Stock items were ready for collection straight. I had a choice for delivery or fast track collection. I have ordered several times and stock has been readily available. Either for delivery or collection.

Great for getting items quickly but also had some issues with items not being there when you go to pick them up

Shocking delivery service missed my delivery and when I rang the driver I was verbally abused and swore at. After putting a complaint in was told it would be dealt with but they couldn’t tell me due to data protection obviously nothing been done also promised a voucher for inconvience still waiting on that weeks later!! 1 ordered something else this week for my dad and I’m still waiting for it to come and been trying to speak to someone to get it delivered is unreal each and every time I order I have problems I have had bother previous to this it’s a disgusting service which is annoying as I like argos as a shop and use regular but seriously thinking about changing that.

Good price and quick delivery to store for collection. My only issue was that the microwave I wanted could only be collected from certain stores and not transferred or ordered into my nearest one.

After ordering I got the wrong item and some parts missing.Then I received a phone call from their finance dept to return the item within specified day and time otherwise they will charge me.I went to return the item.I returned the item and was told they would refund me but haven't heard anything from Argos.I am very disappointed the way whole transaction took place and no communication from Argos at all.

Brilliant reserve service offered definitely beats waiting in queues. I've used them for a few years now but this is how I'll be doing everything now on.

Fast and swift service. Had to return something recently as I did not realise that one of my items already included the item which I was returning. Representative was understanding and processed the refund swiftly.

I am disappointed that Argos control the reviews of items, my review for a hoover vacuum cleaner wasn’t accepted because it was a review saying how bad this product is never vacuum well and lasted a year, so Argos is only choosing to post good reviews of items in their website.

Ordered a new tablet online, paid for it to be delivered sameday and received confirmation of order!! Then received email to say order was cancelled and I'd have to wait 5 - 7 days for a refund!!!

Made a phone order for them to hold a couple of statues for me. I called in store to collect them. There was no waiting, and at my request they were quite happy to open the boxes so I could make sure they were intact. Good friendly service.

"Disgusted with Argos/directors office, Gillian Galpin to be absolutely no help at all and the CEO John Rogers will not speak with his customers. I have been passed around from one department to another for almost three months. I would urge christmas shoppers NOT to spend money at Argos this festive period."
