“No delivery, it was cancelled, having booked it 10 days before. No notification, no text, no email, nothing. Just cancelled.
That's the way to treat your customers.”
“My delivery got cancelled. No warning, no notification, no text, no email, no explanation, just cancelled. I'd booked it 10 days earlier.
I'm seriously cheesed off.”
“Booked a delivery slot for 19:30 to 20:30, chased customer services at 21:30, who advised delayed by 2hrs 40mins. 23:40 still no delivery, no message, no nothing.”

“Thank you to Julie on check out at brombough Asda store for helping me pack My groceries & getting me some water as I felt really unwell
Staff were so helpful thank you”
“Poor service again in Asda South Woodham Ferrers. Refused a sale of alcohol to my son even though he had his driving license. The reason given was that his younger brother was with him. Sainsbury’s far superior with no draconian jumped up staff!!”
“Asda Shrewsbury today was terrible people were too close to each other, too many people down the aisles not going up and down correctly. To make matters worse
the staff today 28.4.2020 were so near to each other and as I was getting something a member of staff walked straight by me and put some shampoo out didnt even wait or ask me to move just carried on then carried on talking to her colleagues . It was absolutely so awful in the Shrewsbury store and it's happened quite alot of the times in the store. Please can things change as I do prefer shopping at Asda but with restrictions and measures not being utilised I may have to shop elsewhere.”
“Good systems in place for nhs staff who have limited time to access for food shopping. Also decent attempt at encouraging social distancing. I think the screens at check outs should become permanent.”
“All I’m all supermarkets are commendable in this situation.
But been holding on to my money for 4 weeks constantly being promised a refund week after week.
Got refunded after 5 week if I hade t of complained all that time I would not have gotten this money back I’m sure.
So disappointed 😔 was just about to give up and wait for it to fall into the 8 week bracket for the ombudsman.
Been a customer online groceries for £ years.”
“I visit the Westbrook asda on a weekly basis. I cant thank the security staff enough for there thoughtfulness. Being disabled with a crutch, I was queuing to go in store ,when the security man approached me and led me in store so I wouldn't have to stand waiting, (although I was willing to wait my turn like everyone else). Since the queuing started this as been a weekly occurrence from different security men. I thank them deeply for there thoughtfulness.”
“Ordered a home delivery, the van broke down while out delivering our order, phoned customer service the next day and was told the order had now been cancelled, we are pensioners and have now run out of bread and milk because of this, I will never shop with them again as they never made any attempt to redeliver the order as always with big companies money comes before life itself, absolutely disgusted with them”
“What a shambles! Changed click & collect location without informing me. Didn’t collect Fir various reasons and distance. now having probs getting refund. Told 8-10 working days. Told refund rejected but can’t find out why. No record of calls being made. Website shows 3-5 dats for refunds but still waiting 18 days later. They are managing refunds on a spreadsheet. Conflicting information on website to call centre.”
“Changed location of my click & collect but didn’t inform me. Now having problems getting my money back. Told 8-10 working days despite website showing 3-5 days! 17 days later still waiting. Don’t make a record of your phone calls. Managing refunds on a spreadsheet. Had an email rejecting refund but can’t get an explanation. A shambles to say the least.”
“Someone should be checking that the bar codes at the till match the price displayed on the packaging. I have just shopped at Asda Dunstable and when I got home I was checking my receipt for a couple of items I bought for a neighbour. I bought 3 packs of boneless lamb leg steaks, all clearly marked at £4.98 on each pack. On checking my receipt I found I had been charged £5.50 per pack. I am thoroughly disgusted. They may have been at the higher price several weeks ago but the price has been £4.98 for some time now. I cannot get through on the phone, they are not taking calls. I am not amused.”
“Some colleagues need more training in customer relations! It is not good policy to pick up on something a customer is doing wrong in these trying times when within earshot of other customers.A quiet discreet word would surely suffice and not cause embarrassment for the person concerned.”
