“Great prices and excellent service. There were several items that were out of stock that I wanted, though, and their selection of vape kits wasn't the best. There weren't a lot of the latest models from Smok, for example, that they didn't sell.”

“I was happy with how quickly my items arrived. I believe they took 3, maybe 4 business days. One juice I was very happy with and the other not so much. I made a complaint and I received a response quicker than I expected, which was good. The answer I received was more than a simple form letter and addressed my concerns, but I was less than happy that offering a discount on my next purchase vs replacing the juice was how it was handled.”
