The packaging was bad. 2 packs of fish with the delivery day being the use by day .They were in a carrier bag on their own . Fresh raw chicken placed in a bag with microwave food and vegitables .Bagels with a 1 day use by day . 2 kids easter eggs broken to bits as rattling around in box. I'm severely disabled and I actually do not want salmonella either. I phoned customer service I was promised a refund but I have not heard anything. I was surprised that customer service could not see my £75 order when i gave them my order number. Tesco and Sainsburys can and they can even take your shopping to the check out when I was having problems .

The Asda store in Oldbury are ensuring 2 metre social distancing outside is adhered to, however once you are in the store its a free for all as there is no process in place for social distancing. They have arrows on the floor directing you everywhere, so pretty pointless. The staff also not adhering to the 2 meter rule and although you have your space they dont seem to be bothered about their health or other peoples. My suggestion would be to shut shop and only offer delivery or click and collect service to prevent this from happening, however at the moment the click and collect or delivery is constantly sold out, which is slightly confusing due a large portion of the car park being blocked for click and collect and no one is ever in that section collecting....how many slots do you have if any???

I went to Wakefield asda as it opened thinking it was the over 70 hour....I must have been wrong. Queue well managed but the rest....well if I had not been exposed to the virus before my chances now have trebled. Asda employees no gloves or masks, walking very near to customers and generally doing little about government guidance. Too many people in the store and even though it is large impossible to socially distance..doorman just waving customers through. No point for many elderly people saying 2 metres they were taught imperial and know what a couple of yards is better....all publicity wrong to not say both. Many couples and families there so one person rule not enforced. I could go on.......you need to do something about this......Tesco in most stores have got it right.

Asda management are stupid, they were limiting the number of customers in store in Torquay last week but now they have reverted to letting all customers in, which makes a mockery of social distancing ,and there is no protection for the staff

Wish to send a big thanks to fratna on customer services park royal store, during this coronavirus pandemic, fratna went out of her way to help my 90yr old father get his shopping as I live in Wales and usually get his shopping done online for him, but for weeks and still now no slots available, she went out of her way to help personally so I do hope Asda give her the recognition she so deserves!! Thank you again! Mrs Roberts.

My online shop was delivered with 19 items missing ? But they where happy to charge me for all these missing items ! Took a good few day untill I finally got my money back, if you don’t have the items fair enough I understand but don’t charge me for them ! You packed them and know what’s missing ? Also very p that ASDA has cancelled my recurring slots (no reason given or email of any kind to say so ?) My online shop is for my family AND for vulnerable people I shop for ! So just want to say thank you very much to Southport ASDA for putting vulnerable people in my family at risk now having to go out !

This review is about LYNNE. On the 20th March I entered Asda to do a small amount of shopping. I was horrified by the amount of people in due to them panic buying and stockpiling before Covid-19 lockdown was in place. A lovely staff member LYNNE saw me, probably looking bewildered, and took me to Customer Services which is were she was situated and said she would process my shopping. She even went and weighed my bananas whilst I unpacked! It made my life so much easier and I am not the only person she did this for as she knew people wanted to get in and out as soon as possible on a day that was truly manic. LYNNE, thank you so much for going above and beyond for me and others. You are a star 🌟

I spent £94 on groceries for Home Delivery.on March 31st. I am 80yrs. old and self-isolating. I wanted to have sufficient food for the whole of April. It was the first time I ordered on Line.An excellent experience. The young man named Kevin was outstanding when he delivered all the groceries.Firstly he explained exactly how he was going to keep his distance and then pick up the empty trays off the step.He also told me all about returns and refunds. He was so kind and patient and very polite. I received all that I ordered apart from Bananas so I was really VERY pleased. I shop in Asda every week and spend about £30 per week so I thought it was excellent value to have all my groceries brought to the door in perfect condition for £3 Delivery Charge. I find Asda Brands excellent value and when this Pandemic is over I will visit the store in person again. I do enjoy having a cuppa and cake in the restaurant. Kevin should be praised !!!!--Ann Simpson

I have an delivery order online (I was Lucky to got one) but They don’t deliver my order only because can’t find my flat when they are already downstairs. When I was discussing my address with the driver who called Adrian, I saw his van already left without telling me. What the hell? No patient with customers? It’s special time for everyone, a lot of people stay at home while lockdown. The whole family are depending on this one delivery to live! And they have shown no responsibility to their customers! If ASDA keep doing this, I won’t order anything from Asda in the future. And I will ask all my friends to do the same. They don’t own our respect! And I tried to ask for redelivery, the customers service said they won’t deliver my order again. What? You kidding me? only because the driver doesn’t want to deliver? It’s so unprofessional!

Used Asda delivery as wanted to avoid the shops. All of the meat, bread and dairy products has the expiry date of today or tomorrow so a weeks food shop may be wasted as no space to freeze it. Butter tub was smashed to pieces. I will have to now got to store to get my food for the week. I know the pickers work hard but ffs these dates are ridiculous. Never again.

Have been to Asda in St Austell this morning. During these very uncertain times I cannot praise the staff enough. My shopping experience was good with no sense of panic. Got all the items on my list with no issue. Thank you Asda St Austell.

I work for a care home and for the past 5 years we have spent on average £800 a week with Asda. Since the crisis, we have been let down badly on the two deliveries that we have managed to get. One was £300 short on what we needed, and the second over £350 short. We cannot now even get a slot or order the number of items that we require to feed over 40 elderly and vulnerable residents. We are very disappointed that they have not prioritised a small nursing home, trying to feed it's residents and have limited us to the same limit as a domestic customer. We have had no choice than to move to a wholesaler and I am afraid that Asda have now lost our custom.
