“I was in your Redditch store on Monday 18 Dec. The store was extremely busy and didn’t seem to be many staff so that being the case when I asked for assistance staff member Heather was still more than happy to help me with my enquiries and purchased a credit to the company”

“I live in Whitstable, Kent. Card Factory is part of our community. Cannot believe it has gone back to a Landlord when it is so profitable there is nothing like it in Whitstable. The staff are great. My biggest fan is Jean who has been there since the beginning. This lady is the best there is in Whitstable. Helpful, Polite anything she can do for a customer she will do. Lovely chatting and having fun. Canterbury Council Landlord BIG LOSS”

“Prescot Merseyside is the most helpful store there was a lady on hand to help as I had 2 bags of shopping and she pointed me in the direction on Saturday and the gentleman on the till quick ans helpful. The Manager is a credit to the store she always has a smile on her face”

“Many thanks to the staff at the New George Street, Plymouth branch for their help on Wednesday, 6th December. “Went to Beaumont Leys shop this morning, was served by Chloe, who very kindly checked I had envelopes for all my family/friends Christmas cards. (29 of them) plus gift wallets, 15 of them, plus helped me purchase stocking fillers for 3 great grandchildren. Her kindness and patience was thoroughly in line with Christmas spirit and a credit to The Card Factory. Thank you so much Chloe. Merry Christmas to you all. 👏👏🎅🎅🌟🌟👏👏🎅🎅”
