“I was in card factory Johnstone on Thursday afternoon to get balloons for the birth of my new granddaughter an birthday balloons an cards wrapping ect the lady an young man that served myself an my sister where very helpful thanks soo much ,but unfortunately on the way home the large 31" balloon on the arrangement got damaged an deflated , I called the Johnstone shop in the morning got a lovely girl I think was called Sarah who went above an beyond to sort out a replacement I can't thank you enough great service an excellent staff/ service”

“I visited Card Factory Ruislip this morning. I am a regular customer. The staff are always very welcoming, polite and helpful, especially Devya who always has a smile for you, asks how you are and wishes you a good rest of the day. A special employee.”

“In the Folkestone branch around 11 o'clock today I became aware of a member of staff helping a very elderly gentleman in a wheelchair with complex difficulties with his choice of card. She was absolutely wonderful helping him write the wording in the sympathy card he had selected and ensuring he had a stamp. Her patience and kindness was outstanding and what I saw actually brought tears to my eyes when I thanked her for looking after the customer.”

“As soon as I stepped into your shop I could hear this lady speaking to another customer, and I thought how professionally her mannerisms came across, she also came to me to explain to me what was on over at that time, I would like to add that this lady who was behind the desk, deserves the praise I’m certainly giving her , a big thank you phil”
