“I was served by Lisa in your Enfield Town shop. I was looking for more Gabby dollhouse bath bombs for my daughter's party bags in your store but couldn't find more than 1 box. So I brought the one and went away. She came out of the store and called me back in as she had found more, and also found some slime on sale that could be used in the party bags. I have to say she was absolutely amazing! I don't think I have come across such a genuine, kind and helpful person! Even a fellow customer was amazed on what lengths she took to help. “I went into your Chatham shop in the Pentagon Shopping Centre to browse gift boxes and cards.
I was having trouble trying to find the right gift box for a present I had bought previously. I asked Vicky for help and she was fantastic. She helped me put the present inside a few gift boxes until I found the right one. Then helped me pick out some tissue paper. Nothing was too much trouble.
Then when I went to the payment desk Ben was so helpful and friendly because of this I asked him for both their names so I could praise them.
