“I have been buying Ecco Mens Executive slip on for over 15 years. These shoes were expensive at $250 but they were well made in Eastern Europe up until 5 or 6 years ago when they switched manufacturing to China and dropped the price to $160. The shoes from China are incredible cheap, something you would expect from Walmart. It unfortunate but I have bought my last pair of Ecco shoes since they no longer are a quality shoe manufacturer. The Executive Slip On was a great quality shoe with great style. I would be happy to pay $250 again for the same quality as a decade ago. ECCO is no longer a premium shoe brand.”
“If I could give them zero stars, I would. Their online business is a joke. They take your money and wait weeks before acknowledging your order.
Because it was taking so long, I purchased shoes elsewhere.When I reached out to cancel the order, I was informed that I could not. I had to wait for them to arrive and then pay to send them back.
You can’t reach anyone on the phone, as they refer all customers to their chat bot.
I have been waiting for a month for my refund to show up.
I cannot recommend this company.”
“Terrible quality, shoe falls apart with minimal usage. Reach out to their customer service, and they are only willing to offer a 100 voucher, but their shoes are 150+. I will never buy another pair of ecco due to poor product quality and misleading warranty.”
“I bought a pair of women's black loafers quite a few years ago. I loved those shoes and bought another pair for backup. The heel came off the original shoe and was disintigrating under the heels of both. I JUST took out the backup paid to wear and the sole is falling apart after two wears. Apparently the material in the soles and heels are made with inferior materials and will rot over time worn or not.”

“Terrible customer service. I paid $350 for a pair of shoes and the tip of the shoe had discoloration after wearing it twice. I emailed the company with all the information including pictures twice and they got back to me after 2 months telling me to use their product to clean the shoe. The discoloration had nothing to do with cleaning. Very very bad customer service. I will no longer buy their shoes.

“They've stolen my money and boots.
I've had the most distressing experience. I was asked to send my faulty boots in. They've sent a low value voucher and they're asking me to pay for them. The customer advisor yelled at me on the phone and she was the most condescending human that I have ever dealt with. I've never felt this upset.
As the company is European with no British presence, I am now having to reach out to trading standards to see if I can open a small claims court case against this company.
Every member of staff has REFUSED to share to any line of escalations.”
“I thought I loved them until I devolved corns on my toe due to them. I bought several colors and spent 180 a pair. Not only do I have that issue but the color from the suede bleeds onto the sole! CHEAP Ecco! Not quality.”
“I bought a pair of echo bioms and they are the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever wore. I've had them for 6 months and I can't wear them for 2 hours without my feet and legs throbbing. I shouldn't have to buy insoles for a 160$ pair of shoes to be comfortable. Walmart bran are just as comfortable.”
“Ecco garbage shoes. Went for a trip in Japan for 7 days with $200 leather ecco shoes. Came back home and the sole on the bottom was a quarter falling out. Very disappointed. Do not ever waste your money on some trash shoes like ecco. Top may look good, but bottom will disintegrate in a very short time.”

“Winchester ECCO staff are great - their customer service is top notch - friendly, helpful and nothing too much trouble. They didn’t have the shoes I wanted and therefore after checking the stock they rang a store in London where my sister works nearby and saved them for me for her to collect.
