“What a shambollick delivery service Asda offer! First thing in the morning (my delivery was booked for 1pm -3pm) i am informed by txt that the delivery would be two hours late. half an hour later i am informed by txt that my delivery would be three hours late. One hour after my delivery is due, i check on the status via the web site, only to find the order has been cancelled without my knowledge. When i call the customer service department, i am told that due to a technical issue they have cancelled my order. I am offered a free delivery for the next day, but some of the offers had expired and i had only paid £3.50 for the delivery so i would have to pay the extra as the following day was more expensive. How are you still in business???? Why s it ok to treat customers in this shocking manner. Oh and if you email a complaint they have 28 days to respond, REALLY?!!!!!”
“Booked online delivery, okay-ed it with my bank 25 mins later they cancelled it, iv'e been on the phone for nearly 2 hours, they are reluctant to do anything, they offered me 15 pounds to get some takeaway today while i wait, and now that they took soo long there are no delivery slots for 2 days, i have proof its asda at fault and they cant do anything. they are too incompetent to do anything then look at a screen and read out what it tells them, how hard is it to deliver some food, and how hard is it to fix their own problem. DELETED MY ACCOUNT, FUDGE THIS COMPANY.”
