“If you live on a first floor massionett please dont shop at asda, as driver buzzes, and then disappears or dump the shopping as it's too much like hard work to phone and say what end of blocks he's at or that he's unable to delivery to your door, plus they no longer use bag for delivery so all big joke really.. they need to put it in capital letter in term and condition for idiots like myself. Never re ceived, presume driver either return or kept products.”
“just went to asda Tiptree lady on door just looking around , people not cleaning there hands. no spray to wash the trollys . not good !! .. i thought asda may have leart by the last outbreak in there with the manager.. !! the virus is getting bad again and nobody is doing anything to try to help keep it away ... very concerning ...”
“Not any staff available to help me 9.10 am 8th may 2021
Unhappy that Asda not opening anymore till 8.00am unlike sainsbury and Tesco.
Will have to shop in Sainsbury’s in future as they still open at 7.00am”
“Redeemed a voucher for £50 but didn't receive my shopping. They kept asking me to provide the same information. I am NOT employed by Asda to do their work!!! No wonder their adverts used to pat their back pocket - it's OUR money these bandits have unlawfully pocketed.”
“Bought a cooked quiche from Asda.I took a couple of bites and realised it was not cooked all the way through.Spent the next day throwing up,made me really ill.Would never buy a quiche from Asda again. The quantity of their food has gone down hill.”
“Just eaten one of your 2pack rib eye steaks
I need to say that I had a ribeye steak in tomahawk restaurant and was charged £25 for an ordinary chewy thing that I would have given to my dog.
Yours are succulent tasty and very well priced
Thankyou ASDA”
“After my experience with Asda on line shopping I will not be using Asda again after £33.59 worth of my shopping was missing from phoning up straight away to inform Asda to be turned down a refund made me feel I was not telling the truth .after sometime after phoning again finally gave me a refund I am disappointed with there service so I will not be returning to Asda for my shopping no more”
“Oldham chadderton asda I am shocked by your standards and how they’ve slipped you need to educate yourself and your staff how to store food and maintain its freshness I was a regular customer spending £30 three times a week on mostly organic items I’ve always wondered why my food would go off within a day when there’s a long date and this doesn’t happen when I get my veg from other stores like Tesco or Sainsbury’s. I’ve seen crates of milk outside the fridge so someone’s just left it there rather than putting milk in and I was stood there 15mins but no one came. I’ve worked for asda myself and I know when milk or chilled items are out of fridge over 20mins they get thrown away as ‘damaged’ I’ve thrown away food MANY times I also have multiple health problems so I cant just go back out and get food from somewhere especially when I’ve spent that much money time and energy I’ll be talking to food standards, you have lost a loyal customer as you wernt so loyal”
“In January I told a security guard as someone who is 80 that I couldn't understand why he wasn't wearing a mask He then yelled I was banned
A week later he chased me yelling you are banned
Amazingly the manager told the pharmacist not to do my prescription
The pharmaceutical Council are now investigating
Im shocked at such treatment totally inexplicable”

“My husband bought me a bunch of flowers that cost £12. I would not have paid £5 for them might have looked ok in wrapper, just heather twigs and 3 roses really disappointed.”
“I had my delivery today I have just finished putting it away I went to give feedback and I was going to put that the delivery driver was very nice and helpful and polite, and mention that that I ordererd diced turkey and you substituted it with turkey mince you can not put it into a casserole, but everything else with the shopping was very good”
“My wife and I went to ASDA this morning after my wife got off from work and taking our kid to school. We did our groceries and was at the self check-out counter when we realized we forgot to bring bags with us to put all that we bought. I figured to use their shopping basket to put all the items, go to our car once finished, unload all that we bought in a bag we have in the car and return the basket. That simple! But the lady manning the check-out counter did not allow us to use the basket to take out of the store. It is their new policy. My wife said it was fine and that we'll just buy their plastic bags. To our surprise they did not have any, and they won't allow us to use their basket. The person manning that area, who wasn't very nice and not being apologetic, did not even bother to go and find bags for us, customers, to use. We had to hug all that we bought out of the shop, some dropping as we reached our car. ASDA, whatever happened to your slogan 'Happy to help'? Are your shopping baskets made of gold that you're afraid customers will take them home?
I have experienced rude staffs in the past and I have had enough. I think that is it for us shopping at ASDA”
“I put a delivery order in a week ago and only found out four days before Easter that all of the chocolate eggs that I had ordered and paid for were now out of stock or unavailable. If I ordered an item a week ago I would expect to get it. So now I have no eggs for Easter. Thank you Asda.”
