I'm a single mum of 2 and to get to the nearest asda is 2 buses from where I am so I do online shop. Got a delivery and everything was going good most my items were there But 10 frozen items were missing I wouldn't have cared much if it was other stuff but it was all my chips and potato products. I sent an email saying they were missing and fair enough they gave me a refund but I would have preferred them resending my items. It takes 3-5 working days for the money to come thru which means I can't make chips or anything for my kids food and I used up the last £60 for this delivery and don't get any money for a couple of days. I'm annoyed about it and its put me off doing on online delivery with asda again so Tesco it is for me now

Consistently poor quality 'fresh' food. Apples, bananas, carrots, broccoli inedible. When we report it we are sneered at more often than not. Silly price rises in most departments, bread up by 1/3 on many loaves, mince round was £1.21 not £2.00, bacon pieces now a double pack instead of a single one (too much food waste), huge packets of meat too large for the average family. Downhill all the way.

Very rude driver. No response from Asda despite chasing them with complaint about driver's behaviour over 2 weeks. Feel completely dis-regarded by Asda. Will never shop in this shoddy organisation. There is no contact for customers- only call centre not equipped to respond or resolve any issues. What a con.

Very rude and grumpy driver. Reported his behaviour and after 2 weeks of many phone calls to their call centre, sending many emails to Asda and finally reporting through Resolver- I am still here waiting for any response from Asda!!!!!! Asda falsely call their call centre 'Customer Service' department but poor staff in the call centre say that they are only allowed to make a note and cant do anything else(so making a note for whom exactly???). Yet for any customer contact Asda only advertises one number- 08009520101, which cannot deal with your queries or complaints??!!! Asda has no regard for their customers or customer service. A simple issue of interviewing the concerned driver of his behaviour and then apologising to the customer with reassurance was all this organisation needed to do. But they have no clue of Customer service at all. Fed up with chasing them, I called the call centre today to cancel my account and Delivery pass with Asda, I was informed that my delivery pass was cancelled on the 9th May; whereas the first order was delivered on the 10th May- Doesn't make any sense and call centre agent, as expected, could not explain this either. I hope they do not take money out of my account. I would not trust Asda at all. No wonder they are in this hopeless state in business. Not a worthy organisation for this country .

Yesterday my mum was having a delivery and was running back. And the driver phoned and wasn’t prepared to take it away ( 5 mins) he said that it had to go to somebody like a neighbour, my mum was being pressured to do what he wanted. So some people find it hard to have food delivered to other people and my sister was pressured by Asda to accept it, she couldn’t and had to bin in. I put a complaint and then speaking to Asda customer relations they was offering to re deliver the entire order and pick up the old order. I explained my sisters condition like anybody with a similar issue can’t cope with it being there. Nobody enjoyed throwing it away but it’s about understanding how it affects my sister and also how the pressure put on by the driver to allow a 3rd party to receive the goods. So he said you don’t have them ok I understand your families position and how upset your sister was feeling, so now I need to ask the store manager if he will do it, as it’s will be his discretion. The manager declined putting all the blame at my mums door and not giving a toss for my sisters condition. Basically not getting involved leaving my mum out of pocket where is started because of them

Asda in Brierley Hill, The newer young girl on the counter was unbelievably rude. Offensive, swearing, got my order wrong and spoke to me as though I was incapable, felt completely ridiculed and embarrassed. So I left all my shopping. I will be returning to find out her name so I can put in an official formal complaint. And recommend she sees someone about her racial thoughts

Do not buy the adsa home patio set. Three weeks in, at a cost of £149, the toughened glass simply shattered of its own accord. Asda refuse to refund on this item. It is unsafe and not worth the money.

Called to buy clothes for great granddaughter. Fitting rooms closed at 8ish at night. I was going to put them back but my partner asked granddaughter to try them on any way. I took my coat off to shield as much as I could. She agreed but I know she felt embarrassed. She is 10 years old and very conscience if her body. We bought the clothes any but I want be taking her back again for clothes.

Everytime i have placed an order for my disabled brother it gives me substitutes, when i place the order i go in and un tick the box to request no substitues but when i get the email to confirm the order it has put the tick back in and sends substitutes, i have rang asda 4 times for the last 4 orders and keep getting an adviser telling me to untick the box which i explained i have done, even put in a complaint but nobody rang, when they are getting over £100 a week they should ring customers back, do not shop with them nothing but hassle, going to tesco as they are much better.

We wanted to print some cakes to celebrate an anniversary of the launch of our company mission statement at our place of work. We tried to pre-order 10 large cakes. The first store we tried said that they couldn't do more than 5 and couldn't order more? We tried another store and they were more helpful and said they would attempt to get 10 and they did. When my college arrived at the store to have them printed she was told that we couldn't use the artwork that we had planned due to their being copyright issues. Despite offering to send an email giving permission from our head office and speaking to myself on the telephone (GM) we were refused. We accepted this and asked to print the copy but without the logo's but were told that we still couldn't use it. My colleague spent 2 hours in the shop trying to find a solution and when I removed the whole text and just type two lines describing why we were celebrating and send it to her while she was there, but because the design resembled the original she refused because the wording of our mission was on there. She said no matter what we sent it to her she wasn't going to do it because it still resembled the original. We ended up buying 10 large un-printed cakes, but were still charged £20 each for them! I have to say that her 'jobsworth' attitude was unhelpful, she didn't want to help find a solution and was extremely unreasonable. In fact when my colleague presented her with the 3rd option she said 'this is a joke and I've had enough now, I've made my decision we aren't doing them'! We celebrated this anniversary last year and had the cakes printed beautifully. The suggestion to print the cakes came from our head office and it would have been simple to get approval from them to use the logos. She also made it clear that she would ring round the other ASDA's to ensure we couldn't print them there either!! Very disappointing. Thankfully we have found another company that will print them for us today.

Bought some garden furniture and before it was delivered it was reduced £30. Asda won't honour a refund. They haven't called me back about my complaint. I posted an online complaint and got an auto response calling me Nick? Which isn't my name. I'm still awaiting some kind of contact.

Worse place ever. Got 4 products from cow and gate caused my newborn with diarrhoea and vomiting. They didn’t refund the product and they didn’t pay me £50 to recover the cost of 15-18 nappies a day, paracetamol and other baby fever medicine. They ate rude almost as animal. I will never shop in there again. My baby suffered with a bad rash which I had to get creams for! I stayed up 3 night airing him out. Poor baby couldn’t sleep for 2 weeks feeling uncomfortable. Every time he has a feed within seconds a poo, when he sleeps a poo. His nappies been leaking every time. This is a nightmare

Ordered a grocery shop for evening delivery, received an email stating it would be delivered between 21.22 and 21.32 when it was past 22.00 I called customer service to be informed that my £95 order had been cancelled due to driver availability. No one had contacted to advise of this. Now stuck with no items for my young daughters school packed lunch. Was offered a free 1 month delivery pass as goodwill gesture (£8) total joke. If you want to actually receive your order shop elsewhere!
