Bought 2 sofas they were not the size advertised have not been offered a great deal in the way of compensation just 86£ off to keep uncomfortable small sofas really no good or return for refund. I am returning but I will now have no sofa for me or my kids to sit on as I gave my sofas away and Argo don't really give a damn. I'm upset and feeling frustrated about the situation. Who does that to their loyal customer? Yep ARGOS!!

Just been to my local Argos, had a flyer which said lowest prices ever. Advertised on page 36 is anXBOX One 1TB console and FIFA 16 bungle priced £149.99. When I went in to buy one the screen to check availabity stated price £244.99 when I asked an assistance to check the price I was told the price was £249.99 and there was a note to say the price in the flyer was wrong, I pointed out that there was 3 different prices for the same product she just shrugged her shoulders and told me the price she had on her screen. So I now have an 11 year old who is very upset as they can't have the XBOX for his birthday.

Am disgusted that when it came to purchasing 2 item's of the same product stated at £149.99 on a deal advertised at this price on their leaflet then when chatted to live chat got told was an printing error and that Argos would not honour the price .Yet when it comes to the small print it clearly states that all prices and offers are correct at time of printing just to still get told sorry printing error and that not prepared to honour the stated price. I am truly disgusted and will not be purchasing anything from argos again also when it suits the company they can with draw whatever info or price they want but the consumer pays for their mistakes or when owe they get penalised .

Everything worst service I've ever received paid for my bike using buy now pay later plan and never have had a statement or conformation about payment, when I rang them they told me they can't help me

Delivery arranged for 5 Aug 2016 between 19-22 hours email sent to confirm from Argos still waiting no emails of explanation nothing complete rubbish have got to go over Argos Sunday to sort out never again

Was told delivery would come between 7-12. Called at 11:45 to say they would be here at 12:45 called at 12:45 to say they'd be here in 5 minutes. Called at 13:00 to say they'd be another hour. Called customer services to say I booked 7-12 for a reason as I had plans in the afternoon. Asked if they would redeliver on Monday and was told if I missed delivery I would go to the back of the queue and it would be 7 days for redelivery. I pointed out they missed delivery not me and was told to deal with it or cancel the order! Never ever using Argos again!

Argos customer service and delivery are an absolute joke. They delivered to the wrong address promised they would deliver to right address next day. But didn't. Promised again the next day and still didn't. Promised a manager would phone me they didn't. Wrote an email no reply. Asked if I could make a complaint there reply was I will pass it on but no one will get back to u about it. So now I have one unhappy child without his main birthday present. And what's worse the customer service people really don't care not apologetic or anything all they can say is oh our system is down. There's nothing we can do. All they do is lie

Waited an hour in the Halifax store to collect products and so did about 40 other people complete lack of staff and a useless manageress never will I pop at argos again

I was to have a delivery between 1530 and 1730 today When I phoned at 1715 I was told they were running late and would be here by 1800 .I phone back at 1850 and told they had tried to phone but got no answer and the had run out of time and had refund to depot.The next delivery date was not until the 18 of the month.This is not good enough.The order was done on July 19 .Argos delivery service must be one of the worst in the UK.

Where are all the staff? Had to wait ten minutes for a till as they were unmanned and now waiting for my one item. I've been here half an hour!! Sort it out Bracknell!!!

Bought a cooker.which I will say is out of warranty but my oven door has come away from the hinge causing the door to explode.this is a manufacture fault but argos does not want to know.I'm not asking for a new cooker.will just the door repairing. I have taken photos of the damage.someone could have been seriously injured.

Lack of customer service referance no. ARG1960340NX Recently ordered some Lego sets on line, each one arrived damaged due to items only been packed in a plastic bag. Then tried to contact the Argos 'customer service' via phone (no answer), on line chat (not available) neither of which worked then sent e-mail after e-mail and today Tuesday I'm still waiting for a reply to my e-mail sent last Friday. Lets hope Sainsbury's know the meaning of customer service.

Argos kept me well informed of my delivery today by text excellent service delivered at 09.55am and my delivery was between 10am & 1pm.delivery man was jolly and friendly.

Total rubish delivery on day of delivery had to wait 11 and a half hours. I don't want delivery at 7:30 at night

1.)Unfit for purpose Billy oh storage garden shed. Full of knots which fell out leaving holes, cracked wood that cracked even more when screwed together, panels and joints didn't fit, leaving gaps, doors didn't fit leaving gaps. 2.) On trying to get refund, explained it was unfit for purpose, already erected, and did as asked, took pictures, waited in 2x for collection. 1st refused to collect because we hadn't dismantled it, and it was stained with wood preserver. 2nd didn't come. Now saying we have to dismantle it. It cost to have it erected. Asked them to arrange to dismantle it, as we aren't going to pay for this. They are refusing, and saying the thing isn't in saleable state,( it never was!) so they won't take it back. This is very wrong. Very bad product even worse customer services. NEVER buy from them.

I paid for "same day delivery" which they offer, but they cannot deliver. I'm waiting like an idiot for the delivery, which should be between 7 and 10pm. No sight of any courier. They haven't even tried to contact me with any information about the delivery. Do not trust, do not use, do not buy anything! Just waste of time.
