“I paid for an item and I did not receive it, and I said undid not received still they deduct the amount from my card. The seller sent me once that I was not home ! Because I don’t stay home 24/7 I should pay for the item and the delivery. Ofcourse Catawiki did nothing till now”

“Absolutely crapawiki. Where’s my refund? Item was purchased on crapawki. Item was lost in transit. Seller not reimbursed the purchaser not fully refunded the purchase price. “Dont ever do anything on Catawiki, Buyer claims not as described " Proof all documents" they tell the Seller to send it to an expert,after one month as a private , he provided with a letter from a company that they claimed its fake " i told them its not fair,let him send it back, anyone can say a good chain is not real and keep it and get a refund. And without any Proof except a letter of authentic from a gold company, the expert is not real Experts, more likely a part time work for someone who works with all the other fake watches and they think they are above the law, whatever you do NEVER give THEM anything, European Union law and court is against their "policy" and unfair terms, they are scaming everyone who is submitted to pay for the situation to go away.
