I was in Asda store in Larne this morning. I understand home delivery orders have to be picked but it was ridiculous that there were 9 members of staff in one of the aisles and no social distancing rules observed - either among themselves or with the few customers who were trying to shop around them

Asda is my favourite online shop. Slots are always easy to obtain, drivers are really friendly and there sell by dates usually allow for a few days (unlike another store I stopped using as they try to palm off almost out of date products regularly). All in all I would recommend Asda but it has lost one star for me, that being that only 50 per cent of the drivers wear masks. This does not make sense when people going into the stores have to wear masks. It really made me worried one week when one of the drivers was telling me how three customers that morning had told him they were Covid positive after he had been chatting to them. was he wearing a mask, NO! That has really shocked me particularly as we are in a high risk area. No wonder the virus is spreading rapidly. Asda, please tell your drivers they must wear masks unless they have a health problem in which case please tell them to stand 2 metres away.

Out of the Big 4 supermarkets, we have been very pleasantly surprised by Asda for our groceries deliveries. We have been relying totally on online shopping since 7th March 2020. We have managed to get delivery slots every other week, as desired, which is good. During the peak lockdown, this was much harder and I had to get up in the middle of the night to hunt for slots, but definitely this has eased for now. The choice of items and variables are substantial, leaves you stumped for choice, which is always a good thing. The delivery drivers have been good and friendly , mantaining social distancing on majority of the occassion . The items quality have been good and items mostly intact, except for some crushed or leaking items Substitites are only given for items that you tick to say are ok to substitite. But some of these have been more miss than hit. So the packers should pay a little more attention to detail, to stop this from happening. You receive an text to say when the driver is coming on the day and it also advises you how many items are substituted or missing. Go should then go online and check your shopping update. If you dont like a substitute, you can ask the driver to take them back before you touch anything, do remember this or they will not take it back. The multi seeded bread is always tasty, the brown bread dusted rolls are always fresh and soft The fruit and vegetables are excellent apart from the odd mishap. A Special request, Please take steps to stock tofu made by "The Tofoo Co Ltd, in particular the Plain and the smoked variety, which are really excellent products, required for our dietry needs. We thne have to go to other supermarkets to get these. We much rather get it from you. Please pass this request on to the new products acquisition department for Asda To sum up, Asda has done great things for us as a customer and rightly deserve the number 1 supermarket slot in our eyes. The prices are good and competitive. The delivery charges are ok dependant on the time slot you can get or choose. It would be good if FREE DELIVERY could be offered for shoppers who spend more than a specifically set amount, say £70, or what you consider to be a viable proposition. Look forward to this being actioned as well. A big thank you to all Asda members of staff who have done a wondeful job serving so many, during these most difficult of times.

Excellent click & collect staff at Asda Broadstairs. Polite, friendly, efficient and above all helpful when items weren't quite right. The online ordering was patchy, with ordinary milk and bread cancelled as not available the day before the shop, yet fully stocked on the day of the shop. Cue very helpful Asda staff member who went looking for what we needed. Thank you.

Asda is the only supermarket from which I have been able to get click and collect orders since the crisis started. I never used them previously, but they are offering a much better service compared to Tesco, Sainsbury and Ocado; good luck in finding any slots at all with those! Some items are ‘out of stock’ which are available inside the store, but I guess they have to hold back some things that are in higher demand for availability to people in the stores.

My son already had these trousers from Asda previously - they've lasted ages! He's grown so needed new size, I didn't look elsewhere as these are more than satisfactory and reasonably priced. Great value. Ordered online which was quick n easy. Asda kept me updated by email on my order and it's delivery. Pleasant/polite delivery driver. Very happy.
