As an e extremely vulnerable shopper I booked a recurring slot which worked for the 1st order.Since then all II get when trying to place my order is a notice saying due to tech ical issues my recur ring slot cannot be booked. Customer services keep telling me to keep trying but after 10 days of the same message and missing one of my slots surely someone e should be looking into this further. Should I start to panic buy.

My review is regarding your ridiculous process for online grocery shopping payment, my delivery came last Sunday 19th April, my delivery total was for £50-53, on checking my bank account I was horrified to see you had taken £92-61, I then rang your store, in Boston, and after waiting nearly 50mins I spoke to Tim, he told me that you take the amount of my original order, including out of stocks on the day of delivery, he then told me I would receive the difference back into my bank account within the next couple of days, we are now 4 days on, and still no refund. This is totally unacceptable.

Everybody can understand that now is extremely difficult for everybody and I can comprehend that the packers are also busy and stressed out with the workload. And I also excused the late deliveries, but I wouldn’t expect to receive a delivery on the 22nd of April with products that expired on the 15th of April or even the 2nd. It’s discussing and also so many damaged goods. I am not pleased and will definitely use other online supermarkets. There is simply no excuses

Been Asda Sinfin derby over 20 years, terrible experience today from one member staff working confectionery area when told me to not come down aisle and follow arrow key yet another lady just in front of me walked same way and he said nothin to her, so I told him and he said he didn’t see her but he saw me when I was behind her ?🤔 I work in retail and have done nearly 23 years and never seen this bad attitude before, I’ll be going spondon next time which is further away, but least haven’t been spoke to rudely there.

ASDA, you are going to alienate your customers using the heavy handed tactics that you’re presently rolling out. I won’t be treated like a child by a company to whom I give over £100 per week. I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

The staff were very helpful in Caldicot. Unfortunately the customers were not following the one way system or keeping their distance. I felt very unsafe, no fault to the staff. Thank you for trying.

dear asda customers who are listed by the government as vulnerable ,cannot get a delivery or slot at this present time .despite that asda received all the data from the NHS about the shielding program .. in asda's view how can a vulnerable person in forced isolation eats , if no delivery is available .?

Had my order delivered earlier than given time. Only one substituted item and three out of stock so that was better than I expected.

Been with Asda for years. Never had an issue until recently because of queues which is completely understandable at this time. After all received a great customer service. Managers are very polite. Staff is very helpful. Never had a problem with product quality or food. Prices are also the best comparing with other super markets .

Firstly Asda were the first supermarket to email me that I'd been recognised as extremely vulnerable & I was given a Priorty Pass. Asda constantly kept me informed of substitutions etc.Had my delivery of groceries this morning at within the delivery slot time & was Very Happy.I had Every thing on my shopping list & the few substitutions I did have were also good. Lastly but Not Least the Delivery Driver was extremely pleasant with a nice smile 😊 Thankyou & Well Done Asda for making my day a pleasant one 👏👏👏

Asda is the only supermarket from which I have been able to get click and collect orders since the crisis started. I never used them previously, but they are offering a much better service compared to Tesco, Sainsbury and Ocado; good luck in finding any slots at all with those! Some items are ‘out of stock’ which are available inside the store, but I guess they have to hold back some things that are in higher demand for availability to people in the stores.

asda has no loyalty to regular online shoppers very sad ,spouting junk about helping in coronavirus ,i am 82 and been with asda for as long as i can remember ,ive just had a heart attack and i havent been able to book one delivery slot online ,and they say they help the vulnerable ,giving slots to people who have never used the online service ,surely these slots should of gone to sick people and people with children ,nope they just care about profit,it reminds me of the titanic when the rich got all the lifeboats and left the kids and the poor to drown ,i will never use asda again.

been with asda for years ,service over the last few years has been terrible ,they spurt a load of rubbish about stick together in coronavirus yet my 82 yr old mother who has been with them for years ,always has her shopping delivered ,yet could not book one spot at any time during lockdown ,people who dont usually shop online took all the slots and there was no consideration for loyal customers or the elderly ,these people and families with children and ill family members should of come first .constantly the orders we used to have ,half of it was out of stock ,"no bread " really not one loaf of bread in the whole store !!the website constantly crashes ,rejects your cards because according to my bank they use different servers ,and your card issuer thinks its a fraudelant transaction.stuff i have had delivered has been out of date and ridicolous substitutes ,sorry asda i will never be using you again ,in fact iceland have been great taking food to my elderly mum so will be using them in future .

At Weymouth asda feel staff aren't taking coronavirus seriously! Tannoy says stay away from staff filling shelves etc. Staff thou seem to be coming close to customers while they r doing their jobs themselves! . Also staff are not always staying 2 metres apart from each other when they r chatting to each other!! Especially at the self service tills! They wear no gloves or face masks and sometimes they don't instruct customers enough to follow the black arrows when going up and down the aisles. It's difficult to stay two metres apart in the narrow aisles sometimes. Some Customers don't really take a lot of notice of the arrows. Just think the staff at Weymouth store need to be more aware instead of just letting the social distancing rules slip by themselves and customers. Just be more vigilant in this crisis.
