“Provided really great advice and tips on their website on the different trees - care and planting guidelines. They kept me informed on delivery and the trees/plants were in excellent condition on arrival. They’re now thriving! Thank you”

“A customer service staff member contacted me to check everything was ok with my order of a few months previously. One plant had died and they sent a replacement straight away. The other tree is doing well too. Excellent customer care.”

“I ordered 4 bare root fruit trees from here last autumn. They arrived really promptly in fantastic packaging and I planted them no problems. When they arrived they were all just sticks as you’d expect from bare root trees. One of the plum trees did not grow from its stick-state however someone from Chris Bowers contacted me to check on the order and arranged a replacement free of charge. This came fast and is a fantastic plant. I am really impressed with the quality and the service.”

“Received parcel of two fruit trees and some strawberry plants - all of which were very well packaged in straw and arrived very quickly. Plants were of a very good quality and look healthy. It's nice to deal with a British producer that stocks a wide range of varieties and grown to a high quality. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“I had a problem with a Apple tree purchased from Chris Bowers I contacted customer service and explained the problem. a few days later they contacted me to said they would replace the tree it arrived a few days later You can buy from this supplier with confidence with an excellent after sales. service”

“Ordered 3 bare root fruit trees in the spring 2022. All arrived on time and well packaged. Despite the drought all are now 2-3 times their original size (to eventually reach orchard tree height). Excellent customer service and value for money.”

“Having bought a greengage earlier this year from elsewhere only to find that it was a less than ideal specimen that has failed to survive, despite planting alongside my other fruit trees, I was apprehensive about my latest purchase - but Chris Bowers have supplied an excellent and healthy young gage that shames my earlier purchase. I'm extremely pleased - so, many thanks CB for selecting what I'd hope to receive from the other nursery.”

“Excellent packaging of my Blueberry bush which was in incredibly good shape - lots of berries on it on arrival. It is in a large pot and is growing so well and producing more berries this year. Definitely recommend this company for quality.”
