I ordered July 23, emailed the company because I did not receive my order. I received an email promptly stating my order was being shipped from China. Well, I received the sandals today I could have gotten a better product from any dollar store. Their was no shipping label to return them but they are not worth the postage. My flip flop are made of better materials. They should be ashamed of themselves to be called Clark USA.

Working behind a bar for 10+ hours a day I always wore Clarks shoes as they were so comfortable. Upon my retirement I continued with my faith in Clarks. However, I can only think that they have now outsourced their production to another Country (probably beginning with 'c') Although these have been in the wardrobe for a few years they are like new. I will share photographs before I put them in the bin!!

Visited Clark’s in Reading. Wanted my daughter to get measured for school shoes. One person already measuring a child, while 6 staff stood round chatting. Store very quiet. Spoke to manager to ask if my daughter could be measured, she advised to get a ticket & wait. We waited, staff walked past, chatting & drinking from their water bottles. Looked at us & ignored us. Our turn to get measured did not come. We Gave up. Plenty of staff, but they could not be bothered. Very poor service.

Not recommended! Totally unreliable online shopping experience! The delivery estimation days in their website are misleading. It's been 20 days since my purchase. The customer support doesn't provide explanation for the delay or information on when I can expect my item. I also contacted the associated delivery company (Fedex) but same problem. Still do not know if/when I will ever receive the item I paid for. The customer support of clarks always responds with generic copy-paste emails; either bots or they do not even read the emails. I have also contacted them for a smaller issue in the past, to correct a phone number, and it was the same.

Returns & refunds Very poor management of refunds i still haven't got my refund for items that returned provided with proof of receipt still no response its been over 14 days and very bad customer services. My whole have been customers for many years .

#First I received wrong sized for what I ordered, I returned those shoes and after 13 days of return still waiting for the refund. #Again ordered the same shoes, this time got a correct sized shoe but faulty and damaged product I received. Returned this one also and waiting for the refund. I ordered both the pairs from clarks official website. Pathetic customer service ever seen. Also, I wrote 2 emails to customer support but did not receive reply on either of the mails.

I bought 3 pairs of Clarks shoes- all the same style in black and brown. The looked well made and stylish with diagonal stitching across the leather. The first pair I wore fell apart after about 8 months and slit at the stitching. The second pair did the same in 2-3 months. The third pair has not been worn- I am thinking of giving them away. I wrote to customer service to complain, and they said they were not responsible and I should contact the vendor !!!!!Clarks used to be reputable and good quality- no longer

Shocking, order placed, confirmation received, even asked to review the 4 pairs of shoes ordered. No shoes received. When I finally got though to Clark’s it was an error on their behalf of which I knew nothing about as I was still expecting my delivery. Truly shocking service

Avoid at all cost! They are not the same Clark Shoes from the past. Same name very poor customer service. Terrible shipping times. And Zero help, from them. Been wait 8 weeks on a pair. And they refuse to reply to my emails. Lucky I paid with PayPal, and they stepped in. The tracking number says they have not even shipped.

The customer service at the Clarks Shoes store #714 located at Main Place in Santa Ana is terrible. I was looking for products to care for my suede shoes. They sold me two different kits. When I applied the products to my shoes, it made my brand new shoes look very ugly. A lot of very noticeable spots appeared on my shoes wherever I touched it with the products. I bought both my shoes and the products back to the store and told them about the issue I had with it. Gabriela, the cashier, tried to fix it for me but unsuccessful, so I returned the two care kits and but not the shoes. They told me the credit will be put back to my credit card. Later I found out that they refunded me the amount for only one product. I went back to the store and showed them the credit statements for two months that do not show the refund for the second product. After checking, they said I needed to call my bank to check....in short, they refused to refund me the money I pay for the non useable product. I love Clark’s shoes but am very disappointed about the way they treat customers. Now I am looking for different brands.

They refuse to issue a refund even though the sizing is wrong and the product is of terrible quality and doesn’t look anything like the photo shown. This company is a total scam. Save your money and buy elsewhere. Brutal.

I have worn Clark sandals for years and have loved them. Now that they are making the Ortholite insole I am very unhappy and looking for an alternative brand. I have to wear compression hose and when you put your foot into the shoe, the sole pushes the toe of the hose to the point that it is very uncomfortable. The original leather sole was perfect! Sooo disappointed!

They shipped the wrong size. There is no branding on the shoe or size. Here is what they replied. Thanks for your email and purchase in our store. Since the dimensions are manually measured by us, there will inevitably be some errors, which are unavoidable. I had shipped out to you according to the size you placed the order. Maybe you can give this product to your relatives or friends. But not the quality problem we couldn't apply for the refund to you, we could apply for the highest discount code at 15% for you, is it ok? And if you return it, you need to pay the shipping cost to China, it needs about a month to solve. This is a long waiting process. So we suggest that you could accept the discount code.

I purchased a pair men's shoes. Inside the tongue it said leather uppers remainder manmade. The exterior of the tongue starting peeling off ( it was not leather only fake leather ) Shoes retailed for $74.99. Clarks won't replace. I'll never purchase Clarks again.

I bought two pairs of shoes from Clark’s outlet in Dpark at Tsuen Wan Hong Kong. I liked it very much as they were very comfortable however within a month one of the pair’s sole was out. Even the leather on it started degrading. It kind of just disintegrated. I wonder how that can happen when you buy a quality leather product from Clark’s. And when I approached the store for an exchange they were very uncooperative and said it has to be exchanged within 7 days. Seriously !! The sales girl would not even talk to me. She simply said we can’t do it.

I bought my daughter the foxing print mermaid shoes one month ago and the side of the shoe has completely broken away. My daughter has hardly worn them! I am so dissapointed, they are terrible quality, shocking in fact. I contacted Clarks to report the issue, and despite purchasing them online I was told I would have to take the shoes into a store to resolve!! I bought online because Clarks closed my local store, and I don't feel confident visiting a store in the pandemic! My nearest store is now a 45 min train journey and a long walk as I don't drive, It will cost me expensive train fair and am not vaccinated against covid yet! So I wont be able to return these faulty shoes that I bought ONLINE. Clarks used to be the place to go for kids shoes, but seems they are now cheap, tacky poor quality and have terrible customer service too, but still with an expensive price tag. I wont be buying Clarks for my daughter again. An absolutely shameful policy that denies customers their right to return a faulty product, in making returning as difficult as possible! I would also like to add that Clarks would not allow me to post this review on their website!! So unbelievabally shocking, I will never buy from Clarks again.

Girls black patent lace up school shoe, less than 2 months wear and they became unwearable. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS AS 'NO RECEIPT' NOT INTERESTED. Am reliably informed Clarks are aware of this problem with this particular shoe. Sent photos to Clarks to show how bad the problem is, but still no help.

Rushden Lakes - Avoid at all cost. Ridiculous ticket / appointment system that leaves you waiting for over an hour. Staff are rude and probably over worked for the number of customers. Will think twice about going here again. Why oh why did they close the Wellingborough store!

Always have bought Clarks shoes for my daughter's school shoes. This recent pair were terrible. As soon as she started to wear them they let in water so her feet were soaked. This never happened before. Poor quality and expensive shoes. And they won't refund me. Don't bother.

I purchased a pair of dessert boots and loved them...until the entire sole came off one of them. Then, Clark ignored 4 attempts to contact them about it. $150 for a pair of shoes and they come apart, shouldn't happen. I had only worn the shoes maybe 20 times and very little outside.
