If there was an option for zero stars I would have selected it AVOID!!!!!! They take payment and do not deliver Status says returned to sender - even though we were open when they apparently tried to deliver This didn't happen once, but twice! Opened a case for a refund and they refused

Terrible and unprofessional! Item ordered January 25 and never shipped. Requested a refund in multiple chats with customer but never received. Completely unreliable company that won’t refund money

Feel like I have been scammed, no goods, post office said undelivered due to incomplete address so they sent it back, no refund as ali express said it was post office fault, this has happened twice.

Ripped off from” Auto elite store “on AliExpress… very hard to get any resolution if things go wrong… cannot recommend …. There are very dishonest sellers and Eva ( their bot will be no help) beware ! Beware !! Beware !!!

Terrible Customer Service and Lost Refund - Avoid AliExpress! I'm incredibly frustrated with AliExpress and their complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I placed an order nearly 3 months ago and it never arrived. When I finally opened a dispute, I specifically requested a refund to my AliExpress account credit for future purchases because the card I used for the order is now canceled and lost. Here's where things get outrageous. Despite my clear request, AliExpress went ahead and initiated the refund to the deactivated card! Now, they claim they can't stop the refund and credit my account instead. This means I'm likely out the money entirely thanks to their inflexibility. I contacted their live chat support, hoping for a resolution. The agent was completely unhelpful, refusing to take any responsibility and basically blaming me for the situation. They claim they can't intervene even though I specified my request at the very beginning of the dispute process, just 7 hours ago! This whole experience has been a nightmare. AliExpress' lack of customer service and inflexibility is appalling. They prioritize their policies over basic customer care, leaving me with a lost package and a refund I can't access. Avoid AliExpress at all costs unless you enjoy gambling with your money!

I am heartily sick of my profile being wrongly shown as USA and US$. Corrections do not save and the cycle continues. There is no way I can communicate this through the website. All queries are channeled into the common problems that people face. I have used AliExpress for nearly 10 years and found the products and service to be excellent. The search facility is probably complicated by translation issues but it is a chore to locate items to purchase.

AliExpress should shut down because they are dishonest and scamming customers' money. I returned an item to them, and they kept holding my refund, although they confirmed they had received the item back. I had to open a dispute with PayPal, but AliExpress threatened me that they couldn't issue me a refund unless I closed my dispute with PayPal, and later they told me that they had refunded me already, but the fund was stuck at PayPal, and I should ask PayPal for a refund now, not them. I trusted them, and then I contacted PayPal to release my refund. However, PayPal told me AliExpress refused my chargeback, and they didn't issue my refund! They just lied to me and tried to avoid their responsibility! I can't believe AliExpress would do this! Shame on them!  They can't keep my money and the item. This is ridiculous!  Fortunately, I won the case, and PayPal issued me the refund, but it has been a long battle, which is so frustrating. AliExpress is such a dishonest company, and I remind you to think twice before shopping on AliExpress. They are okay if there is no problem in the trading process, but if something unexpected happens, then your money won't be protected because they will try hard to keep your money in their pocket and ignore your request. Also, their customer service is useless too!  I decided to close my AliExpress account, and I won't use them anymore because they are Chinese scammers!

MY TWO CREDIT CARD COMPANIES WOULDN'T ACCEPT THEIR CHARGES, UNTIL I PLEADED WITH ONE TO ACCEPT, WHICH THEY DID. SHOULD HAVE NEVER PLEADED, AS THEY KNEW BETTER; AS WAS SENT A JUNK CELL PHONE HOLDER, THAT WASN'T EVEN CLOSE TO MY SMART HOME ORDER, THAT IN THE LISTING SAID THIS CELL PHONE HOLDER WAS A FREE GIFT {DON'T BUY IT}, AND THEIR HORRIBLE CHAT SERVICE, COULDN'T RECTIFY, THE ENTIRE ORDER. TEMU, IS EXCELLENT FROM MY PAST ORDERS WITH NO PROBLEMS AND VERY GOOD QUALITY, BUT THEY DIDN'T CARRY THE SMART HOME PRODUCT THAT I STILL NEED, AND WHY I WENT TO ALIEXPRESS, THE FIRST TIME, AND NEVER AGAIN!

Never buy anything electrical. It won't work. Never buy anything with a box. It will be shipped in a bag, and the box will be smashed. Never buy anything from aliexpress.

Aliexpress cancelled my order after waiting 10 days for a drill. Will never order from them again. Oh I’ll get my refund between 3 and 20 days. Do not order from them. Not reliable.

I'll order to this app. I Give them my information address to diliver and they diliver to the wrong address i'm just like WTF. When U trying to contact them they keep saying it's already diliver to Me. Worst ever costumer service. They don't want to refund me coz they diliver already, where they diliver the wrong address wtf.

Horrible experience. I bought a ton of clothes from Disturbia through Aliexpress. Waited a month for my stuff. I was excited to see it showed up to my house but when I received opened it. I got a cheap GRA ring. So I’m pretty sure I got scammed through them.

Please avoid this platform if you are planning to buy branded products. there are many sellers which are protected explicitly by AliExpress who are selling fake branded products. I bought JBL tune 760 headphones, and it broke after two months of use. I was in touch with AliExpress for over eight months. I exchanged more than 500+ text with the customer service. And after eight months, they opened my case with the higher department, and AliExpress stepped into my case,Asked me to upload the conversation with the seller about the return of JBL headphones which I already uploaded, and I also uploaded the conversation that I had with the customer service promising me a refund.So in short YOU CAN’T GET REFUND IF YOU ALREADY BOUGHT SOMETHING EXPENSIVE. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I’m surprised to the extent they goes to save their sellers.

Here I go again.. I ordered a 3pk if hair only 1 pk came. On the app it states 3 pkgs. I filed a complaint I haven't heard from them.. In November I ordered 3 headbands for $9.99. Did not get any of the 3. They sent me back a refund of $2.98.their service sucks it stinks that's why their ratings are so LOW Guys order from Temu they are stationed in Canada and US.. cheaper and easier. CROOKS!

I bought from them three items: batteries for my Nikon (very good camera) and Dash Cameras. Toys - batteries for my camera took 6-10 shoots and they are died. Dash Camera - one of them is terr ibly bad quality. The other - broken. They sent me an opened box with unpacjed dish camera. Don't trust anymore this company. Cheap products from Chine. Shame! They are cheating customers. Shame on you, aliexpress!!!

Don't ever trust them! I bought an item but they never shipped it and it's been 2 weeks! When I contacted them, they gave me very lame excuse like due to export regulation. If they were honest, they would refund me as soon as they realized such regulation exist. They never refunded me, so it's just a scam!
