“After weeks of finding all the delivery slots were full, I found a vacant one. Booked that slot, then went to pay. The bank sent me a code, which was accepted, but then rejected by Asda. Phoned the help line which was useless, so went back on line to cancel the order which does not work as per the instructions from Asda. The help line is circular, and just sends you back to the web. I think Asda are using the current situation to be even more useless.”
“Click and collect order had 20 items missing. All fresh food which I accept given the current situation but I have now been charged for them and won’t get a refund for 5 days!!!!! Unacceptable”
“Had a click and collect and told a few items out of stock to queued outside for 20 mins went in store and all the items that were out of stock there on the shelves what's the point in that”
“Received my delivery on time, apart from a couple of substitutions, everything was there. The vegetables were fresh. The delivery driver was professional and courteous. Thank you.”
“The delivery delivered less than 1/3rd of the order due to technical deliveries on their site. Under current circumstances this is perhaps understandable. Most disappointing was customer services which appeared to be an American call centre.”
“My delivery yesterday did not arrive , driver arrived got out his van opened the back doors , shut them and drove off !no phone call no explanation !?after several attempt to contact Anyone ( an impossible task I have to say ) I eventually got to speak to someone .... in America yes America , as Asda’s here cannot cope with the demand and calls , lovely lady who desperately tryed to help but only managed to find out that the order was not on the delivery ! Appalling service and customer care ! So no shopping this week !
The other problem is orders on my recurring slot disappear out of my account and I cannot amend ,so have no idea if next weeks will come either ! Andnoway of speaking to anyone at Asda’s !! Appalling service !”
“Click and collect. 1/3 of order not available. Went into store and bought them. What is the point. Waiting over 3 weeks for a slot. Granted unusual circumstances but bread and milk were items missing and exact items available in store. Poor!”
“Had a click and collect at Clapham lavender hill today
Was shocked and disturbed to see there was no queuing system for shoppers. Security guards were everywhere but customers were flocking into the store like a normal day. No social distancing being observed having had a c/c at your Roehampton store a few weeks ago, we witnessed people being let in a few at a time. And waiting at a distance.”
“It’s about time Asda tried treating there staff the way companies like Lidl are they see how much the staff are doing and have given every member of staff £150 gift to get shopping as they are saying they Deserve it”
“Not came my orders but on website it’s write like delivery done .... I try send email but no one answer me and I try call about one week and still no one answer .... always busy line .... I so sad About Asda!!!!”
“So today ASDA delivered my prescription from the chemist in store (Donnington store). Thank you soo much, I can’t express my gratitude enough. As an asthma sufferer I was feeling very anxious about going in to store as I am high risk and by delivering my medication to my home has had such a positive impact on my mental health. I cannot thank you enough for this fantastic service. Aneeta”
“Asda delivery are scam artist They accepted my order for 74 pounds worth of food marked it as delivered took payment but it never reached my house . I was left with no food and unable to leave my house . .I am a pensioner who is disabled”
“We have been using home delivery every fortnight from asda from the day they started deliveries, so not a new customer. The last 2 deliveries have been abysmal. The last 2 orders consisted of half the orders missing, mostly meat, we have to manage on a pkt of liver and a pkt of chicken wings for the next 2 weeks !!!!!.Enjoy your easter, staff, relatives and friends of asda employees who no doubt have full stock of everything.Panic buying can't be blamed now because there's very little of an order (if staff haven't handed out delivery slots to family/friends)being delivered.”
“I completely understand with what is going on at the minute the demand with online shopping, don't get me wrong I'm not happy that I cant get a delivery slot, I am a widowed single parent to a 2 year old and i work full time for the NHS i have very little time to shop which is why ordinarily j shop online and always get it delivered but I do understand and I am not angry about that.
I am angry that asda is still charging me for a delivery pass that I cant use I think it's absolutely disgusting as they know 90% of there pre COVID customers will not be able to receive the benefit of a delivery pass.”

“The stuff, Asda Easlasnds in Manchester who works at bakery do not wear protective gloves. I was never happy with this. But I cannot believe that, they are not doing this during covid-19”
