Was told only 'selected' customers can leave reviews. There are no telephone number to speak to them only to order or ask about an order. They are not giving me a complaint number. Terrible! Bad attitude + discrimination

They were out of stock of an item that came free with the item i purchased (i bought a ps4 which came with a free game) and they were very helpful in letting me know when it was available and when i could pick it up for free.

Argos online services are excellent. They provide good information about the products they sell and the prices are very comparable to others in the market. The difference occurs in the ordering process, shipping is amazing. I have purchased two LG smart tv's and they were delivered to me next day at an hour convenient to me, quite outstanding. I ordered a tv from Currey's and waited two weeks after which I contacted them only to be told they didn't have it! I cancelled the order and they took another 3 days to give me my money back, disgraceful! For a quick, easy hassle free experience you can't beat Argos.

I went to pick up some items I'd reserved online and one was (pleasingly) much bigger than anticipated. I was with the kids, from whom i had to hid said item which didn't look promkising as the bag i had bought with me just wasn't big enough. The counter staff were very helpful though and 'hid' it for me in two massive bags allowing me to get out of the shop without the children knowing what i was carrying!

Bought my son a pilot costumeboys the quality is really good and he is absolutely thrilled with it. Getting it from store was easy and straight forward. I had reserved it online and then went to store to pick it up.

I ordered a kettle using the Argos website on Friday 4 August and the site said it would be ready for me to collect at the Milton Keynes store on Monday 7 August. When I went to collect it, the kettle had not arrived and nobody could tell me where it was or when it would arrive. I have been in contact with Argos via Facebook and called the customer service centre to be told just the same and have the delivery window extended from 14 to 21 August. I cannot understand why getting hold of the kettle of my choice seems impossible for Argos. Needless to say I will not be shopping there again in a hurry.
