This was a really Bad experience with Argos. After waiting 3 weeks for an item that never came, now I am waiting for an other couple of weeks for the refund. The customer service don't follow one protocol so call a couple of times And you will get completely different answers. Useless in comstomer service online and phone.

Me and my elderly mum were unwrapping a cooker purchased from argos which slipped from the wrapping and smashed the oven door argos replaced the cooker so top marks to argos

spent nearly a thousand pounds with argos , delivery times on website was totally misleading , 4 telephone calls on the 7/11/2016 , which were i am guessing computer generated but left my wife feeling she was subject to a harassment type call by that i mean .silent . i was told by the delivery dept that to sum up "tough" we got your money suck up are delivery time you cannot do any thing about it. as i was subject to the Argos campaign of "same day delivery" does this mean it only applies to paper clips and pens? the catch is you pay for all your items and then the email tells you off the date. which is wrong as one item i purchased had a 5 day delivery !!!

Phoned up argos customer service today to pay my buy now pay later which was only 4:days late even tho I paid the balance off they have charged me 54.00 absolutely disgusting will never buy off them again

WENT TO ARGOS TAMWORTH TODAY AND IT WAS THE SAME OLD STOREY HAVING TO WAIT OVER TEN MINUTES TO GET MY TWO ITEMS. THE ITEMS CAME CAME DOWN THE CONVEYER BELT IN ABOUT TWO MINUTES THEN I HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 10 MINUTES TO BE CALLED. THE STAFF ARE USELESS I COULD RUN RINGS THEM THEY HAVE NOT GOT A CLUE HOW TO RUN A SHOP, THATS WHY I DONT LIKE GOING TO ARGOS ITS ALWAYS THE SAME THOUGHT IT MIGHT HAVE GOT BETTER NOW SAINSBURYS HAVE TOOK IT OVER. COME ON SAINSBURYS SORT THIS SHAM OF A SHOP OUT

I have had many problems with this company ordering multiple and they haven't got the colours in stock and now have just got told my son's beds will not arrive for there birthday they rang us to tell us just said there not coming and then put the phone down now I'm trying to get it done and im still have trouble its a joke

Purchased a bed from Argos and got a delivery date of 05/11/2016. The delivery driver claims to have phoned myself yet both my partner and I have evidence that there was no effort to call or text us throughout the morning. I had to take a day of work for this delivery and now it's all for nothing. As this is the second time we have had an incident like this from Argos we will not be using them again and would never recommend them.

LIsa went wrong. Worst customer service ever. Cancelled my delivery and had to wait another 4days. Then couldn't be bothered to call so they went home and Lisa customer service was its tough we can come back in 8 days,oh and if you don't like it cancel. She is an evil unhelpful woman (certainly not a lady) who enjoys saying no no no and cancel. Send the service desk back to India,at least they try.

They ended my account a year ago and failed to tell me !!. Got the card out found it was a year out of date called CUSTOMER Service , after giving my details to 4 people i was told I had my account stopped a year ago but only as far as buying was concerned !!! I have a small amount to pay so the account is open i just cant use it ? I was also told i didnt use it enough! Well i will not be shopping at Argos this Christmas , Avoid these people at all cost

I bought an appliance online, the Argos customer adviser assured me it was in stock and I paid in full, I was then asked to call a premium rate number to arrange delivery, was asked all sorts of questions regarding the size of my kitchen window ? the electrical points around, measurements of kitchen and outside area etc., I was then told it would be a month before they could deliver ! I complained to Argos who did nothing, it was actually over a month until I rcvd the appliance, I complained again to Argos who promised me my delivery charge refund, which they did not honour, shocking service, they take your money then leave you to arrange delivery ( that you have already paid for ) with a third party, they had my money for over a month, shocking ! never again !

I previously left a review with two stars due to the extremely poor service I had received from Argos on line, regarding New Age Garage Furniture which arrived late, and in a damaged condition. I now need to downgrade this even further, as since leaving that review I have been desperately trying to get a replacement date, and still not able to achieve this. I have issued Argos with a Formal Complaint, and as yet, Argos have not had the common decency to recognise this complaint, or respond. Clearly, the worst issue is the lack of ability to fulfill their obligation of delivering my order in an undamaged condition, to the timeframe they claim.

I ordered online a number of pieces of "New Age Bold" garage furniture. Twice the order was partially overlooked, the time frames quoted were not honoured, the customer relations team stating that the product comes direct from the manufacturer, so using this as an excuse. The relationship between the manufacturer and Argos as a retailer in this instance has fallen extremely short of what is acceptable in this day and age. Many many emails, many many telephone conversations, lots of dishonoured timeframes, damaged goods delivered, and not yet replaced, I can only say, how poor Argos have been in my experience.

Shocking. Paid £1300 for an American fridge freezer and range cooker. Delivery turns up and "Expert Logistics" won't take them up six stairs into the house. Whats the point of selling appliances if you won't deliver them. I will not be using Argos again. Expert Logistics...don't make me laugh.

Went to my local store on Monday to purchase a Dyson V6 which was on offer for £199. This was not in stock so reserved it and given a reservation number and told to collect today (Thursday). Asked if I paid now or on collection, informed on collection. When I went into store today was informed the price was now £299. I explained I had my reservation number etc., but was turned away. At no time was I informed that the price could go up even if I reserved the item. Absolutely disgusted with the service I received.

We purchased a chest freezer on the strength of a 7 working day delivery only to be phoned by delivery company and be told it would be 3 weeks delivery as they wait until they have a full load before delivering to a certain area I think this is blatant false advertising on Argos behalf I instantly cancelled our order in this day and age companies can deliver within 2 to 3 days not weeks will not order from Argos again they should not be allowed to advertise a service that they quite clearly cannot deliver on

Went into store and ordered my sofa and units-all brilliant until the delivery turned up!!! I couldn't get my front door off and fair enough the drivers said they weren't allowed to touch it but when the sofa came out of the van I could see it would fit anyhow as smaller than the one we just got out. Delivery men disagreed and said it wouldn't fit at all so could arrange another delivery. I said I would get it in by getting my husband to leave work and remove the window. They then just left it in the street without even trying to get any of it in and off they went. I called my teenage son to have a look and he agreed with me and we picked it up and got it in the door without any problems at all. I felt totally let down down that they never listened and didn't even try to get it in-my husband wasn't happy either as he left work and lost pay because he was on his way home when I rang to tell him not to bother as done it. Will definitely think twice for getting anything by home delivery again- just really glad it didn't rain!!!

Same day delivery is excellent, I didn't have time to head to the local Argos I was near before travelling home. On arrival home I purchased an item online at 4 PM on a Sunday afternoon and it stated delivery was still available between 7 and 10 PM the same day. It arrived at 8:10 PM - amazing, well done Argos - for £3.95 its worth every penny and beats Amazon hands down - brilliant !

I ordered an activity centre for my grandson one evening on line. I was informed that it could be delivered next day--- and it was. At 7am I was texted a 2 hour slot, and was then texted 15 mins before delivery. My delivery driver was a lovely young woman, who was both polite and helpful. 10/10 for Argos delivery--thank you
