If I can I would give this company a zero star!! Since about three months ago I ordered three porcelain items from them, my nightmare started. During the past three months, they have kept sending me lots of letters and leaflets too often to bear. More horribly, about two or three weeks ago, I received an email from them stating one order from me being dispatched. I felt very confused because I didn’t place anymore orders after I received the three porcelain items I originally purchased and paid in full. So I replied to this email immediately asking what this order was. About one week later, I received a parcel which was a porcelain item again! We called this company and was told they would call us back within 72 hours. Unfortunately, it didn’t happen. We tried to call them again and again by phone and by email, but got no answer at all. Until today, I received an invoice letter from them for this item I didn’t order. Who can tell me what to do with this issue?! How to stop this company from this unacceptable sales?

Terrible service, dishonest false advertising rude Terrible very bad service had to ask for apology dealt with x3 so called customer service people. I complained moon coin was dented and scratched in a circulation state far from new or mint highly dissapointed as told I'd receive another in 4 weeks if I returned the old one, which I was prepared to do but as soon as I sent it back they refunded me without explanation, so wrong and disgusting false advertising as clearly selling inferior goods, they must be used to it, clearly all their coins are most likely faulty or they'd of sent me a new one as they said they would. I then had to write to them to stop sending emails and their weekly joke sales magazine...Poor way to run a business, treated like a number, told my complaint was an inquiry, terrible customer service, taking advantage of people's good will. plain rude !

I ordered the 24ct gold plated Liverpool European cup commemorative coin on 24.06.2019 and was informed I would receive this coin within 2 - 3 weeks, called to chase a few weeks ago was informed the latest I would receive it would be middle of August as there has been a delay from their suppliers, called today on off chance of better update and was informed it would now be 6 - 8 weeks not happy. This was going to be a very special thank you present for a member of the family who was diagnosed with Terminal Cancer last year and his one and only wish was a family holiday, even though he is not feeling very well he has organised a holiday for 22 family members middle of August we were going to present this to him on the 1st night of the holiday, not going to happen now we are not very happy about this as we don't know how long he has left this is a massive disappointment as he is a fanatical Liverpool Football Club supporter 😠😠😠😠😠😠

Ordered a £550 item off them to then be charged 3 separate times for the one item. After 3 hours of phone calls and being on hold I sorted this issue out. I then ordered a Disney classic collection pin set at £49 a set (set of 6) I received the first 3 instalments and paid in full, then received a letter telling me I owed £82 for the first installations and after a month of phone calls and arguments with the useless staff there I receive 3 letters telling me they can’t complete the item Andy will refund me within 14 days, 15 days pass so I call. They are now telling me I owe £144 towards the first instalments that I received, how on earth can this go up haha. After a 2 hour on hold call I was informed that they have ‘only received one payment of £14.99’ I paid £49.99 3 times over for the items I received and have the bank statements to prove it and I was called a blatant lier, told I still owe the amount or it’ll effect my finance credit. And all they can do is refund me the amount of £149.97 ( the amount I was told I never paid) in vouchers to spend with them, but only if I was to send the items I had back to them tracked and signed for at a further expense to myself. 100% the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. One million percent avoid at all costs!!

Ordered Snow White clock. Stated on brochure "and play music " sent in at least 6 messages for an explanation where music plays. Paid £199.00 for this clock. I know my messages have been received but still had no answer or explanation. Have cancelled my account today and stopped all mail as I told them it would go straight in the bin. Amazing how order went through within 10 mins and money taken. Absolutely rubbish company for replying. Probably they haven't got an answer for me as to why the brochure says plays music. Stay away from them. My daughter also shops with them but because of my experience she is also going to cancel her account. Everything from now on will be going straight in the bin

I would suggest that people stay away from any contact with the Bradford Exchange online. Once they have you email address you will be bombarded with their email ads and they will not stop. I have "unsubscribed" numerous times to no avail. I have twice written directly to the company asking that me address be removed and have received no response. This is not the only area in which they are operating in violation of Federal regulations as their delivery procedures also fall under that category. Beware!

I have been purchasing items fro Bradford Exchange for years and up until fairly recently found them excellent,that was until my husband ordered a pair of wolf boots for me when them came they were awful ,so I contacted them ( after waiting 30 mins to get through) to ask for a returns label waited nothing phoned again after waiting in a queue for 25 mins .Asked again to be told it had been dispatched on the 26th of November and it takes 7- 10 days well if my maths is correct and today is the 17th of December that is Not ten days ,What has happened to this company,I used to love there stuff I’ve had a lot from them over the years,also customer service was good in the past,but now it has gone to hell

Don’t even go there! The customer service is appalling. I ordered a ring and wasn’t told it’s out of stock. I noticed the payment hadn’t been taken so tried to contact them. Unless you’re placing a new order it’s impossible to speak to someone. I just got put through to hold and listen to music (once for 43mins) Or leave a number which they don’t get back to. I’ve emailed the company director and no reply. The company is a nightmare. Read the reviews! Don’t even try to buy from them.

I ordered "THE HEART OF CHRISTMAS" WITH THE TRAIN CIRCLING THE TREE WITH A HOLIDAY VILLAGE WHICH LIGHTS FROM WITHIN AND PLAYS 8 MEDLEYS. WHAT I RECEIVED HAS JUST CHRISTMAS TREES ON THE BASE . very unhappy with the quality, nothing like the advertisement showed, ordered two special necklaces for my daughters, never even came in boxes like things I ordered in the past. Item has made in Twanii, not even the USA. Do not believe I will ever purchase anything again from the, they have truly lost the quality they had in the past. Take the Bradford Exchange reviews very serious regarding the 66.67% - 1 star rating. They confirmed a ship date for Mothers Day and then pushed it back 1-2 weeks missing the order for a customized bracelet. Very disappointing and I will never use them again.

They took money from my account with out my authority, I called last sat and left my number and I e mailed them , still waiting, I called mon and was told I would get a refund, I have had to call back again today and was told I have to wait 5 days, their supposed to be trained advisors, that’s a laugh, their customer service is appalling, I won’t order from them again and I wouldn’t recommend them

I ordered a coin for my fathers birthday in three weeks time but I was sent the wrong coin then reordered it but was sent the same wrong coin yet again and was charged two more times for the next order. Tried to log into their site but couldn't was told when I rang their website was getting updated and would be another 2-3 weeks !!! Also after 28 minutes on the phone they finally admitted they had charged me two times and also sent the wrong coin yet again. But if I wanted to reorder yet again it "should" be here within 8 more weeks which would have been 11 weeks from the 1st order. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement and I will never use such a pathetic company Ever again. terrible website terrible customer service and terrible staff who haven't got a clue what is happening
