I didn't receive my order

I purchased a folding exercise bike from the Northich store. Unfortunately I have had several problems with the bike. On each occasion the store has dealt with the problem brilliantly. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Ordered my iPhone on the 27th, received an email confirming my order on the same day. I received a text message yesterday saying that my phone will be delivered with yodel on the release date of the 3rd. On the phone all day today with yodel and argos and they all said my parcel was on its way. I was contacted by the help desk on twitter to advise me that "Sorry for the inconvenience but your item is on backorder, and we dont know when it will be in stock. You can wait or order something else" What horrible customer service, what a let down. I will not be using this company again. As a purchase is a contactual agreement between the buyer and the seller, and I received confirmation of delivery by phone and by text i will also be seeking compensation. I am sure that this has happened to others today and I advise you look up your consumer rights.

Couldn't use Love2shop vouchers online and couldn't use a discount voucher received for spending £100 online, instore. Ended up having to go to a store and paying £10 more than I wanted...

Very bad delivery service all the time yesterday also I’ve ordered duvet cover set with a sheet an pillow cases and they said they will deliver at from 7 to 10 pm yesterday and never did then i call them they said they will deliver today and and didn’t till now always like this never deliver on time and they don’t allow me to speak to a manager on phone never will i order again from argos really upsetting

Keep you up to date from the very start with delivery details, then give you a time slot and a call from the driver 20 mins before they get to you, so no hanging around all day waiting.

I had an accident on my previous bike that I had bought from there, thankfully I had signed up to their cover which was around £20 for 2 years, so I popped back into store with the knackered one, and they replaced it, (well I paid a bit extra because I wanted a different bike of which was lighter and hand more gears.)

My order was received on time. I was sent an email a few days before to tell me about the delivery time. I also received a call from the drivers an hour before delivery to let me know they were on there way. Very good service.

Order was easy to do in my local Sainsbury's. Too big to collect but the delivered it exactly when they said they would. Effortless service.
