“When my online order disappeared....I was waiting up to 2-3 weeks for each email response. I was waiting 2 months for the shoes that I purchased for my baby and in the end the Ecco Team confirmed the Courier has damaged the shoes and re-shipping is not possible. This is ridiculous team of ignorants, who know very well how to ignore the Customers, and it has nothing to do with a Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!! I could send you an Owl with a letter attached to it's leg, and it would be still the same response!!! Means Nothing!!!! Nothing!!!! A well trained Cheempansee would be able to set some cool procedures for that Company that surely the Current management!!!!! There is no right on the market with tjat kind of treatment! Will copy and paste my opinion in every possible online survey. Thank you for looking after me! Looks like they love the company they work for!”

“I bought ECCO STREET LITE M. Wearing them one hour outside the house and had to come back from work to change. Such sore blistered never had in my life! I cant step on one foot and had to take painkiller. Very bad experience!”

“I have been wearing ECCO Gore Tex walking shoes for many many years (now on my 5th pair). The shoes had been very comfortable and a pleasure to wear, but I and am sad to report that the styling and quality of the shoes has been declining with each purchase. My most recent purchase ("dyneema" with GoreTex surround) is very disappointing. This shoe has no "tongue", making it impossible to put on the shoe unless you have access to a shoe horn. Even with a shoe horn, ECCO's new tongue-less shoes are a struggle to put on: the logic of not having a mobile tongue in the shoe eludes me. The ECCO quality control has declined: after just a couple months of wear the shoe laces have torn through the relatively flimsy fabric supporting them, so that the shoe (once I struggle to put it on) cannot be properly tied. I will no longer recommend ECCO as my "go to" shoe brand.”

“Ecco по-прежнему работает в России. Неизвестно, хорошо это или плохо. Качество товара в России стало ужасным. 30 июля 2022 купила в России, Ecco is still operating in Russia. It is not known whether this is good or bad. The quality of the goods in Russia has become terrible. On July 30, 2022, I bought 2 pairs of shoes in Russia, St. Petersburg, Pulkovskoe highway store house 25. One couple's right shoe creaked when trying on at home. Ekko believes that the production technology is not broken. Why, with the right unified technology, does one shoe creak, the second does not creak? Can they both squeak? Or should they both not creak? Is this how you punish Russians?”

“Have been an Ecco fan for many years. Love the comfort and quality and still wearing all the leather shoes I purchased. Sales assistant Temple provided great service yesterday at the Warringah Mall store Brookvale Sydney Australia.”

“Used my H4 Boa golf shoes twice, they now look a year old and leaking giving me wet feet. Customer service dont want to know, they tell you to go to the shop you purchased who say its wear.”

“Ecco shoes are very comfortable. Otherwise, I would have stopped wearing them years ago. HOWEVER, the soles are defective. I wore Ecco dress shoes for 20+ years. I was in court, on the road and with clients a lot. The neoprene soles are comfy but, at some point, the sole will begin disintegrating and falling off. At which point the shoes are worthless. Ecco replaced quote a few pairs, but the problem persisted. Sandals and tennis shoes? The adhesive binding the sole to the upper portion of the sandal/tennis shoe detaches, flops about and then falls off. Ecco has replaced LOTS of shoes for me. Finally, I got into the habit of keeping a couple pair of shoes in my trunk, since I expected a sole to fall apart during use....which inevitably occurred. I never travel with them. Nowadays, as they fall apart, I throw them away. My Ecco shoe inventory will all end up in the trash as they fall apart. Very sad since they're the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. That, to me, was initially worth the aggravation.”

“PLEASE DO NOT BUY ECCO SHOES! THEY CHARGE TOP DOLLARS BUT USE VERY CHEAP LEATHER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR! AFTER 3 ROUNDS OF GOLF AND 1 DAY OF OCCASIONAL RAIN HAS MADE MY ECCO GOLF SHOES LIKE THIS!”

“yesterday i bought chunky yellow sandal from a store in istanbul (ozdelik mall) today i just used damp napkin to remove dirt , collor ruined as if it was water color !! some spot became yellow , some parts became green !!! you can see this in photos that I uploaded.. (also I paid 1749 TL (117 USD) for this and they denied to give me tax free form , so I coudnt even get tax refund in istanbul airport)”

“The soles of the Ecco shoes turn gummy over time even when not worn. The soles then rip apart. never buy these shoes unless you plan to wear them every day until they wear out. There is no reason for these soles to turn gummy and rip apart. They were stored on a closet shelf and the temperature in the closet was not hot.”

“Ecco shoes are garbage! When you first buy them they are great. If you leave them on a shelf in your closet for a year or tow, the soles become gummy and fall apart. It is not hot in my closet. The shoes are on a shelf. The Ecco soles just fall apart and disintegrate. It's so embarrassing to be at a function and have your shoe fall apart. This has happened to me twice before. never again will I buy an Ecco products. See the photo below.”

“Ordered some Ecco Soft white trainers to replace some that I’ve had for several years. I ordered the same size I’ve always had in Ecco and they are like boats! My husband who is a 42 could wear them. I’ve sent them back and I won’t be ordering them in a smaller size as the quality is nothing like they used to be. What’s happened to Ecco quality that you could always rely upon?”

“poor quality, prices very high. something went wrong with this company. I used to love these shoes in the past, nowadays they aren't worth buying. and you have to wait ages for your money if you send shoes back to shop.”

“In the Makro store I bought Ecco shoes, they hurt me, I wanted to return it as a defective product, but I was refused in the Macro. In the Ecco store they can't help me either. Money wasted due to a defective product. Regards”
