Shona at your store in Ryhope Sunderland is Amazing. She was on checkout 3 on saturday gone I have cerebral palsy and walking difficulties. She packed all of my bags and put them in my trolly with a smile. She deserves recognition for restoring my faith in human kindness. Well done Shona and Asda

The amount of items "out of stock" is ridiculous and really don't like substitute system would rather be able to switch it off. After this lockdown is finished and my subscription for my slot runs out ,will not be using Asda again

Excellent click & collect staff at Asda Broadstairs. Polite, friendly, efficient and above all helpful when items weren't quite right. The online ordering was patchy, with ordinary milk and bread cancelled as not available the day before the shop, yet fully stocked on the day of the shop. Cue very helpful Asda staff member who went looking for what we needed. Thank you.

Pointless doing home delivery when essentials like semi skimmed milk aren't available

Shocking experience! Delivery account said shopping was out for delivery. We waited all afternoon and evening. No call or text...or delivery! Tried to call - no answer. Phoned following morning to be told ...that they could not find address and had tried to phone me. There had been no call or text sent to me! I do not trust Asda and will never shop there again. I will be sharing this experience with as many family and friends as possible.

This is only my 2nd time shopping with Asda online will continue to. However I've discovered that I can't checkout using my iPad but the app on my phone is very good and works. I would ask the staff to look into this, otherwise very good.

Ordering online is useless. Their stock system doesn't work. Order today "in stock" - tomorrows delivery half of your order is "out of stock"... pathetic really. They obviously don't have a stock system.

Asda is a discrace to society not providing set times for pensioners to do their shopping, they are the vulnerable people in this epidemic. This age group help put Asda were they are today and have now been abandoned, Introducing a card scheme is a poor excuse for a pathetic response. You might be old day.

Thank you Asda so much for providing a priority slot for us during this public health crisis. You so efficiently and effectively identified our household as falling within the "extremely vulnerable" group and helped ensure that we had enough food and supplies. We're so thankful for your help and wanted to shout about it given that you were there in our time of need.

My daughter did her shopping in your store in Grimsby last night, we are both disgusted. The customers were all allowed in together & the security did not make sure that people were following the distance rules. Why are people allowed to shop in crowds in your store. My daughter said she did not feel safe, she does some shopping for me to & I am at high risk. She says she will shop at Tesco in the future. At least they do all they can to protect their customers.

Went to Asda in Farnborough, it was raining pretty bad and I was standing in the queue with no coat as I didn’t expect it to rain, a lovely member of staff came around the queue lending umbrellas. Then at the end of the queue the staff thanked us for waiting and was very friendly. Thank you Asda

Recently went to click and collect at Asda Leigh . All went well including text that items were ready and phone call to say where I should pull up with car due to the store changes . But disappointing had to go customer services beforehand and no real organisation at the entrance for customers in or out has customer where not 2 meters away and were passing near too each other . That’s why I wear a face mask for added protection. But the collection at back of store went well .

19 items missing from delivery so phoned store which did not answer phone. Phoned customer services who could not contact store and advised putting in for refund on missing items which we did. Checking order on web site days later message next to order said refund rejected. Phoned customer services and was informed that there had been problems and she would put through refund now and expect it to show in 5 to 7 days. Nothing after a week so phoned customer services again explained what was happening and was told it had been rejected due to the amount of items missing and and we said wasn't that theft taking money for no goods and unhelpful customer service person said she would refer it to the fraud dept to check. Still on refund or call from fraud dept .

Asda Blyth what a shambles! Went to collect my order at the designated slot time to find about 20 other cars backed up. Waited approx 10 mins for the lass to bring the order out and then drop everything all over the road and not help to pick it up. Discovered, as we were picking it off the road, that we were missing items (which hadn’t been substituted) and had half of someone else’s order. Spoke to a young lad who was very helpful and resolved the missing items issue. When finally unpacking at home some of the items were wrong (not down as substituted). It’s safe to say that I won’t be using this service again or shopping at Asda.
