“I was happy with how quickly my items arrived. I believe they took 3, maybe 4 business days. One juice I was very happy with and the other not so much. I made a complaint and I received a response quicker than I expected, which was good. The answer I received was more than a simple form letter and addressed my concerns, but I was less than happy that offering a discount on my next purchase vs replacing the juice was how it was handled.”

“Like the product and the ease to charge and the length of the battery. The cartridges are a bit cumbersome to fill though. Maybe a slight redesign might make a difference.”

“I have been using Mystic since MarkTen is no longer manufactured... they r ok...I like them because they seem to have less vapor in exhale and r the size of a regular cig... however... I run across a 'dud' every now and then... that doesnt work and is thrown away.. However... the service is excellente... shipped the same day...ETUSA...5 stars☺️”

“Lots of products on here and I would have rated all 5 stars if they still stocked the blank Juul pods. Now that they don’t I will still use them to order the juices but will have to look elsewhere for refillable Juul pods. My orders come fast but not as fast as if I lived in a main city. It’s always a few days later than they predict. Overall I am happy with their content and service. I have used them multiple times and have recommended to several friends”
