“I am not very impressed with asda Filton store, or Asda customer service, no one called me today all I got was a simple text from asda, and spoke to someone this morning, and I was promised a call back from them, to update me, before any decisions was made, and to give me time to do a reorder, and a reversal, but they ignored all this and no one called me at all, and went ahead and cancelled the order and did a reversal, but because it was done so late, I can not get a delivery until Wednesday , and my husband is a type one diabetic with other medical conditions and no one can drive in our house for medical reasons and we don't have any support nearby to help us, so feeling very stressed about this and I don't no what to do, as we have no food in the house,”
“Asda Bootle, Liverpool. Been remerchandised, so took 45 minutes to find my usual items. Got to till and told no carrier bags ??? No notices to warn customers, no recorded message on speakers, just food stranded at tills. I left my goods and walked out. They wasted nearly an hour of my life, I'd encourage others to do the same. “I have been trying to order Asda diet cola 2 litre bottles for nearly over three months,I have first got a reply from my feedback and reviews, saying that the reason why was because of the C O 2 levels, but when I mentioned that you can still stocks Asda sugar cola 2 litre bottles and Asda fruit flavoured diet drinks, they changed their mind and then emailed me back again saying that the buying team says that it is been discontinued, because it is not selling well, I then mentioned that why there computer system is showing that it is not selling well, is because when I spoke to someone in customer service they said that my local asda store in Filton Bristol has been struggling to order Asda 2 litre bottles of diet cola for quite some time, I am not very impressed with your company as my husband can not drink sugar cola 2 bottles or fruit flavoured diet fizzy drinks for medical reasons”

They sell many good value clothing items, but have no changing rooms in their new look stores. Inconvenient.
PLEASE be especially aware of buying a "preloved" item. They have to be purchased outright, and CANNOT be returned or refunded if they do not fit.
Although this is clear on the item's label, it makes no sense to me at all...some types of clothing (such as jeans) simply must be tried on before buying...👎😳🤔”
“I'm a lover of George clothes and also their home items. I am a regular shopper in the store at the Fort in Easterhouse. I've never had a complaint to make about any item I've purchased or the staff and customer service they provide. However, this morning the store was particularly busy, but with plenty of staff on the checkout, it was moving pretty fast... I did notice that there was one voice calling for customers to go to the bottom tills. ANGELA ⭐️ was her name, she seemed to be getting through more customers with a very PLEASANT manner, no rushing, smiled and made conversation the whole time she was serving. (A few of the others seemed to be under pressure).
Also while shopping I was looking for a mirror to try on a hat, I asked an elderly male store assistant where i could find one, instead of directions, he lead me straight to the other end of the store to the 'one and only mirror' 🤣 Well done, I'm impressed. Especially with Angela ⭐️ What a great asset to your team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

I ordered 3 items on there click and collect .only 2 items arrived one was stolen as it's on the delivery note inside the box which is too small for the stolen item so who ever packed the item up stole the item as I dont have it . . Item now out of stock it was in stock when I ordered and paid for it .

“French Baguette , recently these have changed at the Blackpool store. It appears they are smaller although the wieght is the same but the bread is very dence in side . It's almost like the bread is not being proven as there is no rise just very heavy. I don't know if is not being baked the same which is disappointing as the price has almost doubled over the last few months.”

“Asda in Dover have removed a manned checkout and installed a self service one. Why oh why do people use them!! More people out of work. It saves company a fortune long term but they don't pass on savings to customers by offering a discount for their use. The worse example I have ever seen of this nasty practice is in Asda in Folkestone. Utterly disgraceful along with their very high prices. Usually I have no problems with asda or staff but, the pay point has been out of use for a week or more! This is an inconvenience for many but mostly your older customers who are trying to get everything done In one place, this means they have to hunt around for somewhere to top up heating and fuel bills.
Asda you can do better than this surely.”
