. The next thing I knew I received an email from AliExpress stating that my order was delivered and gave me a Fed Ex tracking number including routes/time stamps. I searched on Fed Ex using the tracking number and found a different product (office chair) delivered to a different location (not my front door). I called and the Fed Ex rep told me that particular tracking number did not match my name and address and that the shipper gave me the wrong tracking number. I reported this to AliExpress and AliExpress said that since my order status was "partially shipped," I could not file a dispute!!! I contacted the seller and the seller said there was a shortage and to wait instead of rendering my refund request. Both the seller and AliExpress ignored their email notification that stated the delivery had been completed and a phony route history was created using an erroneous tracking number. I have reported this to my credit card company. I really wish there is some kind of international law enforcement to deter thieves like them.

I bought 2 pair of climbing shoes for Β£75, because size doesn't fit so I returned 2 pair of climbing shoes for full refund, but it end up with Β£29.04 refund only. They did not give me full refund so I lost Β£35 for nothing!!! I 100% sent 2 pair of shoes in one parcel and they said item missing. They were so dishonest!!! People's always said Chinese apps can not be trust and now I learn the lesson from AliExpress, this is the way how they taking money from customers!!! Beware this app!!!! This company takes your money and never delivers the product,,then the refund process takes forever and inthe end you rarely get your money back, it a China business so they are not held accountable,,,they just take our money and use it for as long as they can get away with it , if you are reading this trust it ,don't tie your money up with these people!!!!!!

AliExpress just protect their people not customer, they never investigate your case. they just see tracking was delivered and picture from seller. did not know that tracking number was of someone else and picture is their front door. ( because seller input tracking number of someone else add it to your order).

Open your eyes, free return is fake, this seller retain your money, never they make refund money customers, you need request at your bank with dispute transaction. If you have other options for purchase item on other website...please not use this merchant. Free shipping, free return is fake.Open your eyes... be careful. !!!

Ali was really good last year, this year with things that I have bought and needed to open claim due to not getting the right item I paid for or item came broken... I lost every case even tho I was able to show them photos of broken item or wrong item sent... And if they did approve of the return, I had to pay for return shipping and I also only had 8 days to send back to China or no refund would happen... Already setting you up to fail as it takes more then 8 days..! What a joke and waste of time and money..!

Run and run fast from this website if you see anything that will not fit in a standard shipping envelope. They scam people with emails that everything is going as planned and the you receive email stating delivered and signed for. Customer AI is garbage, they go round and round not giving you any help just to send you back where you first started from. Look at Rich Five store. There website just has trinkets for sale, but have adds with better merchandise all over Google for hundreds of dollars but never deliver but claim it was and will not refund money. Aliexpress is scam using deceptive practices. If it was an American company the government would shut then down.

I spent over four hours chatting with customer service over three occasions, each time being told I was getting a refund. No refund came and all I have are defective goods (electronic) that won't turn on and clothing that is meant for a child when it was ordered for a large adult. Waste of time, money, and effort to send goods back/ get a refund. Do NOT buy anything on this site. Sadly, China's economic state is affecting their truthfulness in business.
