I returned my shoes almost a year ago with all my purchase and returning receipts but no credit just a run around by their customer service. The shoes were not what I had purchased in the past as a customer for over 20 years and I was disappointed in the product sent by mail. I am sure they don't care about me as 1 lone customer but I WILL NEVER NEVER buy from this website again, I am a very disgruntled customer and I probably still rated them TOO HIGH with 1 star😒😒😒😒1/2

I am a long time Clark’s shoe wearer. I have purchased the same style for 12 years. A new pair about every 4 years. I wear them every day for 8-10 hour office work. Purchased a new pair “unstructured” black leather mens dress shoe, $165. Same shoe as prior for same price. Totally different shoe. Stiff, creaky sole that causes foot/knee pain after a full days wear. Thought it was my imagination at first but appears a production problem. A total downhill slide on quality that presumably has happened in the last 4 years. They may have outsourced production, but you would think they wouldn’t change the materials. Very disappointed. Now I need to find a new go to shoe. Hope the savings were worth it Clark’s

I have ordered 2 pairs of Clarks from QVC, they do not fit, the leather hurts my feet, I have never had problems with clarks before, I think they are cheaply made now, I have heard this from many people that their original size does not fit anymore. I am afraid to order anymore clarks.

Clarks are sadly no longer the quality they used to be, now cheap inferior made in India goods that smell after one evening of wearing new Clarks shoes that cost me ÂŁ70. Where is there source of goods checking? Staff at the shops just give a generic answer always. Really frustrating, I will never buys Clarks again. My ecco shoes that are 4 years old never smell, why because they are quality goods unlike Clarks.

I used to love Clarks shoes and bought them for comfort and quality. My recent purchase of Clarks sandals was a waste of money. Uncomfortable and shoddy manufacturing. No support. Look cheap. Wore them twice and donated them. Just awful. Sad to see how Clarks has changed.

I purchased a pair of sandals last year and have barely worn them They are uncomfortable, absorb smell like crazy, and if the get even a tiny bit wet they turn into slippery death traps. I would never buy a pair of your sandals again. I would probably get a better quality shoe at Walmart at a significantly lower price.

Shoes were fitted without growing room. Within 8 weeks the shoes were too small when spoke to a member of the fleet branch was told my daughter feet had grown so was not there problem. ÂŁ50 for shoes to last 8 weeks. Disgusting

I just had troubles with this online shop. I ordered a pair of shoes and they did not fit and I returned them the same day. Then 3 weeks later I received a 2nd reminder from Klara (a company they use for payments). I had to write many mails and call Klara. They said they had not received the information about the return of the article and I had to contact again clarks (Klara would not do that). Just a very unfriendly service and I will never order anything from this online store. H.Weber

Don't buy either on line or in store unless you are 100% sure you want the shoes and will never ask for a refund. Bought shoes on line and was not happy Receipt in the box said to either return shoes to nearest store or send back. I decided to go to nearest store, see what else they might have and try to support a local biz during the pandemic. Found nothing so returned shoes. Clerk said it might take up to 3 months because we could not figure out which credit card had been used for the original purchase. 3 months later, still no refund. Sent email to customer service, no reply. Called and was told that the store should have never refunded the money, all on-lines had to come back to the warehouse. I asked why then that their paperwork says I can do that? He - with very posh British accent in the US - informed me he didn't know but the store should have known better. If I wanted my money back I had to go to the store and work it out with them. Not my job to straighten out corporate policies but will now go to the local store and make a real big stink on a busy Sat and make sure as many people as possible hear me. See lots of reviews with similar issues.

I tried on a pair of suade boots in store, I needed a bigger size, paid £120 & the shop assistant arranged to have them delivered to my home address. The boots came promptly but the right boot had something in the toe area. I rang the shop & was told to return which I did. I also advised on the return document that if they put their hand in the right boot they would feel the stiff plastic? You couldn’t make this up, the boots were replaced. I received yesterday & they have returned the same pair of boots. So tomorrow I shall be returning the boots to the store & request a refund. What a waste of time & cost to Clark’s for delivery etc, Shame as I think they would have been comfortable boots, but I am not prepared to request again.

I have been trying to contact Clarks via their website about a pair of shoes I purchased. Bought end of October 2021, they fell apart after the 5th day of wear, emailed them Dec 1,2021 and they told me to send pictures( i didn’t want a refund - only a replacement). I sent pictures and called. Emailed me and told me it was over the 60 day return policy. my first email was wirhin 30 days. Emailed 6 times and that is the only response. Terrible customer service All i wanted was the same pair- now i will tell all NOT to but from Clarks

Good day I placed an order on Monday the 25th of October 2021. A month later I received an email with a tracking number, I've been tracking my parcel since November this morning I tried again it said my tracking number has expired they can't help me ORDER NUMBER is #44b638-20

Clarks shoes has stopped their customer services. They disable the phone number and offers no response to their contact form. My problem is that I have returned an online order but have never received refund. The worst of all, they refuse to response after my many attempts to explain online with their contact form. They simply ignore you! Are you confident to buy anything from them? I am not.

My husband bought me a pair of fur lined black clogs which are extremely warm and comfortable but after wearing them for only 4 months the fur in the heel worn through and the plastic/rubber underneath popped through. The shoes are now unwearable unless I buy some sort of insert. They were $50. He bought me 3 pair! I contacted customer service through their Facebook page and was asked to send pictures and receipt. I did all of that and was asked to upload to Messenger. (was told their email wasn't working). The original correspondence said they warrantied their products for 6 years on a case by case instance. After I sent all the required info, I was messaged back by a supervisor that they would not do anything to help since I bought them through Amazon. So apparently, they only care about making money and not about the customer. If I had bought them through their own online store or a physical Clark's store then I'd be getting a new pair for free. This is just ridiculous. I'm thinking about returning my brand new pair I got for Christmas. I'm afraid they are going to do the same thing.

Ordered 22nd December and payment taken. Clarks Email confirms despatched and "on its way". Hermes confirm 24th on way to courier. Since then NOTHING. 2 emails to Clarks not answered. No way to telephone and Hermes website states contact retailer. Appalling customer service and still no shoes. Total abdication of customer service. Even the questions below are not applicable as they do not deal with this complete failure of customer care.

Shoes ordered and premium paid for expedited FedEx delivery. Not only weren’t the shoes delivered on time, they weren’t delivered at all. Insult to injury, customer service is very difficult to get in touch with and are refusing a refund until we “wait around to see if they shoes eventually show up.” I’m sorry but even in the 1980’s this would have been considered unacceptable level of customer service.

Eine negative Erfahrung! Nach 2 Wochen, um einen Artikel, den ich bestellt habe, zurĂŒckzugeben, hat niemand abgeholt, noch die Feedex, die ein Callcenter hat, das nicht existiert, oder Clarks, die nichts getan haben, um die Angelegenheit zu lösen! Ich habe bereits 2 Wochen verbracht und bis heute nichts! Ich kann beide Unternehmen nicht empfehlen!

Clarks absolutely awful customer services. Ordered and paid for boots. Promised delivery over a week ago. No-one answers the phone, emails don't get answered, chat function doesn't solve the issue. Extremely frustrating. These are a Xmas gift and I have no idea if they will arrive. BUT Clarks took the money for them! Appalling service :-(
