“I have been trying to order Asda diet cola 2 litre bottles for nearly over three months,I have first got a reply from my feedback and reviews, saying that the reason why was because of the C O 2 levels, but when I mentioned that you can still stocks Asda sugar cola 2 litre bottles and Asda fruit flavoured diet drinks, they changed their mind and then emailed me back again saying that the buying team says that it is been discontinued, because it is not selling well, I then mentioned that why there computer system is showing that it is not selling well, is because when I spoke to someone in customer service they said that my local asda store in Filton Bristol has been struggling to order Asda 2 litre bottles of diet cola for quite some time, I am not very impressed with your company as my husband can not drink sugar cola 2 bottles or fruit flavoured diet fizzy drinks for medical reasons”
“I have been really struggling to order a lot of my favourites for months now, and on top of this I have been trying to order Asda diet cola 2 litre bottles for nearly two months now, and asda has put the Asda sugar cola 2 litre bottles back online, but not the diet Asda 2litre bottles, my husband is a type one diabetic so he can only drink Asda diet cola, my delivery comes from Asda Filton store Bristol BS34, and we have no transport or support nearby, and no one can drive for medical reasons in our house,”

I ordered 3 items on there click and collect .only 2 items arrived one was stolen as it's on the delivery note inside the box which is too small for the stolen item so who ever packed the item up stole the item as I dont have it . . Item now out of stock it was in stock when I ordered and paid for it .

“Very aggressive delivery driver( huyton Liverpool), I heard a noise outside looked and seen a Asda delivery van very close to my car (enough room in street for him to not park like that ? )went outside to check to see if any damage I was happy that there wasn’t I was about to leave it at that and not say anything then he shouted to me what’s the problem so I explained calmly how close he was to my car he said back to me fairly aggressive the van has cameras and to report it I then tried to explain to him why I came out to check he wasn’t interested just shouted over me so I tried to leave it at that when I was going back in side he was shouting at me three times that he was coming back to sort me out !!! I try to sort this out as calmly as possible this happened 7:55 in the morning !!!”

“Asda in Dover have removed a manned checkout and installed a self service one. Why oh why do people use them!! More people out of work. It saves company a fortune long term but they don't pass on savings to customers by offering a discount for their use. Usually I have no problems with asda or staff but, the pay point has been out of use for a week or more! This is an inconvenience for many but mostly your older customers who are trying to get everything done In one place, this means they have to hunt around for somewhere to top up heating and fuel bills.
Asda you can do better than this surely.”

Today whilst amending my order, the basket apparently timed out (with no warning) so I lost my slot that I had had booked for over a week. Then when trying to book a new slot, there were technical issues and I lost all of the changes to my basket. DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH ASDA!”

“Went to Asda Burnley to complete my week's shop after retuning back from Scotland I decided I would go straight to Asda before returning home to find out once I had completed my shop and put this through the self scan I was told that there was no bags all that could be offered was a tiny George bag meaning we had to pack this all back on to the trolley and carry it back in to the house singly absolut joke Asda”
“Just garbage, simple as that. Sitting silently reading the news online and checking on the app in a bungalow no further than 10 feet from the front door, the app pops up saying 'delivered'. Assuming that meant, awesome they're here; nope, it means he's half way down the road driving away. What the absolute hell! Rang to query and said that the driver's not answering his phone and probably not going to deliver now. No apology, no offer of re-delivery at any point, no nothing, despite some essentials being in there, meaning a drive to pay over the odds in the Coop was necessary. Refund is apparently on its way, but assuming as I will that this service is of similar quality, I'll look forward to that around Christmas time! Seeing how many unanswered negative reviews there are on here and TrustPilot, it won't be long before they're in real trouble. You can't treat people like that and expect them to return with their custom.”
“Most of my problems is trying to pay for my online delivery order, this happens everytime i go down to checkout to pay after giving my details. I do not get these problems with Morrisons so in future I will give my order to them. I have already been to my local bank Santander but that was no help, for Asda problem.”
“Went to Asda old Kent road on 20 July 2021 and upon entering I saw the lady security grappling a young boy accusing him of stealing! The lady refused to listen to anything that was said by the young boy who was obviously distressed so I intervened. I told the lady security she shouldn’t be handling the boy in that manner and if the young boy had stolen? She was unsure so I asked if the store sold the item in question? Again she was unsure, so I told her to check the system and if the store doesn’t sell it she has to apologise.
In the mean time two other security guards came over and usehered the young boy and his two friends to leave the store and responded and told them “No way, as your colleague has just stolen from this young boy”
The security’s answer to me was “ they know they are not allowed in here” so I question why, his response was that “they are entering without an adult”
So I suggest that it’s ok to kick out someone after removing their personal belongs from them, you have got be mad! And also gave him a scenario with me and them taking my phone and I would not be leaving the store under any circumstances!
During this time the lady security returned and apologised to the young boy. But the other security was still adamant the boys shouldn’t of been here!
This is one of the many reasons young people have no trust in the older generation, children should be seen and not heard!
