I bought the corner garden set, it turnt up with no screws and no instructions I then had to call to get these sent out, they arrived loose in a envelope and not enough screws I’m now on day 8 and still no screws or instructions! I had to cancell our family garden party! And all customer services said was “ oh sorry here’s £40” I paid over £400 for something I can’t use and once again it’s out of stock!

Well Luton Asda Does it again Making me feel I am not honest I am signed to to shop and scan Man's razer's with a sucuirty tag on Went to process my shopping all items went through Suddenly had a Asda employee hovering over me Before I could ask them to remove the tag from the razer's Then she took the item detaged and ordered me to show her the recipient I paniced pressed the screen no receipt came out She had to go into the system and print receipt I was shocked Asda had been monitoring me as she had approached me before I had asked any staff member to remove tag I told the Asda employee you are making me feel like I am a shop lifer It's really wrong the way that Asda use monitoring proceedures I have never not scanned an item I am paying for also the razer's where on the receipt but the employee was checking my receipt for a long time making me feel even more paniced Horrible position to be placed in 😕

I contacted Asda about a cleverspa tub I purchased off them which had gone faulty. I made the mistake of contacting the manufacturer first who said they would fix after lock down but didn't. By the time I contacted Asda my warranty had expired. Asda refused to help, refused to let me make a complaint and refused to tell me how to follow there complaints procedure. Ive never dealt with such poor customer service or treatment with any company in my life, and I've previously bought from the Range ;-) well done Asda your officially the worst. They are truly shocking and don't care once they have had your money. I personally will never buy or shop at Asda again and judging by the reviews on this site I'm not the only one. Totally disgusted and will make it my new hobby to post as many reviews on as many sites as I can warning people about them. AVOID @ ALL COST

Customer Services NEVER answer a direct question. Even tried contacting their CEO but complaint passed to one of his minioo. My advice, barage Aldi Customer Services until you receive a satisfactory answer - AND demand compensation! Lynne

Absolutely the worst online grocery company ever, please refer to my comments pin trustpilot. This company is a total joke. I contracted food poisoning due to Asda and they didn’t care

Tried to return a broken microwave. Staff went from being dismissive and unhelpful to downright aggressive and intimidating. This company is not respecting it's customers.

the worst service ever , poorly trained employees the customer service is a shame everyone who my wife calls to try to solve the situation all the employees tell you something different and your situation is not resolved and the frustration only increases when you asks to talking to the manager or supervisor he still knows less that everyone and in no way helps you except "your complaint will be forwarded to the office" my wife paid extra to have things earlier at home, the driver who came to deliver things rang the doorbell and my wife opened the door she went down the stairs with the baby to see the driver and he just sat in the van for 10mints and left my wife has been talking to the customer service on the phone since 7:50 am and everyone who answered the phone always had something different to say in short, nothing was resolved for me to arrive at 10 pm from work and see my hungry son crying because the purchases had not arrived nobody is responsible nobody does anything sincerely with this level of service and professionals, admires Asda's open doors it's a shame I will not recommend it to anyone and I will write a bad review every day until we reach 100% of bad review SHAMEFUL, WORST company ever Don't buy nothing from here

If you live on a first floor massionett please dont shop at asda, as driver buzzes, and then disappears or dump the shopping as it's too much like hard work to phone and say what end of blocks he's at or that he's unable to delivery to your door, plus they no longer use bag for delivery so all big joke really.. they need to put it in capital letter in term and condition for idiots like myself. Never re ceived, presume driver either return or kept products.

Redeemed a voucher for £50 but didn't receive my shopping. They kept asking me to provide the same information. I am NOT employed by Asda to do their work!!! No wonder their adverts used to pat their back pocket - it's OUR money these bandits have unlawfully pocketed.

Oldham chadderton asda I am shocked by your standards and how they’ve slipped you need to educate yourself and your staff how to store food and maintain its freshness I was a regular customer spending £30 three times a week on mostly organic items I’ve always wondered why my food would go off within a day when there’s a long date and this doesn’t happen when I get my veg from other stores like Tesco or Sainsbury’s. I’ve seen crates of milk outside the fridge so someone’s just left it there rather than putting milk in and I was stood there 15mins but no one came. I’ve worked for asda myself and I know when milk or chilled items are out of fridge over 20mins they get thrown away as ‘damaged’ I’ve thrown away food MANY times I also have multiple health problems so I cant just go back out and get food from somewhere especially when I’ve spent that much money time and energy I’ll be talking to food standards, you have lost a loyal customer as you wernt so loyal

In January I told a security guard as someone who is 80 that I couldn't understand why he wasn't wearing a mask He then yelled I was banned A week later he chased me yelling you are banned Amazingly the manager told the pharmacist not to do my prescription The pharmaceutical Council are now investigating Im shocked at such treatment totally inexplicable

My husband bought me a bunch of flowers that cost £12. I would not have paid £5 for them might have looked ok in wrapper, just heather twigs and 3 roses really disappointed.

My wife and I went to ASDA this morning after my wife got off from work and taking our kid to school. We did our groceries and was at the self check-out counter when we realized we forgot to bring bags with us to put all that we bought. I figured to use their shopping basket to put all the items, go to our car once finished, unload all that we bought in a bag we have in the car and return the basket. That simple! But the lady manning the check-out counter did not allow us to use the basket to take out of the store. It is their new policy. My wife said it was fine and that we'll just buy their plastic bags. To our surprise they did not have any, and they won't allow us to use their basket. The person manning that area, who wasn't very nice and not being apologetic, did not even bother to go and find bags for us, customers, to use. We had to hug all that we bought out of the shop, some dropping as we reached our car. ASDA, whatever happened to your slogan 'Happy to help'? Are your shopping baskets made of gold that you're afraid customers will take them home? I have experienced rude staffs in the past and I have had enough. I think that is it for us shopping at ASDA

I put a delivery order in a week ago and only found out four days before Easter that all of the chocolate eggs that I had ordered and paid for were now out of stock or unavailable. If I ordered an item a week ago I would expect to get it. So now I have no eggs for Easter. Thank you Asda.

I've given up ordering a delivery, they're always out of stock on the regular things I buy. Recently shopped with Tesco instead and I wasn't disappointed.
