I bought some of your own brand sparkling sugar free lemon and lime - any chance of putting ANY flavour in it?? It's sparkling I'll grant you that but there's absolutely no flavour in it whatsoever.

Ridiculous, just gone to get euros and needed my id to pay with card but she said if I came with cash I wouldn’t need id. Also if I spent 500 on my card in store I don’t need id - mad mad mad 😡 she said it was fraud, myself not sure they understand what fraud means !!!!!!

At the Angmering store. I was accused of having a fake ID. Secondly, she said my friends and I were stupid even though we were all in university merchandise and she was sat behind a till in Asda in her awful bright yellow gilet. I want you to find her and have her fired with immediate effect.

My delivery came 20 mins late even though I paid for a slightly more expensive time, the driver did not apologise at all. Infact he had very negative body language and I felt as though I was bothering him as oppose to him being there to help. The delivery arrived “not” in bags as requested. Whom ever packed this, did not give a damn. They literally put a solitary bag of crisps in a whole bag, whilst the heavier items such 2 litre bottles were left loose. Then my substitution of a 700ml Barcardi instead of litre.......really? Why not just refund it? It’s one thing giving you a like for like sub, but a lesser sub which cost wise isn’t a deal at all, what’s the point? ASDA refunds take ages so if they deliver something you don’t want and your not rich enough to buy it again your left without, until the refund kicks in one to two weeks later. So if it’s a poor substitute just refund it instantly and get ahead of the process. Who ever runs the Birmingham delivery depot needs talking too. I need a different supermarket to shop with. I suggest everyone does the same. We are passed Mediocre service with the amount of money we spend on items. We deserve better.

im not happy with your service i tried to buy something online. my delivery date and time was june 10 8pm to 9pm. i was home all day sat in my living room from half 7pm till 9pm because i dont want to miss my delivery. then half 9 still didnt turn up. check my email and it says its been delivered. so i rang costumer service and explain everything. the lady i was talking to says the delivery man couldn’t find my adress when really my house is exactly outside the street how can your delivery man couldn’t find it? so rearrange delivery slot on the 11th june from 10 to 11am then i check my email to fine that i have to pay bag and pick £4 from my previous delivery slot it was only £2 but why would i pay £4 for your own mistake or your driver’s mistake? do u think its fair? NO!!!!! so i cancel the order. check my bank today and you’ve taken the money out my bank for the item i dont have??? are u out of your mind??? you have got no right to do that ASDA!!!! now i want my money back. never again again

Gave one star but not because of all staff in shop. Some like to say I would f**k that when you sing on their way behind closed doors. Others are just too darn nosey. Drivers also that are italian or jewish or rich call you a slag because of their or others criminal activity, HOOLIGANS, Worshipers

Once again items in incorrect places with incorrect prices, when I challenged price the person in Asda Boldon spoke to me like something on the bottom of her shoe, people skills terrible, customer service skills even worse and her supervisor was not any better, when I rang customer services they were not interested either, they wonder why people shop elsewhere, take a look at your staff and train them to speak civilly for a start. I would have not even given one star but you have to rate before you can leave comments .

Over the past 6 weeks I have been monitoring Asda's use of single use plastics in food packaging The list I have compiled is staggering. I am appalled at this discovery. Asda is not alone in this and I find it hard to believe that alternative packaging cannot be sourced, or even better, abolish prepacked foods altogether. Come on Asda and all other food supermarket chains, for the planet's sake, do something about it!

I paid for someone else's full tank of fuel the other day but they were very polite saying F**K OFF. I wonder what they are going to say in regards to mouse droppings in my bread!!!!

Took 2 weeks to take payment from my card and now its left my short for my other bills. What a joke. Tesco would never do that

Recently placed an order on line. Decided to return some of the items to the store service was shocking, man took my bag didn't seal it gave me a return number. I received no notification via email of the return. A week later I decided to call customer services again shocking service, they couldn't track my parcel after 20 minutes I was rather agitated. Still not sure what's happening regarding my refund. My advice is return items via the post, not the store. Or don't put yourself through it in the first place. Such a shame as my nearest store is 30minutes away.

Order got cancelled through no fault of the driver . They offered me a slot the next day but I had to pay Again for the groceries and wait 3-5 days for a refund from the order I didn’t get !!! Who has that spare money to be able to pay for two shopping orders while waiting a refund... totally JOKE

Malton Asda is such a waste of time. Staff rude, 1 till open that is also the cigarette counter and parcel counter. So you can imagine the waiting time to get served. The self service tills don’t work and when they do, it’s the 1 till woman who has to come fix them. What an absolute nightmare the place is. Even the miserable staff moan about the place. Thank god for Morrison’s in Malton. On the other hand, Asda in York is great.

I'm a single mum of 2 and to get to the nearest asda is 2 buses from where I am so I do online shop. Got a delivery and everything was going good most my items were there But 10 frozen items were missing I wouldn't have cared much if it was other stuff but it was all my chips and potato products. I sent an email saying they were missing and fair enough they gave me a refund but I would have preferred them resending my items. It takes 3-5 working days for the money to come thru which means I can't make chips or anything for my kids food and I used up the last £60 for this delivery and don't get any money for a couple of days. I'm annoyed about it and its put me off doing on online delivery with asda again so Tesco it is for me now

Consistently poor quality 'fresh' food. Apples, bananas, carrots, broccoli inedible. When we report it we are sneered at more often than not. Silly price rises in most departments, bread up by 1/3 on many loaves, mince round was £1.21 not £2.00, bacon pieces now a double pack instead of a single one (too much food waste), huge packets of meat too large for the average family. Downhill all the way.

Very rude driver. No response from Asda despite chasing them with complaint about driver's behaviour over 2 weeks. Feel completely dis-regarded by Asda. Will never shop in this shoddy organisation. There is no contact for customers- only call centre not equipped to respond or resolve any issues. What a con.
