“I visited your branch in Bletchley MK today & l was so impressed. The shop was beautifully presented & so tidy……how that is managed at this busy time of year l don’t know! I was helped by the most lovely assistant SPENCE who overheard my comment to a friend & he offered
to check stock at the back of the shop. SPENCE also served me at the POS & he was so smiley, willing & friendly - a credit to Card Factory 😊”
“Yesterday 27/11/2024 I visited the branch on Warwick rd. Acock's Green, I was looked after by both Lesley & Kirsty, (both were on hand to answer any query's I had ( & there were a few) even though they were both busy doing they're jobs,
It wasn't just me either , any one who came in got served & helped in the same professional & polite manner, nothing was too much trouble for these ladies, who complimented each other in they're approach, they're a credit to the Card factory”
