“Not the best but good selection of products and was delivered in just about a week which not many sites are capable of. A little discount would have helped but the ordering process was easy didn't have any useless id checks and stuff.”

“Has always had more than fair pricing on juices. I vape 12mg in a sub-ohm tank so I understand demand may not be the best so sometimes things are sold out. However, they do give you the option to be notified when in stock. Also, prompt delivery. Proud to have an account.”

“I buy the prefilled Njoy tanks I have had no problems with them but one time a tank came that was leaking I wiped it off and connected it to the battery it did a bunch of bubbling then it was clogged when puffing a few times. I tossed the tank and got a different one. That one too didn’t work in the battery but worked in the other battery I have. So I suggest to throw the leaking tank away. It is better to trash $6 tank then a $30 battery! All in all one leaking tank from all I’ve bought is not bad. Just remember throwing a tank away is way better than losing a battery.”

“All went well on your side. I* did return the Smok Novo to the mfg. rep. co. because it leaked into the battery and would not turn off. Very scary. My disappointment with your co. is that you do not have a phone # to answer questions.”

“Your ordering service is great. However, I have had no luck with your returns form as it won’t allow me to digitally fill it out with my phone, that is my main computer. Please just send me an address that I can mail the unopened order of Vise Solo cartridges I ordered by mistake. By the time I realized my mistake, you had already shipped ( see, you’re quick!) so I couldn’t cancel it.- Judi Westfall”

“I do really love this site, it is much less expensive than ordering directly from JUUL and the shipping is pretty quick I did have a pack of pods that seemed to be "defective". It seemed that the liquid in the pod was like air. It was very strange, but I just re-ordered more so hopefully that was just a one-time thing!”
